The biggest thing is when I was washing my clothes I saw this elderly lady coming in, and the owner helped the lady with bringing her laundry in by holding the doors and getting her bags to the washer. He even helped this other customer take her cleaned clothes out to her car. Good service, and kind people. Definitely coming back here!

I have been using freshspin for the last two and half years. Prior to the change in management, I…read moreloved being serviced by them. Once the change in management happened, the customer service has gone down. Though it is a low cost option, it doesn't need to treat its customers in the way they do. When there is issues with the laundry or payment, the store refuses to call they have the driver call with half the information. If you are bold enough to take the customers' money, you should be equally as bold to call the customer if their an issue. This is not how you do business. Especially one who has stood by the business through their transition. The worse if it is the person they have answering the phones doesn't even know how to explain the situation either. They don't do payments and it is someone else who does it. Its very frustrating when the service you are paying your money to complete a task doesn't know how to communicate to their clients. That is bad business practice.

As the name implies, fresh and clean is the game. I have visited a gizzilion laundromat in my life…read morebut this one hands down is the cleanest and most organized of all. Prices are comparable and even cheaper than some of the other places I have been. Maybe it's because this place is new? Or maybe because the owners might actually care or better yet, the employees love their job so much that they see this as a extended part of their home and keep it clean. It has around 60 washing machines and 70 drying ones, so you never have to wait. Ps: there is a small area for children to play. Mask are mandated.

This laundromat is an absolute dream! I have visited three different laundromats in the area over…read morethe last month and done about 6-7 loads of laundry in each and this one is by far the best. Top feature: they take credit cards! Most laundromats are still coin operated but this one has a card reader on every machine. Apparently by paying with credit card, you can get the 10th wash free. They also have a loyalty card for tracking the washes if you don't want to pay with credit. The machines are great. Clean, modern, and efficient. The washers have convenient upgrade features. For $0.25 each, you can add an extra rinse cycle or indicate that your clothes are heavily soiled for extra washing. Drying is $0.25 for 7 minutes. They also have a wash and fold service. I came around 5am on a Monday and there were only two other people there. I imagine it gets quite crowded on the weekends and later in the day. This will be my go-to laundromat going forward!

I just moved to the Bronx from Staten Island and was looking online for a pick up and drop off…read morelaundry service. I chose to use Bailey Avenue Laundromat. I read the reviews on yelp about Allison being rude but chose to try it anyway. My mistake. I was told pick up was from 7-9pm so I made sure I was home. They did not show up until 9pm. I told them the instructions on how to call up to ring the buzzer so I could let them into the building. Allison then called me and started saying that I should have been more specific about there being two doors to ring even though it was the same instructions for both. She then caught an attitude and argued with me and told me she was not picking up my laundry anymore and she hung up. I never got the chance to but I will never use them. Allison was more than rude and neither her or the man she was with could understand how to get into my building. Very unprofessional.
