Dryers don't work they Take your money took over 25 minutes to dry a Medium size load on HIGH never coming here again

Juana is a very disrespectful Employee! I come here weekly! And I have a 7 year old who sometimes comes with me. One time I came here with my Son and Juana was mopping the whole place , I had my back turned loading my clothes and when I finished I saw my Son had a bump on his forehead the size of an egg I was so shocked I took him to the Emergency Room where they performed a number of tests and xrays. Thank God nothing was broken but the huge bump stayed on his face for weeks. A business should not be mopping where it gets busy and has kids (its normal for kids to run and play) Fast forward weeks later today on November 12, 2024 I came at 3:30pm-5-25pm (more or less) with my Son and I was loading my clothes in the washer of course my Son is pushing the laundry cart around but since this laundromat is split you can't see whats going on the other side he was pushing it around the laundry and I told him to stop. Then my Son comes to me and says that Juana called him a big head I was surprised and my patience was already running low with her because my Son told her a few minutes before about the time that he fell and she told him its not her businesses and that she can mop whenever she wants. So a couple minutes later Juana comes around to me and asks me to tell him to stop bumping her already folded clothes and thats when I told her To next time come directly to me if she has a problem and not to speak to my Son how she did and all hell broke loose. Juana and I were arguing because she doesn't seem to understand at her big age that you do not tell a child anything if you have an issue you go to the Adult hes with. She doesn't understand that point so she and I kept going back and forth I'm not going to lie I lost my patience each time she directly told my Son anything. Juana is very unprofessional, disrespectful, rude and has a foul mouth. Today I spent $30 washing and drying and like I said before I wash weekly so my business and money will be going elsewhere. Might as well put a sign on the front door that says NOT KID FRIENDLY I would like to be contacted by the business Owner directly to speak on this manner. read more

This is the best place to do laundry. We come from Manhattan just to go here and get our laundry washed The owners are very nice people and they had new machines installed which are really great! Don't waste your money, time, detergent or energy. Outdated reviews are giving the wrong impression of the current state of this business. I've been going to this laundromat for a few years and on multiple occasions have lost money, had to rewash clothes and have been shown no concern from the anyone who works there regarding any inconveniences. Their machines are clogged (one of the reasons I've had to rewash clothes, the detergent never went through to the clothes), and when brought to attention of the woman on staff, she retorted that we were making a fuss over nothing, then (in Spanish) talks to another customer about how "cheap the soap we were using was" (Tide, Powdered) & how "black people complain too much". My most recent visit was the last straw, and going an extra dozen blocks is more than worth it for clean clothes and professional customer service. Had to find a new laundromat after I moved three yrs ago and new wave is great. Very clean and accommodating. Coin machines with 3 size washers from large to jumbo. Overall it's small, Not many areas for folding but great staff and love the small parking lot for parking - pretty much always guaranteed a parking space. When I don't want to carry the dirty clothes up & down the steps at home I come here immediately. read more

Awesome laundromat for when you need to wash large items like down comforters and bedding. Plenty of dryers and ample washers. Coin operated laundry so you don't have to worry about those pesky cards. Free parking and A/C in the summer. The lady that works here is a doll. read more
