Judging by the mildew smell, I'm guessing the units aren't cleaned or serviced too often and it was a bit of a concern to see the large capacity washer start leaking the moment the water started filling into the tank. The dryer only went in 7 minute increments and there was a need to swipe the card each time to do so. The staff was nice enough... but not exactly involved. They only responded when approached.
