Brought a new pair of pants to be cleaned and hemmed a few years ago…read more Got a call from the business a few days later that the pants were destroyed because of an issue with the machine. While they paid for a replacement pair, they charged me for a second hemming which I did not think was the right thing to do. The hemming itself is very poor. The stitching they used was very loose, and I have had to to cut countless threads off from the inside that were hanging down. Will never return.

They have very convenient hours and service availability. I brought in a few items for dry cleaning…read moreand alterations, and I was able to be seen in less than 15 minutes. The dry cleaning items had a quick turnaround, just a day or so, while the alterations took about a week (which is also quick). Everyone who assisted me was friendly and attentive. The dry cleaning was competitively priced, but I did feel that the alterations were a bit high. I don't have much to compare with, other than evening gowns, but I was surprised that taking in the waist on a pair of pants was more expensive than those gowns in the past. The payment system was a bit confusing as well. I'll admit, I did not notice the signs inside the establishment that indicated "cash only," so that is my fault, but the electronic invoice that I was sent made it appear as though I could pay with card online. The website also does not have clear indication about payment types accepted. In a day and age when not many people carry cash or have paper checks anymore, this could be a drawback for people utilizing this business.

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with this business. I've been bringing my clothes here…read morefor about 2 years and I've spent hundreds of dollars for dry cleaning and minor alterations during that period. I dropped off a stack of clothes about two weeks ago, and picked up this afternoon. Upon arriving home, I realized that my white blouse (a white button up, long sleeve) had yellow streaks on both sleeves as well as sporting on the front by the collar. The shirt did not have stains before I brought it in and I asked for a dry cleaning. I took the shirt back about 10 minutes later. The woman proceeded to tell me that the shirt was like that when I brought it in (a $200 shirt in like new condition). She would not take accountability for the staining and insisted that I did not know what I was talking about--as though I didn't know what my own clothes looked like before I brought them in. She gave me my $8 back unprompted and commented that she could try stain removal AGAIN. This wasn't an "again" situation--there was not significant yellowing to the top before I brought it there. I walked out, and went to another cleaner/tailor. This individual confirmed my suspicion: given the extent of the yellowing, it's likely that the blouse reacted to something applied to it during cleaning. I should have known better--just two months ago, the sleeve of another sweater was damaged here following a repair (I didn't complain then because it was minor, but I should have). Based on my experience today, I do not believe that this business respects its customers and stands by its services. I hope that others have better luck.

Never had any issues with the previous owners. But since the management change, I have had two…read moreitems tailored and both times, the quality was terrible. A pair of pants was stitched at just 4 points, which caused my feet to hang up on the cuff every time I put the pants on, and causing the stitches to fail soon after. The cut was also uneven and not straight. On my second run, I had the sleeves of a sport jacket done and the stitching was just butchered. First, they tell me it'll be ready in 3 days. I go back in 3 days and I see it hanging on the rack, never being touched. So they tell me it'll be ready in a few hours. It's obvious they rushed the job because the sleeves come out completely sewn up, no time put in to re-do the button holes. When I bring it back to get fixed, it takes 3 days of stopping in and arguing with them before I ever get the jacket back. They cut so much material off the sleeves I can't even take it to an actual tailor to fix it.
