I have now had a few loads of laundry and shirts done by them and have been very happy. Prices are definitely on the lower side for the area and the husband and wife team always greet you with a smile. Only downside is as of now it is cash only. They have decent hours and quick turnarounds for laundry. There are a few parking spaces on the side of the building. It's tight, but, it beats having to find a spot on Pelham/Shore Road.

It's usually easy to get in, do my laundry, and head out without any issues. However, today I experienced what felt like very poor service. I was using five washers, and the attendant on duty walked by, looked directly at washer #35, and kept going. After I finished loading it, I realized the machine was not working. When I called for assistance, she simply said, "That one is not working." I was surprised because she had just walked past it and didn't mention anything before I loaded it. When I pointed that out, she replied, "There was nothing in there," even though I was standing right in front of it with detergent pods already inside. She also appeared to be on a personal phone call, chatting instead of paying attention to customers. I explained that it looked like the machine had taken my $4.25, and she responded, "No it didn't." When I asked if she could show me, she said, "No, give me your number and card and I'll have the manager call you," and then walked away. I understand this is a service business. Even if we are "just doing laundry," customers still deserve attentive service. Equipment should be checked and maintained regularly, and machines that are out of order should be clearly marked before customers load them. A quick inventory before opening would prevent unnecessary inconvenience over what should be a simple task. See picture, also clean the place, that opened bother has been there since last week.

There are four (4) televisions located in this laundromat, open space, so that the customers do not feel cluttered , it's always clean and the matrons are always very helpful. The building I live in has a laundromat in the basement . However , I choose to come here because it is relaxing to me as if I need to go to the Stop and Shop supermarket located next to this laundromat I can get something . There is also a AdvanceAutoParts right next to this laundromat also , just in case you need to pick up something for your vehicle . In sum and substance this Laundromat gets my vote .

I put the dryer on high 2 times, and my clothes came out soaked. The machines are brand new, so why wouldn't they dry the clothes? I told the worker & she said that she couldn't do nothing about it. I spent money to dry my clothes, so why wouldn't the worker pay & add more time to the machine for my clothes to dry? Or refund me?
