It's usually easy to get in, do my laundry, and head out without any issues. However, today I experienced what felt like very poor service. I was using five washers, and the attendant on duty walked by, looked directly at washer #35, and kept going. After I finished loading it, I realized the machine was not working. When I called for assistance, she simply said, "That one is not working." I was surprised because she had just walked past it and didn't mention anything before I loaded it. When I pointed that out, she replied, "There was nothing in there," even though I was standing right in front of it with detergent pods already inside. She also appeared to be on a personal phone call, chatting instead of paying attention to customers. I explained that it looked like the machine had taken my $4.25, and she responded, "No it didn't." When I asked if she could show me, she said, "No, give me your number and card and I'll have the manager call you," and then walked away. I understand this is a service business. Even if we are "just doing laundry," customers still deserve attentive service. Equipment should be checked and maintained regularly, and machines that are out of order should be clearly marked before customers load them. A quick inventory before opening would prevent unnecessary inconvenience over what should be a simple task. See picture, also clean the place, that opened bother has been there since last week.

There are four (4) televisions located in this laundromat, open space, so that the customers do not feel cluttered , it's always clean and the matrons are always very helpful. The building I live in has a laundromat in the basement . However , I choose to come here because it is relaxing to me as if I need to go to the Stop and Shop supermarket located next to this laundromat I can get something . There is also a AdvanceAutoParts right next to this laundromat also , just in case you need to pick up something for your vehicle . In sum and substance this Laundromat gets my vote .

Second of all they took quarters but not credit cards which is obsolete. Who carries quarters around? Parking was terrible used a lot of quarters on parking - lol If you're cleaning your clothes, you want the place you're cleaning them to be clean. Not so. My wife and I do not normally do laundry in a laundromat; we have Machines in-house. But we just moved so our machines are not hooked up yet. Look at this works for you; that's awesome. It seems like the other reviewers really liked the place so there you go. in our opinion, the place did not live up to the views.
