They pick up/drop off for free and on more than one occasion they have swung by to pick up my items despite it not being the designated pickup day--so convenient! Everything is ready in a few days. They sewed a button on my husband's pants free of charge, in about twenty seconds. And when I requested some extra plastic clothing bags, they gave me those free as well despite my insistence at wanting to pay for them. There are majorly mixed reviews for the other cleaners in the area, such as Go Green, and Solo Clean is definitely better priced than Excelsior. Really nice and accommodating people, definitely recommend.

After asking to have the bust taken in on my wedding…read moredress, she took a shortcut by folding the fabric on the inside and sewing it which resulted in puckering on both sides. I have since come to learn that the proper way to do this is to take the dress in at the seams or do a dart. The resulting puckering is very noticeable in my photos and wedding video. I advise to shop around for wedding dress experts who will always have their customers best interest in mind.
