I've been going to him ever since, except in only one occasion. I've never had a problem with my clothes and I've never had a problem with customer service. John provides pristine and high quality care every single time. My clothes come back perfectly clean, pressed, and handled with real professionalism. Reliability like this is rear! I love how I get compliments on my shirts, just the other day 4/4 someone asked was my shirt brand new. They said that they loved how my shirt looks. The services requested were laundry with mild starch, sometimes placed on hanger or sometimes pressed and folded and placed in a box waiting for pick up. My pants are always pressed with a perfect crease. The value is great here and not over charged. I went to a neighboring cleaners once because I was in a rush, they charged more and the shirt came back dirty. I have since come to learn that the proper way to do this is to take the dress in at the seams or do a dart. The resulting puckering is very noticeable in my photos and wedding video. I advise to shop around for wedding dress experts who will always have their customers best interest in mind.
