When I went to pick the shirt up, I was told that it got stuck in a machine and was damaged. One of the cuffs had an 7 inch rip in it. I was assured that their tailor could fix the tear and it would be ok. When I went to get the shirt today, they did sew it. But you could see the large crease on the cuff. It looked awful. This was a high end dress shirt-Approx $80. I told the Indian lady Manager I was not satisfied and that I would have to go buy a new shirt. She told me that she was not going to give me any money towards a new shirt and that they did the best that they could. She kept referring to "accidents happen" and what can you do? Needless to say I wont be going back. I suggest doing the same unless you want to take gamble and hope they dont damage/tear your shirt, dress, etc.

The temperature is comfortable. The seating can be a little sparse The one thing I really like about this place is that it is conveniently located next to Dunkin' Donuts, Carvel, a deli, and the supermarket. For those people who like to multitask, it's nice to be able to do your shopping, get your laundry done, enjoy ice cream and then--after feeling pretty guilty about having the ice cream--go buy a coffee to increase your endorphin levels and not so bad about it all.

I've been going to him ever since, except in only one occasion. I've never had a problem with my clothes and I've never had a problem with customer service. John provides pristine and high quality care every single time. My clothes come back perfectly clean, pressed, and handled with real professionalism. Reliability like this is rear! I love how I get compliments on my shirts, just the other day 4/4 someone asked was my shirt brand new. They said that they loved how my shirt looks. The services requested were laundry with mild starch, sometimes placed on hanger or sometimes pressed and folded and placed in a box waiting for pick up. My pants are always pressed with a perfect crease. The value is great here and not over charged. I went to a neighboring cleaners once because I was in a rush, they charged more and the shirt came back dirty. I guess it is good to know what the competitor is doing but lesson learned, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Inspire more, Yelp more!

Items couldn't be replaced, and Excelsior has been ghosting me. I took them to small claims court and won although I couldn't put a price tag on my priceless items. I never dreamed I would have to sue a dry cleaner to get reimbursed for items that they claim were lost.
