It starts right at the front counter. The woman working reception has a severe language barrier and simply cannot communicate effectively in English. Trying to explain specific instructions about a garment or resolve a basic customer service issue is like talking to a brick wall--there is zero comprehension or willingness to work through the problem. I brought in a suit specifically to have a stain removed. When I dropped it off, the woman at the counter looked right at it, assured me with complete confidence that they could get the stain out, and took the order. When I returned to pick it up, the stain was still there. To add insult to injury, they still had the audacity to charge me in full for a service they completely failed to perform. Willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, I I allowed them to take a second crack at it. Fast forward to pickup number two: the stain was still there, completely untouched. When I confronted them about the botched job, the front desk worker actually looked me in the eye and agreed, saying, "Yes, I will refund you." But the moment she picked the phone up to call her boss, her entire story changed. Cowardly and dishonest. Instead of standing by her word, she completely backpedaled, and they flat-out refused to issue my refund. No accountability, no integrity, and zero customer service. They are quick to take your cash, but when they fail to deliver, they will lie to your face and keep your money. Save your clothes and go literally anywhere else.

I am so happy I brought it to them! But yes, there are two very faded spots that didn't completely come out. This cleaner also cleaned a sweater of mine but she made a note that it seemed prewashed since the zipper didn't align or something. OK, they want to cover themselves. But the sweater looks great after they cleaned it! Thank you! Another blazer she cleaned but checked it with her nail first if that stain scratched off. It was only yogurt or something so she took it. So I am scared they won't accept my things! It's like soup nazi over there! (suppose to be a joke) She also declined patches I need for holes on pants. So I inquired with the tailor down the street and they do patches for like $10. So I gave them a few pants I needed for repair! Glad someone else knows how to sew. When I returned to pick up my dry cleaning, another gentleman was at the front desk and the high level of customer service was maintained. My experience doing my own laundry was economical and the equipment did a great job. My dry cleaning was received when promised and I am pleased with the quality job that was done.
