But this cleaner turned down another blazer I brought in and said it couldn't be cleaned. The stains were permanent she said because it was a change of color to the fabric. Down the street, the other cleaner took that blazer for cleaning so I will let you know if those stains came out. OK, so the other cleaner improved it considerably and now it's wearable! I am so happy I brought it to them! But yes, there are two very faded spots that didn't completely come out. This cleaner also cleaned a sweater of mine but she made a note that it seemed prewashed since the zipper didn't align or something. OK, they want to cover themselves. But the sweater looks great after they cleaned it! Thank you! Another blazer she cleaned but checked it with her nail first if that stain scratched off. It was only yogurt or something so she took it. So I am scared they won't accept my things! It's like soup nazi over there! (suppose to be a joke) She also declined patches I need for holes on pants. So I inquired with the tailor down the street and they do patches for like $10. So I gave them a few pants I needed for repair! Glad someone else knows how to sew. My review for this cleaner is mixed in general. Bottom line: They are expensive but do a good job when they decide to take on the work.

I managed to clean myself. I tried to let them know (wasn't seeking anything just wanted to let them know), and they didn't seem open. Then a couple of weeks later they dropped off someone else's clothes with mine. Pick ups have been missed also. None of this happened in prior years. I was happy with them for a long time, but am seeking new cleaners. The few alterations they have done I have been happy with. But sad to say I think I need to seek alternate cleaners.

Jim, the owner was at the front desk and he was extremely helpful and welcoming. I was assisted by Carlos with my laundry and he was also very personable. When I returned to pick up my dry cleaning, another gentleman was at the front desk and the high level of customer service was maintained. My experience doing my own laundry was economical and the equipment did a great job. My dry cleaning was received when promised and I am pleased with the quality job that was done. Place is located right next to Walgreens in the shopping center down by the train, so it's easy to miss. Service inside was very friendly and they were very on top of everything. Got a shirt and suit dry cleaned. Price for both was ~$18, which is a bit pricey but everything came out good. Given previous experiences I've had with cleaners, and the level of service, I'll take it. They also have tailoring and pickup/delivery, both of which I will probably use at some point.
