I managed to clean myself. I tried to let them know (wasn't seeking anything just wanted to let them know), and they didn't seem open. Then a couple of weeks later they dropped off someone else's clothes with mine. Pick ups have been missed also. None of this happened in prior years. I was happy with them for a long time, but am seeking new cleaners. The few alterations they have done I have been happy with. But sad to say I think I need to seek alternate cleaners.

Jim, the owner was at the front desk and he was extremely helpful and welcoming. I was assisted by Carlos with my laundry and he was also very personable. It starts right at the front counter. The woman working reception has a severe language barrier and simply cannot communicate effectively in English. Trying to explain specific instructions about a garment or resolve a basic customer service issue is like talking to a brick wall--there is zero comprehension or willingness to work through the problem. I brought in a suit specifically to have a stain removed. When I dropped it off, the woman at the counter looked right at it, assured me with complete confidence that they could get the stain out, and took the order. When I returned to pick it up, the stain was still there. To add insult to injury, they still had the audacity to charge me in full for a service they completely failed to perform. Willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, I I allowed them to take a second crack at it. Fast forward to pickup number two: the stain was still there, completely untouched. When I confronted them about the botched job, the front desk worker actually looked me in the eye and agreed, saying, "Yes, I will refund you." But the moment she picked the phone up to call her boss, her entire story changed. Cowardly and dishonest. Instead of standing by her word, she completely backpedaled, and they flat-out refused to issue my refund. No accountability, no integrity, and zero customer service. They are quick to take your cash, but when they fail to deliver, they will lie to your face and keep your money. Save your clothes and go literally anywhere else.

This was off just having a terrible experience with some shirts getting butchered by the local dry cleaner, so I wanted a more professional take. I walked in completely clueless on a whim, tactlessly not making an appointment, and even though it was Juan's lunchbreak he still immediately took the time to see me and work with me. That said... let the man eat. Don't interrupt his break! I still feel bad about it!!! About the tailoring: Juan is just That Dude. He WILL make you look better and point out ways to make the clothes better compliment your body that others don't even know about. The pricing felt extremely fair and not at all like I was being overcharged for the amount and quality of work being done. Not only that, Juan did me a solid by getting the alterations done in-time with a big move out of state. Last minute, off of a random walk-in, and brother still treated me like I was a long time regular. And matter of fact, even though I'm going to be living down south I WILL still be getting my nicest clothing tailored by Juan. That's what his work is worth to me. 10/10 will be making sure I get my nephews' first suits tailored by him too
