I put the dryer on high 2 times, and my clothes came out soaked. The machines are brand new, so why wouldn't they dry the clothes? I told the worker & she said that she couldn't do nothing about it. I spent money to dry my clothes, so why wouldn't the worker pay & add more time to the machine for my clothes to dry? Or refund me? This is a very small laundry and it seems to have it's regulars. There doesn't seem to be an issue…read morewith any of the machines because they all seem to work very very well and your clothes come out nice and clean. I found it easier to use the app than to carry change but it's not as if it gets you a discount or anything. My biggest qualm was the customer service. First I don't like feeling like I'm being followed around. I'm not sure what exactly is the purpose of following someone in a laundry shop but if I need assistance I have nonissue asking. Second, there was an issue where change got stuck in the machine so someone did have to come for help. That is the only time we needed assistance. Third, if you have a set of machines you prefer customers to not use then maybe block those off or clearly label them especiallyif you are pushing for customers to use the higher priced ones. There were machines we used and then we had to shuffle over and use higher priced machines because it was only for internal use. Also, again the way you speak and treat your customers mean a lot. And perhaps make sure they don't understand what you're saying before you proceed to say anything about them even if it's not in a defamatory manner. Just be mindful, because you never know who's listening. Also, the parking lot is very small so if you score a spot then hopefully the people around you parked well so you don't have to worry about being trapped. Aside from all of that, the machines are pretty great and there are no complaints about those. Maybe you would get a better response on your visit.
