The only explanation I was given was, "I'm not sure what happened." This was completely unacceptable given the circumstances. I had to scramble to purchase new clothes for the funeral, adding unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. I was told I would be notified when the clothes were ready on Monday. (Not that it mattered - I was already out of state.) Unsurprisingly, I did not receive a call. Adding insult to injury, I was not offered any discount or compensation for this ordeal. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I'll admit, I did not notice the signs inside the establishment that indicated "cash only," so that is my fault, but the electronic invoice that I was sent made it appear as though I could pay with card online. The website also does not have clear indication about payment types accepted.
