The owner, who is Asian, could use a little practice in congeniality but the Latina staff are EXCELLENT. I'm always greeted with a smile, have had my drop-off and pick-up orders handled quickly and politely, and am always asked if I need help carrying things to the car. Nothing's been ruined or damaged and I'm always told that certain stains may not be removable. Thumbs up to them !!

The last straw was when I brought my very expensive blouse in after going there a year and when I picked it up it had large spots all over it. He said there's no way that it was their fault. I said fine then why did you dry clean it when it looked like that. He said he doesn't have time to check everything before Cleaning or pressing it (admitting they don't check their work). All I asked for was my money back on the Cleaning as I could not prove he ruined my blouse. I'm like you should've never cleaned it if you saw it looking like that. He even argued with that and gave me a long lecture on the cost of chemicals and he still did the work and you don't go to a restaurant and eat and not pay. And kept blabbering with similar examples That he said that he has so much volume he does not have time to check everything. Well, excuse me I thought that when you're cleaning peoples clothes and charging a lot of money ( over $10 for a blouse). You should be looking for things like spots I nicely asked him to at a minimum refund what I paid for the dry cleaning. He offered me five dollars off the 65 bill on the clothes I was picking up and gave me another speech on paying for work done. He is one of the nastiest and most unpleasant business owners I've ever encountered in my many years. I'm surprised he stays in business, but I guess it's convenient and there are not many options, but I'll find one.

I was…read moreassured they would be ready by Saturday, as the wake and funeral were scheduled for Sunday and Monday. When I went to pick up my clothes on Saturday, they were not ready. I was told they were on the last delivery truck and would arrive by the end of the day. I was assured I would receive a call when they arrived. That call never came. I returned after the store's closing time and was told again that the clothes had not arrived and were still on the delivery truck. I was promised another call once they did arrive. This time, I received a call, but it was to inform me that the clothes were not on the delivery truck and would not arrive until Monday. The only explanation I was given was, "I'm not sure what happened." This was completely unacceptable given the circumstances. I had to scramble to purchase new clothes for the funeral, adding unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. I was told I would be notified when the clothes were ready on Monday. (Not that it mattered - I was already out of state.) Unsurprisingly, I did not receive a call. Adding insult to injury, I was not offered any discount or compensation for this ordeal. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The dry cleaning items had a quick turnaround, just a day or so, while the alterations took about a week (which is also quick). Everyone who assisted me was friendly and attentive. The dry cleaning was competitively priced, but I did feel that the alterations were a bit high. I don't have much to compare with, other than evening gowns, but I was surprised that taking in the waist on a pair of pants was more expensive than those gowns in the past. The payment system was a bit confusing as well. I'll admit, I did not notice the signs inside the establishment that indicated "cash only," so that is my fault, but the electronic invoice that I was sent made it appear as though I could pay with card online. The website also does not have clear indication about payment types accepted. In a day and age when not many people carry cash or have paper checks anymore, this could be a drawback for people utilizing this business.
