All I asked for was my money back on the Cleaning as I could not prove he ruined my blouse. I'm like you should've never cleaned it if you saw it looking like that. He even argued with that and gave me a long lecture on the cost of chemicals and he still did the work and you don't go to a restaurant and eat and not pay. And kept blabbering with similar examples That he said that he has so much volume he does not have time to check everything. Well, excuse me I thought that when you're cleaning peoples clothes and charging a lot of money ( over $10 for a blouse). You should be looking for things like spots I nicely asked him to at a minimum refund what I paid for the dry cleaning. He offered me five dollars off the 65 bill on the clothes I was picking up and gave me another speech on paying for work done. He is one of the nastiest and most unpleasant business owners I've ever encountered in my many years. I'm surprised he stays in business, but I guess it's convenient and there are not many options, but I'll find one.

Bring your own liquid soap and detergent as the laundromat has a good variety but charge a bit more then the local supermarket or dollar general . Less than a week later, I call and come to get my clothes, and I find there are no traces of the mess I had left on them. It's as if nothing deleterious had happened. I'll admit, I did not notice the signs inside the establishment that indicated "cash only," so that is my fault, but the electronic invoice that I was sent made it appear as though I could pay with card online. The website also does not have clear indication about payment types accepted.
