The only thing we noticed is the flow of the restaurant could be improved so it's not so chaotic, people don't really know where to go - it seems like the ordering spot should be at the other end rather than having people cut across the restaurant and tables where people are eating & they don't know where to line up- like I said it was very crowded but we will be back the food is great- just wish the flow of the place was more organized for a better experience.

Well, that didn't last long because I finally got my hands on them and they're so good! There are a few donut places in town but this sure stands out. Fried in beef tallow, these donuts fill your craving for a guilty pleasure without giving you that almost regrettable feeling after you eat them. They offer a nice variety of flavors but my stand outs have to be the original glazed, Nutella, and huckleberry. I thought I would really love the creme brulee but the cream inside had a strange sour tang to it that my palette did not enjoy. If you don't have a sweet tooth, Lone Peak Provisions also serves up very tasty smashburgers and beef tallow fries! A very reliable lunch spot for sure.

I went with the bison burger and with the suggestion of my server opted for brussel sprouts instead of fries. Simply put, the food was flavorful. The bison of course fresh being in Montana. My husband had "The Gunsmoke" (classic smash burger), added cheddar cheese. When you walk in, you'll recognize the same expected red and white ambiance with large grills full of fresh patties, fryer baskets full of fresh cut peanut oil fries, and assembly lines of people placing fresh toppings on burger buns. Can't go wrong here, it's by design. I don't know why anyone would ever settle for a fast food burger when this is an option. With that said, I suggest trying to eat "there" vs. getting to go. Maybe it's nostalgia, but to me, it just tastes better that way.
