Roshambo's happy hour had been on my list for a long time and I'm so glad I finally got to check it out! It's tucked in the middle of a shopping center but plenty of parking and easy to find. Inside, we were seated immediately and i loved the chic decor and comfy booths. We got there very close to the end of happy hour but our waitress was fantastic with getting our orders in quickly. My friend and I decided to split the martini pitcher (the main draw for us, but be warned it serves about 5-6 STRONG martinis!!). We also got the half barrel of chicken which came with a few wings/thighs of chicken as well as mac n cheese, collards, biscuits and honey butter. The chicken was phenomenal and so crispy!! The Mac n cheese was classic and I was surprised that I enjoyed the collards (usually not my favorite). The honey butter was also delightful and I loved the 2 sauces the chicken came with (the Korean inspired one was my favorite!). Visited for the first time with friends to try their happy hour. Upon arriving we were greeted and seated immediately. Our waiter was very kind and he gave great suggestions. They have a great happy hour menu and they include $10 cocktail as well! We ordered the blackened butter wings, disco tots, the smoked trout dip and the brussel sprouts. We came here for lunch on a whim when we were on this side of town on a Saturday, and the food was excellent! Good service, plenty of seating available, and it was decorated all over the restaurant for Halloween, which was cute. There is plenty of parking because it's in a strip center. We shared the monkey bread appetizer and it was delightful. I know I could make this at home with pillsbury rolls, but this was the real deal! Baked to perfection. We split the quinoa bowl, which felt more like a salad because there was more lettuce than quinoa, but it was full of sweet potatoes, beets, and goat cheese, lending it lots of flavor. We also split the cease-and-desist burger, which was two thin patties smothered in sauce and cheese, and it was just what I needed... plus, the tots it came with were great. Second time back at Roshambo, but this time for Sunday lunch! There was a bit of a wait, so we opted to sit at the bar. It was decorated for the holidays with festive gnomes and wreaths lining the bar - adorable. The food was great. Despite it being American food, Roshambo takes it to the next level. The brussel sprouts were amazing - lots of soy, sesame, and umami flavor. For my entree I had the turkey melt, which had tons of flavor from the caramelized onions. I unfortunately did not have the opportunity to take photos as I had a baby with me BUT this is the place to go!! They have a carefully crafted menu with a wide variety of cuisines. Everything is fresh and so tasty. The service was incredible, even with a crying infant they remained kind and attentive. so so pumped I finally made it to Roshambo!! Its been on our list to make it for Happy Hour and we finally did! We got there with like 15 minutes to spare and our waitress was so nice to be quick and get our orders in because we had to try the martini pitcher!! Be warned this is serves about 5-6 hefty martinis but they do not disappoint!! We got the jalapeno hush puppies as well which were delish and had a great aioli but the star of the show was the fried chicken bucket we shared!! For this price and amount of food what a steal! It had like 2 wings, 2 thighs a breast, 2 biscuits and collards and mac and cheese! I don't like collards but these were great! The chicken was well seasoned and delish and of course the mac and cheese was stunning. I have had better biscuits but the honey butter was very good. 10/10 and would love to come back! read more

We stopped in for a Saturday lunch and loved sitting at their well-lit and beautifully done bar, and enjoyed a couple martinis, done just right. Her grilled cheese and tomato soup were great, while the chopped salad was fresh and delicious. While our experience was perfect, I was jealous of those around us who were partaking in the cheeky fried chicken bucket special, served with some of the best looking biscuits and mac and cheese I've ever seen. It's starting to get colder, and comfort food is always the right call. We ordered the fried chicken, the burger, and split the "beet" fall salad. The food itself was really good, just not quite "blow-your-skirt-up" amazing. A few things could've made the experience better. We were charged a $4 salad split fee, which wasn't disclosed until the bill came - uncool. The fried chicken also isn't selectable by white meat, dark meat, or mixed. I would've gladly paid an upcharge for our preference rather than leave food behind, which felt wasteful. The burger hit the greasy spoon vibe, exactly as expected, but it's not what I'd call juicy, so manage your expectations there. All in all, solid comfort food but pricier than it should've been for not quite getting what we wanted. read more

The food is good with some unique twists like the bucket of fried chicken (one of their signatures) - but there certainly is better for the high price point. This rating could have easily been a "5-star" one. We arrived approximately 15 minutes prior to our reservation time (Sunday Brunch). The greeting was very cold and trust me, I can recognize that easily. My wife and I were hosting our granddaughter and her boyfriend, and I wanted very much for things to be relaxing and enjoyable. It wasn't! We were seated in a corner in the back. Our hostess stated that she would be right back. However, in the interim 3 other tables were seated and their orders taken right away. Came to Roshambo for 2 birthdays and the group had a fantastic time! The decor is super unique and fun and we were in one of the back rooms. The service was great too, and food came out super quickly. I started with a strawberry gin drink and it was delicious! For my main I shared the bucket of fried chicken with my bf ($68 for a whole bird with green beans, Mac n cheese, and 2 biscuits). Everything was really good and there were plenty of leftovers. Rating not fully based on food!! I was traveling with my sister, my mother, and my mother's significant other the first weekend of January. We were setting up a dinner with my cousin, whom mom hadn't seen in years, and we were lucky enough to make a reservation here for a last-minute Saturday night spot. While the location and parking were both great, and the interior decor was very cool, I must say the booth situation was hella awkward. We had a LONG booth against the wall with the cool wooden Atlanta skyline and the booth was open on one side. With a party of five and two older folks in my group, the layout wasn't conducive to conversation at all. We stuck my cousin in the middle so she could talk to my mom, but without being able to talk across the table as there was no seating on one side, we kept having to resort to talking to whomever we were directly next to. The menu was good and our meals were good. We enjoyed our brussel sprout appetizer and adult beverages. No complaints about the food or service! But we ended up doing dessert and cocktails somewhere else after dinner so we could all look at each other and talk for a while longer. read more

Two of us had the hanger steak, one had the fried chicken bucket, one had the hot pot shrimp, and lastly the pork shank. The hanger steak was voted to be the star followed by the fried chicken. The only complaint at the table was how spicy the collard greens were. Good service at the table but the bar was struggling since there was always a wait for a drink at our table. Very unique name but marginal food!...So Far! I heard great things about the Crab Sandwich but it was literally bread on bread on bread! I also ordered a Spinach Dip as well. I didn't think you could make that bad but In all honestly it wasn't the best Spinach Dip I've had. It was grainy and had me wishing I ordered the Spinach Dip at Roaster! We had a brunch reservation for 5 at 11:30 am on Saturday, 12/16/23, for my friend's birthday. The restaurant had a party hat and a sweet little card on the table for her when we got there, which was such a nice touch! Dominic was our waiter and he was fabulous! "The Diner's Diner" was really misleading for me--without looking at pictures beforehand, I was expecting old-fashioned red booths and aluminum tables, but it was actually super upscale and nice inside. Here's what I had: - Cinnamon Monkey Bread ($9): OMG. I would go back just for this. - Disco Tots ($14): Decent. - Short Rib Hash ($24): This had good taste, but was missing crunch. Came to Roshambo yesterday for brunch and had a fantastic time! The waiter was super friendly and had good recommendation. We split the Shakshuka and the Spring Omelette. We went here for brunch and were seated immediately. The decor in here is very quirky and well thought out. I will say the room we were seated in had a lot of sound being trapped in so it was kind of hard to hear. I ordered a coffee which was pretty decent and the grilled cheese with tomato soup. I enjoyed it but might have preferred a different bread. It's really nice that you can order from the breakfast lunch and dinner menu at any time. It's a chic diner that serves all day all menu (bfast, lunch and dinner) I needed something for Valentine's Day brunch without a pre fix menu and this place delivered! The ambience is super nice, with art reflecting ATL skyline. I love the theme and they also have a decor wall With old cassette. The server was very enthusiastic and captured all the specials. The fish tacos and chicken pot pie were fantastic. Tuna poke crudo was a great appetizer. The lobster enchilada not so much and was steep at 50$ for the quality. The cinnamon roll was warm and not too gooey. For my entree I got the popular Double Stacker + fried egg. The burger was well seasoned and the tots touched my soul. Chic upscale diner with a beautiful atmosphere. Service: I came twice within 2 weeks. The first time I was blown away with the impeccable service from both my waitress & bartender. Unfortunately, I failed to get their names :(... Food: I came on a Thursday & the meal of the day was they Spicy Crab Spaghettini. This dish was AMAZING & full of flavor. I also shared the disco tots, hushpuppies, fish tacos & the regular biscuit. The 2nd time I ordered the pasta & disco tots again. We also tried the Nashville Hot Chicken Biscuit. I have to admit that the disco tots & Spicy Crab Spaghettini weren't as tasty as the first time. It was clear that the chef was different. The tots barely had the delicious pimento cheese sauce on them so they were dry. The pasta was on the drier side as well. I was very disappointed. I would not reccomend the hushpuppies at all. They had no flavor at ALL. The aoili served with them was great, so order a side to dip your tots in. The Nashville hot chicken biscuit was nothing to write home about either. It was nice to try this newer restaurant in the Peachtree Battle area. We had reservations, and a majority of tables were full on a Friday night. The space looks pretty modern and cool. Be sure to check out the cool tape wall on the way to the bathroom! Although they refer to themselves as a diner's diner - it was not what we expected. Our server let us know that they're in the process of changing concepts - that was pretty obvious; they'll need to figure out what they want to be. There was one basic breakfast dish on the menu, but otherwise very little diner vibes. The food might be 4.5 stars on flavor. Our group tried a few things including the burger, winter kale salad, chicken parm, prime rib, and redfish (market fish) - as well as some cocktails and the skillet cookie. Everything was tasty. I enjoyed the salad but thought it could use a bit of nutty crunch or other texture. The burger was good albeit heavy on mayo. The fish and prime rib got great reviews from friends, the parm a bit less on sauce flavor. Service was fine but nothing to blow me away. No refills on water, etc. and rarely checked in before we were done. But very friendly when interacting with us, so perhaps busy manning a lot of tables. There was a large private party, which slowed down food service as well. All in all, would definitely return to try a few other dishes, and see how they find their identity too! read more

Roshambo is another name for the rock-paper-scissors game so you MUST go, for that reason alone. I definitely can appreciate Roshambo and it's spin on classic Southern American dishes. My friend and I went on a Sunday when they have a cafeteria style tray for the fried chicken bucket, the chicken is seasoned like ya momma made it and the portions will keep you coming back. This item isn't on the menu and only served Sundays, reminds me of Sunday dinner. When we arrived, we were immediately seated but the service throughout our dinner was slow; although other servers were helpful and accommodating during our visit, our server could've been more attentive. The decor was very unique, colors were easy on the eye and the place has a quiet elegance and ambience to it! I like! The drinks were fresh, flavorful and enjoyable. My favorite dishes were the hummus and crab dip as well as the trout, the trout is a bit greasy but the spaghetti squash just did it for me with this dish.
