I had always passed Rosewater while in the area but I decided to give it a try. There are many indoor and outdoor seating options and an area in the middle for private events. Our server was very nice and patient and gave her opinion on recommended dishes. The fries and dessert were good.

Whole Branzino
Lynn B.

Branzino was whole and pan seared. As you'd expect with a whole fish, lots of bones. Waiter saw that I was picking at the bones to get to the meat and asked if I was okay. I asked if the fish could be deboned. He took the plate and deboned it off to the side. Made for a much more enjoyable dining experience. Brussel sprouts were flash fried and served with tart cherries, shaved pecorino cheese and cubes of pancetta. This had to be the BEST preparation of brussel sprouts I ever had. So good! The next time I'm in Raleigh, I will dine at Rosweater just to get a serving.

Do your tastebuds a favor and make a night at this fabulous North Hills eclectic, vibe of a restaurant. From the moment you walk in to the very last lick of your plate you will be delighted! On a stormy rainy work trip night in Raleigh, a friend recommended I pop into this place while just in town for 2 days. I am SO glad I did! My gentleman bartender, Jason was friendly, conversational & made some fabulous, knowledgeable recommendations! I started with the Rosewater martini that was as light and fresh as the beautiful floral & airy glass decor that this place rocks! I moved on to the burrata appetizer and the Rosewater Old Fashioned with my shrimp pasta dinner! What a treat! The pasta was perfectly al dente and the shrimp was a lemon garlic, buttery deliciousness with spinach and fresh red pepper, adding just the kick this dish needed. If you were in the Raleigh area, do not miss this place!

Wow. This place is awesome. The decor is very casual but also rustic. Staff was so friendly. Hunter our server was great. They made a great old fashioned and my Maui mahi was really good. The risotto was very tasty. We had a sample of deserts and they were amazing. Great place to grab a dinner. Try it.

Rosewater is located in North Hills in Raleigh, North Carolina. Excellent location. there's plenty of parking in the parking garage and There's also street parking When you walk in and it's just a beautiful brick building The customer service from the host and hostess excellent and friendly. The dining area is beautiful. We sat at the bar had drinks and had starters. The Southern Preacher was delish! And I loved one of the signature drinks the Rosewater Martini! It had Grey Goose with Peach and Rosemary, St German, lemon, pomegranate, Rosewater. We had great conversations with the owner and the bartender would definitely go back here if I'm in the area. Drinks Phenomenal!!!!!!

The ambiance of this restaurant is so light and airy. The greenery makes the place so romantic and whimsical. The food and drinks were great. The rosewater martini was absolutely delicious. The cornbread fritters were slightly dry. I have no complaints of the shakshuka! It was well seasoned, warm and inviting. The waitress was so kind and patient. She looked like she truly enjoyed working there. I can't wait to go back and try more food options!

Food was amazing especially the butternut squash soup and gluten free bread! Fast and friendly service. We arrived between brunch and diner and we were seated right away. Chic elegant relaxed ambiance. The musician was nice but we couldn't hear him from the table we were sitting at

Came here for my sister's birthday celebration on a Friday evening. Pros: -They were able to accommodate 11 guest on the patio. -The decor and feel of the restaurant is nice. I can't say my food met or exceeded that. Cons: I started off with a miniature rosewater (mocktail). The drink was cute but extremely syrupy and sweet. My lamb was nicely cooked but it lack flavor. This was a miss considering the amount of toppings it came with. Those with me ordered Mac n cheese- some enjoyed, some didn't. Chicken was 50/50 on liking as well. Overall, I love the concept but I don't think I'll be running back here for dinner. Maybe coffee as they offered espresso. It's a nice place to people watch in north hills.

Nestled in the charming North Hills village, Rosewater Kitchen & Bar at 110 Park at N Hills St, Raleigh, was a delightful find for our pre-Father's Day dinner. From the moment we stepped in, the cozy and relaxing ambiance made us feel right at home. Seated in the beautiful Garden Room, our experience began with the house-made bread, baked fresh daily, and the decadent Pipe Rigate - a mac & cheese dish featuring Fontina, Smoked Gouda, Sharp Cheddar, and Pancetta. It was simply delicious! For the main course, we savored the Short Rib with Calasparra Rice, Garlic, Thyme, and a delightful Apple and Sweet Pepper Relish. The Whole Branzino, adorned with Salsa Verde, Charred Lemon, and Calabrian Chili, and the Mahi-Mahi, accompanied by Carrot Risotto, Green Pea, Pancetta, and Asiago, were both prepared to perfection. Each dish was an explosion of flavors, with toppings and garnishes that elevated the culinary experience. The highlight of our evening was the impeccable service from Alysha M. Her friendly demeanor, menu knowledge, and warm spirit made our dining experience unforgettable. We will definitely return and hope to be served by Alysha again. Rosewater Kitchen & Bar is a must-visit for an awesome dining experience. Giorgios Group has done it again! Of the 10 we've visited thus far, not a hint of disappointment.

I went out to enjoy the evening and came upon a place which felt like I should give it a surprise visit. Decided to choose to sit at the bar & realized how nice it was to feel the vibez on a Tuesday evening. The starters I enjoyed were the octopus & grilled oysters. Delicious!!! I drank the Carolina Colada, Lavender Bliss, & Southern Preacher. My favorite out of the three was the Lavender Bliss. I do recommend trying all 3!Great barista & she was very nice too. Whenever I do get back to Raleigh. North Carolina I definitely will visit Rosewater!

The pesto and salami one was my favorite. The inside of the restaurant is pretty dimly lit, but we didn't mind and it helped create a cozy atmosphere. I have been to Postino many times before, but this was my first time at the Raleigh location. While it's been 4 years since I've had Postino and the menu has changed a little, the bruschetta board is still a permanent fixture. We ordered a bruschetta board for an appetizer and I ordered the half panini & half salad for my entree. The bruschetta board is a must order because you can get 4 different kinds. The top tier choice is the salami pesto one. It's my absolute favorite. For my panini, I got the caprese one on ciabatta bread and the half of the mixed greens salad. The salad was delicious. This was a ton of food and felt very satisfying. I always love the vibe of Postino's, but this location was way too dark with only a small candle at the table. Service started off good and we were able to order our food without a problem. However, our server was done with his shift right after we ordered so we got a new server. Our new server had no idea we already ordered and was a little behind coming to our table for water refills. Despite that, we were in and out of the restaurant within 45 minutes. Postino is surrounded by other shops and restaurants, so they had a ton of parking available outside the restaurant. Highly recommend this place if you want good food!

They have a very extensive inventory of bourbons including all the high-end ones you would want. They don't serve food, so it's a good place to come after dinner. The ambiance is simple, a wooden bar and now that they have expanded, they have some tables as well. For those that follow me on Yelp for brewery reviews, cocktail bar reviews are few and far between. So if I make a point of making a visit, it really is special. Great selection of product (I guess) but what I appreciate is the care and attention each glass is prepared by the bar keep. They are very friendly and knowledgeable - which is good for me, b/c I ask a lot of questions! Service is careful, but does crawl if the house is full, it really is tiny inside - did you know there was a back door, patio area? I particularly like the absence of having to yell at my table mates - it makes this barbour more sophisticated in this respect.Everything, right down to the outside marquee is subtle - and we like leaving the madding crowd far away...

I came here for drinks and dessert with friends, and the star of the show was definitely the beignets. As someone who has visited New Orleans and tried the real deal, I thought I knew what good beignets tasted like. Turns out, I did not have to travel that far after all! The beignets here are like a cross between a classic beignet and a croissant. Light, fluffy, and just the right amount of indulgent. I will definitely be back to check out more of the menu, but no matter what, I am saving room for the... say it with me... beignets!!

Her recommendations for pairing the drinks with the food were flawless, and each drink was prepared like a work of art. I started with the raw oysters, paired with a glass of Rose, which I loved. They switched from the Halibut with Fennel to Mahi with Forbidden Rice. The rice is black and inky and potent and extraordinary, but it overwhelmed the fish completely. Still greatful I got to experience it, but I would pair it with something more gamy like lamb or goat. The Pecan pie with warm salted caramel ice cream was nothing short of a spiritual experience, and Hayley's recommendation to pair it with Rum Flip was perfect. Yes, I Ubered. Overall, this one is going to be a frequent hangout.

From the staff to the manager to the food, everything was on point. The food truly speaks for itself. They serve small plates, which we love because it gives you the chance to try different things and experience a variety of flavors. We started with the fried pork belly on tostones. It was perfectly seasoned, topped with avocado, and every bite just melted in your mouth. Next, we had the tamarind sticky ribs with a tamarind mango barbecue sauce. This was a perfect example of how simplicity can create complex flavors. The ribs were cooked just right -- not completely falling off the bone, but tender enough that when you bit into them, the meat pulled apart so easily. They were juicy, full of flavor, and had just the right touch of spice from the chili flakes. Then we moved on to the mini arepas, and oh my God. They had slow-cooked pork, guava barbecue sauce, and fried papas on top. The arepa itself was crispy on the outside, warm and fluffy on the inside. The savory pork paired with the sweetness of the guava barbecue sauce was incredible, and the crunch from the fried papas took it to another level. Now, I have a bit of a sweet tooth, but my wife does not. I wanted dessert, and we were leaning toward the tres leches, but our waitress highly recommended the bread pudding. I am not usually a fan of bread pudding at all, but her recommendations had been on point all night, so I decided to trust her. I am so glad we did. They take a Mexican bolillo, soak it overnight in tres leches, then pan-sear it to create this crispy caramelized outside while keeping the inside warm, soft, and sweet. It is topped with crema and toasted coconut, then they pour warm guava syrup over it and serve it with a scoop of coconut sorbet. The layers of flavor in that dessert were unreal. Honestly, it may have been the best dessert we have ever had. And remember, my wife is not big on sweets -- she usually only takes one bite of dessert, but this time she tried to eat over half of it. Lol. I highly recommend this place. The food, the service, the drinks, and the atmosphere were all amazing. And after dinner, you can even head upstairs to work off the food with salsa lessons and a dance club. This is definitely a spot worth checking out! Me alegra muchísimo haberlo hecho. Jajaja.
