    Beef Kabob

Sitti has an elevated yet cozy feel. The interior is beautifully decorated, and since it's not on a busy street, parking was fairly easy to find. We went inside and were immediately seated. Around 6 PM on a Sunday the restaurant wasn't crowded, but there are plenty of tables and it looks like a great spot for hosting a larger party. For food, we ordered the salmon, the beef kebabs, and enjoyed the complementary pita bread and olive oil, which were warm and delicious. We had also ordered an eggplant appetizer, but it took so long that our entrées came out first, so we decided to skip it. Even with that mishap, the food was absolutely delicious. Definitely ask for their harissa, it adds such a great kick. My salmon was cooked beautifully medium, the fish tasted very fresh, and I would absolutely order it again. The portions were generous and filling, so we decided to skip dessert this time, but we'll definitely be back to try it.

Tucked in the heart of downtown, surrounded by city sounds, Sitti is your passport to the heart of Lebanon--without ever leaving this happening area. My preferred starter is a creamy Hummus, and their Hummus is smoother than your favorite playlist, it has a perfect blend of ahini, garlic, and lemon juice. But the star of their Tastings menu is definitely the cheese rolls. Imagine a golden, crispy hug filled with gooey, melty cheese that whispers sweet nothings in Arabic. This isn't just a roll--it's a swoon-worthy swirl of Levantine love and dairy dreams. The Chicken Kabob's are flame-kissed flavor torpedoes straight from the heart of Beirut. Marinated like they've got secrets to tell, grilled like they're training for the Olympics, and served so juicy they might need their own towel. Paired with the Sitti Rice, you've got yourself a culinary love story. Whether you're on a date, a solo shawarma mission, or hiding from your inbox, they' serve the mood, the munchies, and the magical service to match. Cheers!

So many restaurants were closed on the 4th of July, and we are happy to know many hospitality people were off all day & night to enjoy being with family & friends for the holiday. We were thrilled that Sitti was open as we had company in town for the 4th of July. The lunch we enjoyed was nothing short of spectacular! Seriously some of the BEST Lebanese food any of us have ever had. We started with labneh and Baba Ghanouj. Our server Matt brought out the most amazing freshly baked pitas to pair up with these two cold mezzes. We were literally drooling over the flavors of both dips and amazed that the pitas were consumed in their entirety! Not certain that those two dishes could be topped Matt then brought out lunch, and all of us exclaimed over the authenticity of the food at Sitti. My husband's chicken shawarma was #1 in our books. All of us have enjoyed this dish at various places around the US but this one coming out of the kitchen at Sitti rocks the culinary world! Moist, tender pieces of chicken exploding with that Lebanese style and flavor. The garlic whip that accompanied the shawarma is addictive and their Sitti rice is beyond delicious. My orange and goat cheese salad was crisp & refreshing. (Next time I will request the dressing on the side.) I opted to add on their falafel and I shared them with 2 others at the table. The vote was taken - hands down the BEST falafel any of us had the pleasure to taste. My brother ordered and truly obsessed over the Sfiha Pizzette. Please know that this is a must try when you visit this skilled restaurant team. It features Ground beef and lamb mixed with spices, za'atar, extra-virgin olive oil, pine nuts, pomegranate molasses, diced tomato, and parsley. Awesome flavors! The service and hospitality we received from Matt was so much appreciated. Thank you for working on a holiday.

We came here with a group of 8 and had a prime spot near the window. It's a beautiful space inside and out. If you haven't checked out the courtyard area, Sitti shares a courtyard with Gravy and it's divine. I love to sit outside and it's just beautiful. After we ordered the waiter brought pita with olive oil to the table. It was tasty and light. The olive oil with spices was flavorful. I split the Kafta which was plenty for my husband and I to share. We love Sitti and will be back!

Sitti was great! My daughter and I came here last night after playing at marbles museum all day and I wasn't about to cook dinner haha. I'm so glad that I decided to walk in! The food was absolutely delicious and service was attentive af and super helpful and friendly. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and they checked on us throughout the night asking how everything was and how we liked the food. They even held open for the door when we left and thanked us for coming in. We will definitely be going back again! Our server was Allison. Shoutout to Allison for recommending the Sitti tasting which was super tasty. My favorites were the chicken shawarma which was so flavorful and tender. Loved the (garlic?) sauce and pickle on top of it. It all came together beautifully. The kibbee mikli is this sort of mini football shaped stuffed meatball filled with ground beef and pine nuts and sits atop what tasted like Greek yogurt drizzled with olive oil. Super recommend this dish. The cheese rolls that it comes with are this lovely crispy little eggroll type of things that were scrumptious as well. The only part of the dish that I wasn't a fan of was the watermelon radish on the salad portion of the tasting. It was extremely bitter. We also ordered the mixed grill to-go with the beef med rare per Allison's recommendation but also is really the only way to eat beef duh! My husband had that and said it was good. They threw in complimentary pita bread with olive oil in our takeout order bag which was thoughtful. The restaurant provides complimentary pita and oil for the table when you dine in as well. We ordered a cheese pizzette off of the kids menu as well and my daughter only had one slice but it looked incredible. This place has chill vibes and is very warm and inviting and great for a quick meal with a friend, family, or date (although it does get pretty loud later in the night esp after 6pm which can make it hard to hear one another). Allison had recommended the beef kabob, Sitti tasting (which is large enough to share with two people but I devoured and so stuffed by the end. It looks small but is super filling!), chicken artichoke, and said that all of the pizzettes are great too! Guess i have to go back and try them all!

Came here for a quick bite before an event next door. I came in and sat at the bar hoping for quick service. I kept looking around waiting to be served and provided a menu. It took some time before I was approached. I asked for a menu and quickly looked for a drink and app to order. It took some time again for someone to take my order. I ordered the spritz and falafel and asked for it to be quick bc I had an event. Once order the food and drinks were quick to come. I did have to ask for utensils once everything came out and I was provided bread and oil dip after. The food was delicious! That bread is amazing and fresh! The falafel app was not dry. And my drink was strong and a healthy service with minimal ice. The restaurant Is nice though a bit impersonal feeling and not very welcoming. I would come again to try more items if in the area but wouldn't drive specifically to this place.

So sad because I'm only in Raleigh for two more days. Please open Sitti in South Florida! Best food ever, friendly service, and a super nice vibe. The pita was sooo good. Everything on the Sitti sampler was well spiced and just amazing with the kibbe the star of the show. Can't say enough great things about this restaurant! Love!

If ever in downtown Raleigh this is worth the stop. Local Lebanese deliciousness. The staff were so kind and I truly appreciate the at home feel celebrating heritage and hospitality of this charming location. Not only were all the dishes we had delicious, they were the perfect balance of rich and bold and savory flavors. Next time I'm in Raleigh I will definitely be going back.

Came here for restaurant week, tried everything on the three course menu and it was great! The only thing that was so-so was the Mahi and it was simply overcooked. The seasoning on it was great though! Our services was a little slow, food took awhile to get to us but I'd chalk it up to the event. The server was otherwise great!

Vegetarian sampler - hummus, baba ganoush, salad, falafel, feta cheese rolls, and dolmades
    Allyson D.

Easy place for a vegetarian to eat. I had the vegetarian sampler, which came with 6 little servings of hummus, baba ganoush, salad, falafel, cheese rolls, and dolmades. My faves were the dolmades (grape leaves stuffed with rice) and baba ganoush (eggplant dip). Served with pita bread and a olive oil, it's a great offer to try a little bit of everything. Restroom was clean and service was friendly. I sat at the bar, but they have plenty if table seating. I found street metered parkin, and after 6 pm it is free.

I've practically followed this place across states and cities. I discovered Aladdin's years ago when I lived in Northern Virginia. After that first visit, I was hooked and started going several times a year. When the Shirlington location closed, they reopened in Burke, and that became my new go‑to spot every time I visited the area. And then, heartbreak , they closed that location too. One day I randomly searched to see if they had opened anywhere else, and you won't believe it... they popped up right here in North Carolina, the same state I now live in! And while it's not in Charlotte, my brother lives in Raleigh, which means every trip to see him doubles as an excuse to visit Aladdin's. My usual order is the shawarma rolled, and trust me when I say it's the best! The savory, flavorful meat paired with those pickled veggies, plus all the heavenly spices and sauces, well t's just perfect! I've had shawarma at countless places over the years, and nothing even comes close to theirs. I typically grab an appetizer as well, dolmas or falafel. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Every dish I've tried has been spectacular. Introduced my brother and wife to this place, and they've already been back! To give you an idea of how deep my love for this place goes, the last time I visited I ordered 4 extra shawarma rolls to go, froze them, and rationed them out at home. They don't hold up perfectly after being frozen but I did still enjoy every single one. Aladdin's will always be one of those rare restaurants that I go out of my way to visit and I'll continue to stop by as often as I possibly can. If you love Mediterranean flavors (Lebanese) this spot is a must!!!

Despite it being less than a week from Christmas and the shopping center it is in is quite hectic due to the holidays, I was able to find a spot by scavenging. I appreciate that the lot is very large, and people are always coming and going, so if you wait just a tad or if you park by Walgreens, you'll get a spot sooner, than later. I ordered the: - Taza Chicken Salad - 10/10 - delicious, flavorful and so much variety - Flavor Savor Special - 8/10 - the beef and the falafel was a bit dry that I couldn't finish (and I usually always finish my food) but the chicken thigh and everything else was licked up clean - Mango Smoothie - 10/10 - so refreshing, and you can tell, its super fresh Our server Leena was absolutely wonderful, she was so sweet, polite, helpful - just so gracious. I'd come again to try out different dishes, since they offer soooo many different things, but I'd probably avoid the beef and likely the falafel next time.

We started with the saganaki and hummus, then decided to go all in and order the Grecian Feast for two. In hindsight, that was a lot of food after already getting starters. Definitely come hungry or plan to split the feast with 3. The platter itself is huge and comes with a dip, rice, salad and your choice of meats and/or seafood. The highlights for us were the spicy feta and the salmon, both of which had great flavor. The lowlight was the chicken, which was way overcooked and ended up tough and pretty tasteless. Service unfortunately dragged the experience down quite a bit. It felt like we waited about 15 minutes before anyone came by with menus, then another 15 minutes before our drink orders were taken. Once we finally ordered everything, the food actually came out fairly quickly. But by the end of the meal we were basically hunting for our server. At one point we both separately went to the bathroom (including a trip to the one downstairs) and still had not seen our server to try to get the check. Overall, come for the rooftop atmosphere, but I would recommend ordering all of your drinks and food at once so you can just sit back and enjoy the patio without waiting around for service.
