Lately, there are a couple of baristas there who, at least from my experience, come across very disconnected. No emotion, no warmth, almost robotic to the point where it feels uncomfortable. At first I thought maybe it was just me being picky, but one day I stayed for a while, drank my coffee there, and observed the room. Honestly, it seemed like most people were getting the same cold treatment. Maybe it's a generational thing. Who knows.
