I found parking on the street, it wasn't too bad at all. It looks like they have a couple of spots behind the café, if you're lucky. I love this set up, there are so many places to sit and sip, gather, work, study. The plants make this unique café shop, gorgeous! It's like everywhere you turn, there is more seating and more plants. Inside the café, you can find merch and a small menu. The barista and cashier were really friendly and helpful. I went with the wildflower iced latte. The cashier said it was a good choice and I also asked someone in line. I thought it was delicious. It could have had more flavoring, but I definitely can tell that the ingredients were of quality. I also walked around and looked at the plants. The rose latte wasn't overly sweet and had a really nice flavor, and the Armenian coffee was bold and smooth, exactly what you'd hope for from their organic, sustainably sourced beans. Next time we're going to try the banana terracotta latte everyone talks about. Chill spot to hang out, work, or just enjoy a good cup, and the fact that it's tied to Serj Tankian and celebrates Armenian coffee culture makes it even more special. They used crispy tortilla chips similar to the kind you get in tortilla soup, which actually gave the dish a really good twist. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. Besides the friendly staff, my first visit to Rock Coffee was lackluster. The coffee was OK and the environment was not inviting, so I basically wrote it off. Fast forward to March of 2026... I saw Rock Coffee was under new management and hosting a weekly game night on Wednesdays. They have made some major improvements. The large work space had been upgraded with plenty of tables, comfortable seating, and good natural light. The coffee quality had markedly improved. It looks like they have a brand new espresso machine and the staff has clearly been trained on how to use it properly. One of the best espressos I have had in LA. I now spend more time there at various times of the day and the space acts like a little community center for the neighborhood. A chill space for hanging out with friends or getting some work done.

Once a week (or maybe it's once a month, i forgot), they have a pop-up outside in the front lot where this guy comes and cooks breakfast sandwiches, which is cool. It's always super enjoyable whenever i have the time to come in, love this place. One thing to note is that they close at 2pm, which is pretty early imo, so i always have to remember to go early. They have a shared parking lot with the business next door and it's free all day for customers. Super convenient.
