Great ambiance. Food was good overall. Eggs Benedict was slightly overcooked. Pancakes were okay.

Solid breakfast offerings with fine service from the restaurant within Hilton Canopy. Attempting to rival the food Mecca that is the north end (literally across the street from the hotel), is a feat for any restaurant in the area. That being said, if you're staying at the Hilton Canopy, I can definitely recommend their breakfast options! The lobster omelette does not hold back on the crustacean filling and the smoked salmon sandwich is loaded as well. Our attempt at dinner when we arrived late Friday night, however, was unimpressive and stupid expensive (cheese plate, olive appetizer, + two glasses of wine for $100 w/ tip?! I know I'm on the east coast, but the portions were embarassing). IMO, if you don't get free credits ($18 per day for Hilton Diamond status), breakfast tickets, or "chef's choice" coupon, my fellow Yelpers, you can do better with pretty much any venue around this area.

Rose Town Kitchen exceeded our expectations, we happened upon the location through Yelp and couldn't be happier with our experience. My husband ordered the meatball starter and it was not only delicious but it was enough to be a meal! The Buttery Herb Crusted Cod was amazing!! We were also very pleased with our server Andrea, she was attentive and very kind. Such good food and wonderful service - I highly recommend Rose Town Kitchen

The service was far beyond anything we could have anticipated. My friend is gluten intolerant and dairy free; the chef came out and asked a few questions and then prepared a meal within the dietary restrictions that was amazing. Eggs Benedict was awesome, and the hollandaise was definitely prepared in house. The potatoes were done perfectly as well. The restaurant boasts mid-century modern vibes, and is done well. Quiet and cozy vibes with nice views and morning light.

Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Salad and French Fries. Excellent thick tender chicken.

We stayed at the Canopy Hotel by Hilton in Boston. The Rose Town Kitchen is on the 2nd floor. Very nice modern restaurant with a view of the park, and excellent staff. The food and servers are excellent. We had a Wagyu Burger, and a Butter and Herbed Cod, with wine and beer for dinner. For breakfast we had Eggs Benedict, and Two Eggs over easy with sausage. The eggs were perfectly cooked. The restaurant hours need updating; in Yelp the breakfast hours are not shown.

The food is decent and ambience is fine but it overpriced for what it is. You find that you enjoyed the experience more than the food.

It was a Sunday night and we didn't feel like going far for a meal. That's when we put the voucher to use as the Capiz is in the lobby of the hotel. We went for an early dinner. Walking into the restaurant, no one was there to greet us and there was no host stand. Finally, a server (who also turned out to be our server) told us to pick where we wanted to sit. We chose a four-top table. When it was time to order, we were dealing with a limited menu. I chose lobster quesadillas, which were listed under "appetizers". My husband chose the fish and chips. The quesadilla was sloppily made. Some pieces had hardly any cheese or lobster in them. Other pieces were overloaded with lobster and cheese. While it was all edible and the lobster was properly cooked, it still was underwhelming. My husband said the fish was well prepared, flaky and crispy at the same time. There were too many French fries, making the plate a bit messy. In a pinch, Capiz did fit the bill as we didn't feel like going far for a meal that day.

For my breakfast I had the avocado toast with a side of chicken sausage and my girlfriend had the oatmeal. It was a perfect way to start the morning. The avocado toast was delicious and the oatmeal hit the spot. The lounge had tables and a bar area with high top tables which provided plenty of space from other diners. Lastly, the hostess and waiter were excellent in taking care of us while dining.

We got the Thai chicken meatballs which were seasoned well and had the perfect amount of spice for the coconut green curry sauce. Their beet salad was also good, the shaved fennel and avocado really helped. For our mains, we got the cider brined Berkshire pork chop and the organic chicken. The pork chop was cooked perfectly, had a good sear/crust was juicy, really my favorite. The chicken was also delicious well, not dry and seasoned well. For dessert we had the orange cream pie which was the perfect finisher.

Tl/dr: not bad but nothing super special…read more Loved: - The chic interior and upscale vibe. - The attentive service (esp w respect to allergies). - What I'm sure is a beautiful view of the water from our table when the sun doesn't set at 5p. But the food is just ok. The 3 of us ordered 2 pastas (one entree size, one app size), and 4 or 5 apps and nothing was impressive. The pappardelle w bolognese was the highlight for me. The lemon ricotta ravioli was borderline cold by the time I cut into it which was really odd. The mozzarella was forgettable, but the pork belly was solid. The scallops that were on special were the itty bitty kind and just ok - mostly overwhelmed by whatever breading they were covered in. The best part was probably the deserts - I had the creamy Nutella something or other - and was really upset when I got to the airport in the morning and realized I left it in the hotel fridge /sad face. Crème brûlée was on point. If nothing else, their pastry chef is 100 on the land/sea/sky.
