The man that came out spent only 3 minutes in my house. I asked him to spray at the baseboard and areas where the bugs were coming from and he refused. He threw away the traps I recently purchased and replaced them with their traps. I would not recommend them, as the bugs are still coming back. I had better luck using boric acid, then having these incompetent people come. He did not even bother to spray where I told him to. I would recommend Orkin vs. Rose Pests. Very unprofessional and only spent 3 minutes in my home, had a very uncaring attitude and destroyed my personal property. In addition to that, he placed traps where I clearly stated were not hot zones for the bugs. Not good customer service at all! read more

On 5/1/25, a young man came to out door that clearly says NO SOLICITATION to solicit pest control. He did not introduce himself or his company. We said we were not interested, pointed out the sign and told him to leave. He kept pushing saying our service clearly isn't doing a good job. My father excused himself to finish dinner and I went to lock up my car for the night. The man FOLLOWED ME TO MY CAR continuing to try to solicit more information. I finally stood my ground and told him to get off the property. He retorted "I'm going but you don't have to be a difficult BITCH about it!" And went across the street to our neighbors l empty houses to peek in the window and knock on the door. I called the cops as it seemed like he was checking houses. While I was on the phone with the police, another kid came over FROM BEHIND AN EMPTY HOUSE on a hoverboard introducing himself as 'his manager'. I loudly informed them the cops have told me not to talk to them and they booked it away as if caught in the act of a crime only furthering suspicions. We went and asked neighbors and they had similar experiences with these kids when they were told no to pest control. We called to inform Rose Pest Control that there are people impersonating their staff only to be told THEY WORK FOR THEM as confirmed by a phone call 5/2 @11am... If they can't keep aggressive creeps off their staff, how can you trust them to keep them out of your home? read more

They came for springtails all over our home. When they were done there were still bugs all over the home. The exterminator sprayed 2 doors and left, for $250.. My wife called and they said the exterminator in the report said he sprayed the patio, the entire exterior, the basement, first and second floors. Which he did not.. the person on the phone said he's not a liar and left it at that. Soo. If you want to be ripped off and lied to go with rose. read more

Here is my story. Tech pulled up with another person unbeknownst to me. They both wanted to come in unmasked. I said I only want one guy to come in, and asked if you can please put on a mask. He didn't have one. I gave him one. It was a redo since the first time it seemed to hardly work as our silverfish, ant problem was really bad. Tech was smug and only wanted to know where the spots where. I said they are thru out and been vacuuming them up a couple times a days so it would be hard for me to show you. I asked them to just do the whole house. It didn't want to. Geeez they are only here for 5 minutes in general. I asked, are you here to service and do your job? I was given the chemical spiel as he didn't want to do my whole home over. After going back and forth he did a very quick spot corners mostly. They do not like doing inside walls. Can't a bug crawl there and nest? I had to push for more. I also asked for him to redo the outside. This time my family was outside at a distance and watched. Like I thought he did NOT even go around the home. He faked it. He didn't know we were watching for that this time. I later called with all my concerns and after multiple calls got a call back. It was a total confusing call and he wanted to have him come back with another higher up person. I said do you really think I would want to same tech again? He didn't get it, but did say he would have someone else call. Well you guessed it no one called. I called again and it seems they only have one tech in my area so I would be stuck with the same person. i have used them for a number of years with other techs and never had a problem, but now I will find another company. I don't have to be subject to poor service and customer service. Again this is my experience. read more

I noticed I had an issue with bees around my new home. My request for a quote was answered promptly by Shalonda, and I was set up with an appointment shortly thereafter. Jesus (the technician) came out and was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough with his work. I also expressed concern about the inside of my home and he took care of that as well. Terrible service - unreliable, don't have proper records or communication between departments, very unprofessional and a total waste of my time!! Here's the whole account: I called them around Mar 30 to sign up for an annual contract and spoke with Ann Marie. She gave me the details of service and scheduled someone to do a survey of our house before giving us the estimates and assigning us on a program. On Apr 3, Zack came by and said he would send us a full report, details and put us on a program. Never heard from them and I was travelling through April and most of May so I didn't follow up either. On May 23, I called and got a guy from their call center to ask what was going on. He didn't have a clue about my account or details. Took everything all over again and said he had to schedule someone for another home visit on May 25. On May 24, at 9:30am, Ann Marie called me and said that I'm already on a program (which I obviously never signed up for) and she said she would send someone out to my house today to check the house and explain the plan to me. She also mentioned that their call center knows nothing (I agree). Then asked me to wait for her call back with the scheduled visit. Never heard from her again I called the office again that evening and spoke to Janice, who very promptly explained that she had no records of us and that only Ann Marie or Zack would be able to tell me what going on. I would have to wait for them to call me (at their convenience). Called Zack left a voicemail. Called Ann Marie left a voice mail. On May 25 - called and spoke to Candice, she said she would try contacting Zack or Ann Marie (she was trying to be helpful). It's May 29 and no one has called back or visited. I have a feeling these guys don't talk to each other, don't have a central database, and obviously don't give a shit about new customers!! I finally called Quick Kill extermination co. (Family run business) they're prompt, professional and very accommodating for a same-day check and service!!! read more
