Came in for lunch, and sat at the bar, so there was no wait and the service was really quick. I have a go-to order when I come to roosters, but I saw the test menu and decided to venture out. I tried the new dry rubs: salt and vinegar as well as the lemon pepper. The lemon wasn't very enjoyable, as you couldn't taste any of the seasoning so those wings were bland IMHO. The salt and vinegar wings however hit the spot and I would order those again in a heart beat. It's been a while since I've ordered wedges, but I don't care for the current offering and will be going back to curly fries until further notice. read more

My gf and I came here for lunch. This location is always super busy, weekday or weekend. We were able to get seated right away and our waitress was very attentive. Unfortunately the food was very mid. I got the chicken wrap, there was no dressing inside the wrap and the chicken wasn't very flavorful. I think the dish could've been elevated by having the wrap toasted on the stove prior to serving, but the tortilla was just cold. The fries were crunchy but not very flavorful as well. Overall the meal was ok. On a positive note, lunch for the two of us was just around $20 so that was nice! read more

Let me say this ' I am never disappointed, hot garlic chicken wings , deep fried extra 10 minutes crisp , finger licking hot along with the hot garlic sauce . I leave satisfied every time.. Roosters salads are on point too. read more

Came from DC for work and people were raving about how Roosters has the best wings in town. Not being from the area I had to give them a shot. I placed an order to go as I was nearby. I ordered 10 wings mild and 5 boneless (Nashville Hot Dry) wings. The regular wings were TRASH. They just do not taste good to me. The Boneless wings however were . Originally when someone expects boneless wings they think small however roosters gives you a chicken breast as a boneless wings. Talk about bang for the buck. I totally wish I got 15 of these instead of adding the bone in wings. The customer service is good. I love the fact that I received text messages when my order was ready. The staff inside were friendly and asked if I needed anything Overall, regular wings can stay. Boneless wings are where it's at. Service is good. I'd give them a shot again for sure with the boneless wings. read more

A nice local sports bar with good food. The open air is nice, weather permitting. We were passing through and randomly chose it. I had the small portion of the club salad. It was very good and plenty of food. Hubby had the small individual meat lovers pizza. It was pretty good. Good enough to take the leftovers and have for breakfast!! Our waitress was nice and the food came quickly. Would def return. read more

Pretty standard Roosters, but brand new (in the old Charley's building.) Lots of wood inside, plenty of parking outside, a little carryout door off one end. Loads of female servers. "Quirky" decor. And wings. Lots of wings. Not busy right at startup, 11am on a weekday, a week or so after the grand opening. Standard menu. Mini corn dogs were the app special this Tuesday. Not sure what the specials calendar is; not on the menu, and I forgot to ask. Happy hour does include most of the apps at a discount, plus alcohol deals, 3-7. The corn dogs were good, nothing special. Served with yellow mustard, which I don't like, but I'm sure you can ask for another sauce. I ate a few and saved the rest for the kid. I also got a half Red Rooster salad. Pretty darn big, fresh veggies, tasty; this and celery offset the health impact of corn dogs and wings, surely? Celery and dressing are a cheap add-on, and a nice balance to wings. I got 10 sweet Thai chili standards. Roosters doesn't have the best wings ever, but for a chain they are good. Bigger than BW3's, and I like the sauces better. Thai chili is moderately spicy on their scale but really not hot at all (YMMV.) Service was great. Price was reasonable for quantity and quality of food. The place is warm and welcoming. I'm sure I'll be back. read more

This is just what Gahanna was needing! This Roosters is large, but the way they organized the seating squeezes in more people than any other Roosters I've been to! Impressive! The aisles are narrow and my husband and I aren't big people, but we had to move the table forward and then back, so the other person could get into the seating spot. Not a big deal to us. There are so many TVs. There isn't a bad spot in the place to see a tv. There are garage doors on the west side of the building that will open to about bar height for an open air concept. There is a covered patio on the east side of the building that looks fairly small. The food was to Roosters' standard and great. Service was good! It's very bright and clean in the restaurant. We will be back! read more

I love, love, love Rooster's. If you want great wings, Rooster's has amazing medium Buffalo wings. The service was great and the food was delicious like always. I also had a red rooster salad which was also very good. It is a great place to go to watch Football or your favorite sport. My husband and I went to watch a Buckeye playoff game and it was super fun. The place was full and pretty loud from the game. We had a great time. read more

First time coming here, need a place to grab some dinner while I was in the area. I've never been to this roosters so it gave me an opportunity to review another one. I'm pretty sure this is a much newer location as well. Originally I wanted to dine in but instead I sadly had to take it to go due to work conflictions. Turns out they had a takeout section at the roosters establishment. The lady at the front desk was very polite and professional while taking my order. The food didn't take too long to make either which is great, I ordered a turkey sandwich and some fries as well. The turkey sandwich was phenomenal just like most roosters food items. The fries weren't too bad but they weren't the best they were okay. Overall, I left roosters satisfied and I was happy about the money I spent since primarily I love that everything on the menu at roosters is Affordable. Overall I always highly recommend coming here read more

Usually a great place to sit at the bar and have some apps! With the best service Not today! There was one bartender and at least 3 staff apparently on break sitting drinking at the bar. The one bartender spent a ton of time talking to the on break staff! We couldn't t get anyone to get us another beer or order more apps! We just ended up leaving. Do better next time!! read more

Usually a normal satisfied customer, Order was wrong after re read back to me correctly food was too greasy to even enjoy the chicken was half sauced the cheese of my pizza is sliding off , the dumpster fries still contained items I asked twice to not have in it after having to re order ?, probably won't be back for a while read more

This is a fairly new location I have been here twice ao far and both times were excellent. The food really came out fast both times, and the service was also good. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs I just hope they keep up the good service and not just because it's a new location. I'm glad they brought roosters closer to me and the area their were no other chicken places in that area. I have always been a fan of roosters and will continue to be. read more

Being from the South I was nervous I would not like the breaded wings. However they were phenomenal, I recommend the Donkey sauce as it was flavorful. The staff and patrons were amazing. I will go back before I leave. read more

This review is more so about how I've watched management treat the staff like shit... and it's sad, disheartening, disgusting... and if I were the parent or parents of any of those young people who were experiencing this work place abuse, I would suggest contacting headquarters or filing a lawsuit. Whatever it takes to let these managers understand that what they did was NOT ok. One of the days I was in the restaurant, I watched a manager snatch food out a child's mouth and throw it away, THEN asked AFTER the fact if they paid for it. This manager, a Mexican guy, spoke to this young man in such a way, if I were his parents I would have jumped on that man immediately for even speaking to anyone the way he did that young man. The verbal abuse displayed was disgusting and the fact the manager was comfortable to do all that in front of customers Further tells me that He has NEVER been checked or disciplined about his actions. That young man that the manager snatched his food out of his mouth and threw it away, he looked so confused and sad, and couldn't even get a word in, in his own defense. Talk about making the environment heavy and uncomfortable. If this is how this place operates, I will let everyone know so that this gets checked. NO ONE Should EVER have to endure the embarrassment and suffering the verbal abuse that this young man did. But that was NOT the only time I've been in this restaurant and watched this Kind of situation happen and from management. It's ridiculous read more

Fried pickles okay. Good wings. Lightly breaded, juicy, plump. All the good adjectives!!!!

Came on Mother's Day and got sat immediately with super quick service! Food was hot and came out quickly! 100% recommend!!

Very happy that Gahanna has their own Rooster's and it measures up to the one in Whitehall! I've ordered carry out multiple times, so I can't comment on the dine-in experience, but the food has been really good every time. I was also pleased to see they have a separate carry out room away from the restaurant so you don't feel like you are in the way, it's a little quieter there than the dining area. They even offer to check the food in the bags with you to make sure you have everything, which I thought was a nice touch. read more

The food is good. It's Roosters. We love and have been to several Roosters all around. However, this Roosters has very loud music playing. We have been there 3 times since opening and the loud music just makes for a bad dining experience. Could hardly hear our waiter or each other. The service is bearable given this is a new restaurant with new hires, but not sure I'll be back. I'd rather go to another Roosters where the music doesn't ruin the experience. read more
