Honey Garlic Boneless with French Fries

Food was great. Confused by the service as I was the only patron in a post-lunch period and the one waiter frequently forgot about me and my drink order multiple times. But when he was attentive, he was super nice. The parking here is also annoying.

The restaurant was super clean. Waiter was super friendly and helpful to a newcomer. And the chicken was phenomenal! Perfect blend of crispy texture on the breading and tenderness and juiciness of the meat. The sauce was phenomenal as well!

We have been here twice. The 1st time was a month ago and the wings were crispy and tasty, but they forgot our sauce we paid for, no big deal it's only $2. We came back a 2nd time and paid $30 for what you see in the picture (that's pretty steep) but that's ok, I asked for my sauce they forgot for last time and MANAGER JUDITH refused to give me $2 of sauce for no charge SINCE WE ALREADY PAID FOR IT LAST TIME. She didn't say sorry, she didn't have empathy, she said nothing, even after I explained. When we got home THE CHICKEN ISNT EVEN COOKED. It's not crispy like it was before and the center is liquidity and pink.. THESE COST $30 and have 50/50 consistency with TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE? We won't be back

delicious and perfectly fried chicken, love the sauce selections! I also like the music videos they play inside the store too, very clean & fun spot to eat at!

Stayed somewhat crisp after being delivered but got soggy soon after. Flavors were great but the texture of the chicken was stringy and weird

Ddeok-Bokki with extra cheese

I've tasted the Gangnam style spicy wings and the ddeok bokki while my husband had the hot spicy half chicken. I didn't try the spicy one because I'm scared it's too spicy but he said he almost couldn't taste the spice on that one. All the food were delicious but I found them a bit pricey. I haven't been to CM chicken recently to see how comparable the prices are but I felt like this was more expensive. I love that they have more selections on side dishes, too. The ambiance is alright. It's a typical fast food/diner style ambiance, nothing special. I wish it was closer to the rest of Columbus though. When we went there (Sunday afternoon), there were almost no other customers other than us. The service is great! It took a while to get our chicken and even the ddeok bokki, which I asked if they could serve it as an appetizer. Our server was very, attentive though. I wish more places will have that kind of service around here.

My first experience with Korean fried chicken and it did not disappoint. It was so crispy and delicious. The crisp even stayed when I ate the cold leftovers the next day. I had soy garlic and Gangnam Style wings. I honestly don't know which I liked better. Also got an order of Ddeok Bokki which always hits the spot. My friend got boneless hot spicy wings. Awesome as well. All the chicken was served with delicious pickled radish. Ruby was our waitress, and she was amazing. She kept us with never ending drinks. Our food came out fast. Highly recommend.

I don't know why the review is not great. This is the best chicken wing in Columbus. I love the spicy chicken.

Ask the Community - bb.q Chicken Columbus

Where do I park to go to b.b.q chicken on Lane Ave.?

Street is best, during the summer anyway. OSU is out. There is an attached parking garage but it is small and expensive.

We've been during restaurant week and there was a long wait, and where you just walk right in and get seated. Every part of the experience is well managed. The hostess is absolutely adorable and so kind. She got screamed at my disgruntled customers (because they were asked to leave after the 2 hours slotted because there was a long wait) and she was so kind to them and just took it. She helps change the grates, and even placed an order for meat for us! The wait staff is also super kind and helpful. Offering recommendations if you don't know what to try, and being super responsive. Our drinks were never empty and the meat was always on our table! The quality of meat/seafood is very good. We've tried the marinated chicken (spicy and not), the beef and pork bulgogi, both were very good. We've had the brisket, the pork belly, the calamari (both spicy and not) and it was all so fresh and yummy. The denver steak was a hit and even the marinated shrimp are an amazing option! Everything comes out so fast and so your table will always be full! We have been to Kbbq in a lot of different places (both in ohio and out) and this place is the best out there. whether it's a date night, a family celebration, or just craving an amazing meal- this is your spot.

A plate of meat or vegetables are ordered (enough for the table ($77-$99 approximately per plate). The meat is marinated and ready to cook. Firstly, there was enough food for everyone to be more than satisfied. The grilled meat, placed in a lettuce leaf with rice or sauce was refreshing and delicious. Service was helpful, especially to navigate the complex menu. While the food was spectacular, the ambiance was dark and the floors were extremely sticky. This made a less than favorable first impression, however the meal made up for the environment. As stared, the menu was difficult to navigate. We will return when we visit Columbus in the future.

Thank you for bringing me back home when I'd sit on the floor at my mother's third oldest brother's house... mom had eight brothers and sisters and the oldest was as old as her father could be... almost 20-30 years older, actually...she was pretty lonely with no close-in-age sibling around... It was my first visit to Korea and have not been back. But it brings me back. 해물 순두부찌개 (Spicy soft tofu stew with seafood Haemul sundubu-jjigae)...it has the dashi-approach around the fringe of its flavor profile... dimensions! This week was the week I was supposed to get married but my ex Fiance backed out of the whole proposition all together... before you ask. Yes. "Marriage" was actually his idea... me? Well. I just wanted a true fried for life--no binding obligations to the "for life" part... So here I am. Back home. Back to the beginning... I'm not waiting for Vizzini. But please... father I have failed you for 20 years, please I need you to to guide my sword and I cannot do it alone. It's the broth. Before anyone says "high prices for non premium ingredients"... I say hold on... it comes down to: labor and love. Korean cooking is not just ingredients alone. It is the salt. It is the hand kneading, flavor, and marrying of such (pun). There is more than a spirit in the cooking. More than just the soul. But emotion. Maybe Koreans feel this in our blood. Google the word "Han" and maybe you'll get just a drop of taste on the tongue to taste and see. This is a one woman show. Plus her kitchen staff or just one helper in the whole restaurant. Please come here ready to put patience to action and feel full and whole from doing so. Your good deed of the day. I would come here for comfort. Because I missed something I could not explain... or define... or I'd come here in time of overt failure. Auntie said hi to me. She asked if - I was Korean - saying I must be. The Korean food is measured by "Ban-chan," the side dishes that come with the main menus. To prepare such side dishes is not easy. So, to find the restaurant Silla, tucked in the alley of shopping center near Marc's by Henderson and Reed road, does brings nostalgia as you walk toward the entrance. The service is important part of our culture. The lady who serves is so kind with a genuine smile. Even when she is serving so many customers, she manages to bring smile to those who she serves. Her kindness rubs off onto her customers - at first I was not used to her being so kind - but she has a way for opening up her sincerity. My wife and I am now a regular customer at Silla. Sometimes my food may come out late, but I come to enjoy the energy and vibe by many young college students, and savor the food as it is prepared the way it should be. As a Korean American, I am so thankful to have Silla in the heart of Columbus.
