The owner even gave him a discount when my son had trouble with the original quote! -At the move, there's a weird staircase and the boxspring wouldn't fit. First, the closing on my house got pushed back at the last minute and I ended up having to reschedule my move twice and they were accommodating and understanding about it. I would like to be able to give a five-star review. The crew that moved us were very personable, worked hard and efficiently, and overall did a great job. Things happen during moves and that's why movers have insurance, right? The first night after getting moved in I noticed my side of our Sleep Number mattress wasn't staying inflated anymore. So my wife emailed Styhl at Room 2 Room about that and what we thought were some missing shelves. He only addressed the shelves (which we subsequently found). No mention of the mattress that we had to replace. So I called him about it and he said he would get back to me in an hour. A friend of mine used Room 2 room and referred me to Braxton. He came to see our house to provide me with a quote. He was very professional and courteous. 3 men (Kyle, Azela, and John) moved 6 plus prepacked boxes and two bedrooms, living room, and kitchen furniture out of our house in a little over 2 hours. They kept our belongings in their truck overnight and moved them to our condo on the 2nd floor on the next day. The moving-in to the condo required more logistics, as two glass entrance doors and the elevator slowed them down. Everything went smoothly in time, though. Nothing was damaged. These young men are very hardworking and polite. Their fee is reasonable. I highly recommend their service! read more

I would totally recommend this moving company. I hired them to move my daughter into her new townhome. They arrived on time and ready to work. Both places had tricky corners to get around and they were very careful with all the furniture and were able to move around quickly and not damage anything. Mirrors and TV's were wrapped and taped as not to get damaged, mattresses were covered so not to get dirty. Everything was strapped into the truck so there was no moving of items during the trip from one location to the other. The gentlemen were very courteous and polite while still be very professional. My cross-country moving service royally screwed me, and I found out less than 24 hours ahead of delivery that I would have to meet a 16-wheeler at a truck stop 30 minutes away to get my stuff.
