Thank you Jonathan for the great customer service and keeping in touch. The team was awesome and professional. Love our new roof.

Jonathan at Roofmasters was extremely helpful to me. My insurance required a power washing of my roof. Roofmasters walked me through it and helped me provide proof to my insurance company. Thanks. You guys are great! James Vacaville Ca read more

There is a reason why this company has been selected the #1 roofing company in Solano County for several years in a row! We live in Yolo County and were fortunate to discover RoofMasters because they were doing work on our neighbors' home. My husband was impressed with their skill and attention to detail, and one of the crew members gave him a business card at his request. We live in a two-story house with a tile roof, and we hadn't had an inspection or cleaning of the higher gutters in a long time. We set up an appointment for a free inspection and were provided with a highly informative evaluation, shown pictures of the problem areas and emailed a very reasonable and comprehensive estimate within a few days. Every person who is part of this company has been professional, knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful to work with. The two gentlemen who completed our work, Matt and Damacio, are highly experienced and meticulous, and they took extra time to complete work that went far beyond our expectations. Johnathon and his entire team represent an extraordinary company that considers every job, big or small, as a testament to quality work and establishing a long-lasting relationship with each customer. It is so refreshing to encounter a business built on the principles of integrity, superior workmanship, and a reputation for well-documented customer satisfaction. We are now part of the family of loyal customers, and I highly recommend RoofMasters to anyone searching for roofing or solar needs. read more

Roofmaster is the most reliable and trustworthy roofing company service. My initial experience with them was outstanding. Their pricing is reasonable and the quality of their work is exceptional. The crew was knowledgeable and also had the highest level of professionalism. In contrast, my previous experience with the company that installed a new heater in my house this year was quite disappointing. That company was insincere and dishonest, so I have no intention of working with them again and never recommend them to anybody. If anyone requires roofing services, I highly recommend Roofmaster. They are the best and most reasonable company I've worked with. I rate them with the best of three stars. read more

Our company has used Roofmasters several times on all our additions. Working with Johnathon is great and his communication is fantastic! The crew was able to complete the latest roofing project in just one day right before our a rain storm. Highly recommend them! read more

Roofmasters replaced my roof, installed new facing boards, and installed gutter covers in mid 2022 and did a truly excellent job. Recently a leak was discovered when there was wind-driven rain, which allowed water to enter my kitchen wall. This problem WAS NOT related to the roof replacement or their workmanship, but was something to do the original stucco/roof interface. Even though it wasn't their issue, they came out and made repairs at no charge! This is the kind of company one hopes to do business with, and I highly recommend them! read more

Roofmasters's was very professional and diligent in completing a new flat roof install last month and pricing was on target with my budget ! Thank you Jonathan and Omar for making this project smooth ! read more

The team at Roofmasters does excellent work. I had a roof leak which they expedited repairs on, and then they came back later to the more extensive roof repair. Communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend! read more

Did a great job fixing a small leak. Timely and a quick response. Used them before years ago and will again.

Great company. Efficient, quality and responsive. Great customer service. I would hire them again.

Roofmasters is outstanding. Very reliable, efficient, personable and professional. From the initial phone call letting Johnathon know about the kitchen leak till the final repair. I was also impressed with how they kept be me informed at all times including whether it be the reason for the leak, how it would be repaired, and the timing of the repair. With the latest rains I no longer have a leak. I could not be any happier with their service. read more

Roofmasters put a roof on my patio overhang and it's a different kind of roof than my house. Because the patio overhang is not very slanted, they used a different kind of roof material. The roof material dumps particles all over the place, the ground, my swimming pool and the rain gutter. It's dumping about 10 pounds every two months of roof particles into my rain gutter and into my swimming pool. I have a newer variable speed pool pump and it got damaged from the roof particles going through it, so did my pump for my pool sweep. The pool sweep has about 4 pounds a week of roof particles in it. I had to have the pool vacuumed and have the pool filter cleaned, and it's a constant battle to keep having the rain gutter cleaned and to keep getting the roof particles out of the swimming pool. My pool company wanted to try using a blower on the roof, the gutter cleaners recommended putting a cover over the pool and then power washing the roof. Roofmasters has a guarantee, but they are not going to cover the pool and power wash the new roof, they are not going to replace the roof. Also, when I had a new gutter and downspout put in another area, they said they would put the downspout at the front or back of the house. They put it in the walkway, in the middle of the rain gutter, so I had to get another company to attach a plastic extension to it so the water goes out front into the dirt. The guy who works in the office is the one who put in the 64 "not recommended posts". It shows you cannot go by Yelp. Most of the remaining posts I see not taken out look like they are out of the service area. Roofmasters sent a guy out today and he has NO idea what I am talking about when I mention the pool pump had to be repaired, when I mention I had to have the pool vacuumed, when I told him I had to get the pool filter cleaned. He just stares like he has no idea what I am talking about. And, he did NOT want to hear that other companies, like swimming pool companies and gutter cleaning companies see this huge problem and cannot believe the roof is dumping ten pounds of roof particles in the rain gutter and the pool all the time. the guy from Roofmasters just said he's all finished up, said zero about the problem, zero, which I knew Roofmasters was going to do. read more

We've had a relationship with Roofmasters for a year now - reviewing our needs, repairing and then coming back to follow up other concerns. Johnathon was the best - took care of everything, and really moved this forward, while I juggle repairs, sometimes from across the country. I even ran into someone from Suisun while in NYC who agreed when I told them who was working on my dad's house - 'Roofmasters is the best!'. So there you have it! Coast to coast, they've made a mark! read more

I had an issue with my insurance for my roof leak. The insurance company gave me a bogus claim so I reach out to this roofing contractor to get an estimate. after the contractor gave me an estimate, I gave the insurance company the estimates for the repairs for the leak written up by this contractor. I ask them if the insurance company needs more information about the leak would you be willing to speak to my insurance company; they said yes would be willing speak to them. After volunteering to communicate with my insurance company and the conversation didn't go as expected because the adjuster for my insurance is clearly unqualified, the response from this contractor is "I don't want be involved". There was clear miscommunication between the contractor and the insurance company. I tried to gather information from both sides to figure out where the miscommunication came from the contractor was uncooperative and kept repeating "I don't want to get involved"... EVEN though they involved themselves in the situation by VOLUNTEERING to talk to the insurance company. Maybe you'll have a better experience. read more

I have been using Roofmasters for many years. They come out once a year and clean out our gutters, check for loose or broken tiles and check around our chimney. This year we had to have our rooftop cleaned per our insurance company. The gentlemen are always professional, polite and hardworking. I will always recommend them without hesitation. I had dealt with three different roofers before Roofmasters properly diagnosed and repaired the source of leaks in the roof of my single-family home. The work was done cleanly and efficiently. The office communicated with me at every step of the way and clearly explained what would happen and what I should expect. Very happy with the work. read more

The Roofmasters team was excellent. They did a full roof replacement for me in 3 days at a price that was better than expected. I live in Concord, and the team was early each day even with a little longer of a commute. Their expertise shined, and the roof looks incredible. Beyond the expert workmanship, I applaud the excellent communication between me and the foreman as well as me and the sales team. They tidied up the roof and around the home very well before they finished the job, which was not the case for whoever last replaced the roof. I definitely recommend this professional and friendly company. They care about doing it right. read more

Roofmasters installed our gutters and recently fixed a leak! Good job and customer service.

We were having our house repainted by Universal Painting and we had some dry rot that would need some roof tiles removed to repair. Universal recommended Roofmasters. Glad they did, They worked with the painters timeframe to have the rot repaired shortly before the painting was scheduled. While they were doing the repair they gave us a roof inspection, we had some flashing that needed attention and some broken roof tiles. We setup another appointment after the painting was completed and they repaired loose tiles, replaced some broken tiles, cleaned the gutters and downspouts, all and all gave the roof a good servicing. It's so much less expensive to do the servicing now than making water damage repairs down the road. read more

Roofmasters was my roofing contractor of choice in my Realtor days because I knew they had fair prices, did great work, presented well to my clients, and thoroughly cleaned up the job sites afterwards. It was a no-brainer when I needed work on my own roof and gutters to give them a call. Oh, and they installed bird deterrent screening around my solar panels to keep the pesky pigeons from roosting under them. They didn't disappoint. The friendly, professional crew showed up on time, worked diligently, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend you call them for your roofing needs. read more

I contacted Roofmasters regarding a stain on my ceiling in the upstairs hall. Roofmasters came and checked the stain and did a complete roof inspection at no cost. Johnathon sent me an estimate regarding their findings for work they felt would be the best solution, with an estimate and a complete breakdown of the cost. I went with the leak repair as well as a complete roof maintenance. The cost was a great value, the work was done in a timely, competent and professional manner. I could not be happier and will recommend Roofmasters to anyone looking for a roofing solution. Lynne Kirley read more

These guys responded right away and gave me an estimate and time for repair. They ended up having to reschedule... it happens. But they did come out and divert rain water for a storm coming my way. They did a complete inspection of my tile roof and found other issues that needed repair, which they did for a reasonable cost. In short, they did a great job at a good price, and I will be using them in the future. read more

We had some problems with dry rot in three different areas of our roof. After reading positive reviews and receiving recommendations from our painter, we decided to approach Roofmasters for their services. During the estimation process, they conducted a thorough roof inspection and found broken roof tiles and loose roof jacks/flashing. They fixed the dry rot, replaced the damaged tiles, and secured the loose ones. While repairing the broken tiles, they discovered more dry rot.
