The solar panel cleaning and gutter repair were fine, but the moss treatment has been a complete failure. Turns out "moss treatment" doesn't mean removal -- it means applying a chemical that needs months of rain to work. They never told us this beforehand, so we apparently paid for a moss treatment at the wrong time of year, with no warning that timing even mattered. Months and multiple rains later, the moss is exactly where it started. Our first call went to voicemail with no callback. On our second call, my wife got the "treatment" explanation and was promised a callback -- that was 11 days ago, still silence. To make it worse, we're in the middle of a major home improvement project and our painters are about to paint the exterior of the house. Dead moss and chemical runoff dripping down freshly painted siding is the last thing we need, and we have zero confidence this company will show up to finish the job before that happens.

Everything was clean when he arrived since I had just finished cleaning the sidewalks and patio, and when he left, the place looked exactly the same. No mess, no debris, no signs that anyone had even been here except that everything was spotless. Luke also sent me pictures, which I really appreciated. It was honestly a relief to see that he cleaned out what had to be more than 20 years of gutter gunk. That is not a technical term, but it should be. We have had rain the last couple of days and the gutters are working great. Water is flowing like it finally remembered what its job was. It was no big deal and I agreed to the higher price, but the technicians came to do the work with the lower price. Again, no big deal, but still confusing because it's not clear what I'm paying and price should be clear (especially if you are pre-writing a check). I confirmed the time of my appointment on several occasions which made it confusing when my technicians arrived an hour later than they should have and I had to ask for an ETA on their arrival. I suggest rather than committing to an exact time, provide a range and flexibility. That way customers can decide if that range works for them. Being on time and providing status updates if you're going to be late is a professional curtesy especially for customers on tight timelines. The cleaning was done nicely, but I did later notice spots in corners that were missed (i.e., behind doors). The front porch area was cleaned, but then the technician blew leaves back on it. They do answer their phones unlike other competitors that you just cannot seem to get ahold of no matter what. However, their power washing is a lot higher price than other competitors. Unfortunately I don't have time to have them come back out and fix anything they might have missed. I'm strapped for time as is. I'd work on communication, attention to detail, and leaving the place clean. Also, consider putting before and after pictures in some sort of written professional document like a PDF you can leave with the customer same day with a receipt before you leave.

We have done clear lights as well as the holiday style (red, green, white) and get compliments each year from neighbors and passers by! (We like a clean aesthetic so I don't know how much styling they can do if you like to be extra on your display, so you'll have to ask!) They are easy to schedule, very communicative, and get the job done in about 2 hours with a crew of about 4 dudes. They also do free maintenance in case a bulb comes undone due to heavy weather! Not cheap, but peace of mind, convenience, and beauty never is!

I contacted Rodrigo yesterday and the job's done today, at a better rate than any other quote I got. Before he arrived, we had literal plants growing in the gutter and a nest of pigeons under our panels. Now the pigeons are gone, our panels are cleaned, the gutter is clear, and we've got mesh and spikes to hopefully prevent future roosting. They took away the major debris in a garbage bag and made sure to clear the sidewalk around the house as well. It only took a couple hours of work, and he sent pictures once they had finished.
