Our roof Foreman Omar was fantastic. He went above and beyond to give us installation expectations and was able to communicate potential work order changes needed to bring our roof up to code. Omar also went above and beyond to work with helping clean up our neighbor's yard. There was windy weather that blew some of our material into their yard which didn't go unnoticed. We didn't know this till after roof completion and our neighbors were impressed by the thoughtfulness of the guys working. Our project Manager Johnathan was also a great source of help through this process and was very understanding and sympathetic to our unfortunate unknowns that needed to be fixed. From start to finish he was able to walk us through the difficult navigation of cost and what absolutely needed to be fixed right. He was direct, knowledgeable, and able to work through the hard conversations with us as owners and we greatly appreciated all the help we received. We received an all new roof, gutters, downspouts, and lots of wood work to bring everything up to code. We were impressed with all of their work from start to finish and extremely impressed with the finished results.

Once they finished the first half of my house upstairs, the gentleman asked me to take a look, and if there was anything that they missed or I wasn't satisfied with, they would fix, but by the time they finished the second half of my house I was in a hurry for an appointment so I didn't get the chance to double check the rest of their job. The next day, when the sun was shining through, I noticed some marks that were missed and some water spots from areas that maybe dried before they were able to squeegee it. I contacted the company and he sent them out right away on the next business day to take care of it. I highly recommend this company! Thank you for the great service! Will definitely use again in the future!

Some confusion going on. I had power washing done on my home. I was quoted a price by phone, but…read morereceived a different, higher estimate by email. It was no big deal and I agreed to the higher price, but the technicians came to do the work with the lower price. Again, no big deal, but still confusing because it's not clear what I'm paying and price should be clear (especially if you are pre-writing a check). I confirmed the time of my appointment on several occasions which made it confusing when my technicians arrived an hour later than they should have and I had to ask for an ETA on their arrival. I suggest rather than committing to an exact time, provide a range and flexibility. That way customers can decide if that range works for them. Being on time and providing status updates if you're going to be late is a professional curtesy especially for customers on tight timelines. The cleaning was done nicely, but I did later notice spots in corners that were missed (i.e., behind doors). The front porch area was cleaned, but then the technician blew leaves back on it. They do answer their phones unlike other competitors that you just cannot seem to get ahold of no matter what. However, their power washing is a lot higher price than other competitors. Unfortunately I don't have time to have them come back out and fix anything they might have missed. I'm strapped for time as is. I'd work on communication, attention to detail, and leaving the place clean. Also, consider putting before and after pictures in some sort of written professional document like a PDF you can leave with the customer same day with a receipt before you leave.

They are easy to schedule, very communicative, and get the job done in about 2 hours with a crew of about 4 dudes. They also do free maintenance in case a bulb comes undone due to heavy weather! I was quoted what I think was a very fair price especially for the height and size of home. The workers showed up 10 min early and quickly got to work and spent around 3 hours methodically clearing and cleaning the gutters and sealing up edges as we agreed upon. In fact, while on the roof, they noticed two cracked tiles and showed me photos. They'll be coming back to fix those next week at a reasonable price. They even gave a warranty on the work - though now I need it to rain to test out the clean gutters and sealing. I have no doubts though on their work. This experience from start to finish is exactly how business should go. Responsive, fair and honest price, great work, good communication, and left the job site spotless.
