Roofmaster is a Diamond Certified company, and it shows in their professionalism. They did a thorough inspection of my roof to provide me with an estimate and options that fit my needs. The inspection took about an hour, and they were very informative about which fixes should be a priority and which others could wait a bit. Roofmaster provided pictures of my roof issues and was accommodating with my schedule to get the work done. They replaced my roof underlayment and performed miscellaneous roof maintenance, which took 2 days. They provided pictures of the work completed, and I'm a happy customer. read more

Contacted Roofmasters for roof inspections and went with all three services recommended - wood work, bird abatement and maintenance. Appointment was easy to schedule and staff showed up on time. Work done as expected. Roofmasters also schedule an appointment to follow up on a leak that may or may not be caused by roof issue. Generally happy with the overall experience. read more

We just finished having our new roof installed by RoofMasters. We couldn't be happier with our decision to use them. Jonathan walked us through the whole project and was extremely helpful and patient with us throughout the duration. The install crew was punctual, professional and friendly. Not one complaint besides the weather causing delays. I recommend RoofMasters to anyone in the Sacramento/Bay Area that needs help with their roof. read more

I didn't know about issues on my roof until someone came to clean the solar panels. He suggested that we call a roofer as the issues could turn into large problems. I got online and looked up roofers. I called 3 for quotes. 2 called back and one of them was RoofMasters. Their assessment of the roof sounded much more thorough, so we hired them. They were there when they said, and they did what was needed. They provided pictures so that we were assured they had done what they said they would. ALL of the employees that we spoke with were exceptionally polite and respectful. Thank you, RoofMasters! I'll be passing your card around to anyone in our community who needs good roofers. read more

This company has outstanding customer service. Roofmasters replaced our roof 10 years ago. But when a small leak developed over our living room ceiling, we were aghast to find that we were one day out of warranty. Roofmasters assured us they would take care of it at no charge. They inspected the roof, found and repaired the issue, and gave us a reasonable estimate for gutter cleaning as well as other repairs to flashing, collars, and chimney saddle, which they completed promptly and efficiently. Came out again when a downspout clogged. Top notch service. Highly recommend. read more

They did a good job repairing and upgrading our roof. We're well pleased with the work crew.

This a follow up to my roof installation a few months ago. I recently needed to go into my attic to put a few things up there. I absent mindedly forgot to put the crawlspace cover back in place. I remembered a week later and put it back in place. 2 interesting things. I could see light at the peak of the roof coming in and began to panic. I then recalled the importance of the venting Jonathon had spoken and calmed down. At that point I remembered how in the past I would have NEVER missed that the crawlspace was open as the heat would have been oppressive. With the new "Cool Roof" it was barely noticeable! One more great benefit from using Roofmasters! Thank you one more time! read more

the first time I used roof masters was in 2016 because they were Diamond certified ...a prestigious ,third party rating system that verifies companies based on high-quality performance and customer satisfaction. In February 2026 , I hired them again without getting another bid or two For a massive roof leak. They "DID NOT DISAPPOINT !" Again , they exceeded my expectations and I will continue using them in the future as I Trust them to do a great job at a reasonable price. read more

I want to thank the team at Roofmasters for their professionalism and work. They were very prompt in getting back to me regarding a gutter replacement. After already scheduling the gutter replacement, I had to call them back due to a roof leak. Even with a busy schedule, they were able to complete both jobs on the same day. This is the smoothest project I've had working with contractors. Thank you again Roofmasters! read more

We found Roofmasters in our local town magazine and I'm glad we did. The communication requesting service, during the service and after the work was done was excellent! Unfortunately, we've had to use them twice this year due to roof leaks, but they scheduled our service quickly and finished the work precisely and within our budget. We had to call during the business time of year and even though they said it would be 3-4 weeks to get to our house, they were able to get us I scheduled in less than two weeks. Luckily the rain stayed away for that time. Thanks Roofmasters. I'd definitely recommend them for your roofing needs. read more

Roof maintenance completed at my Fairfield residence yesterday. On time, professional, informative. Consistent with my past experience.

This is the most helpful and professional business I have delt with in a long time. They were recommended to me by a friend. They have an excellent Yelp rating, so I called for an appraisal to repair my roof. The steel roof on my house needed some attention. They replaced dry rotted outrigger supports, fascia boards and other wood, as well as resealed gutters. A partial removal of some steel sections were required. The results is amazing as they do not cut corners. They did everything they said they would do. They also left the property clean. The cost was fair and reasonable. read more

I had the very fortunate experience to work with Johnathon and the Roofmaster's team. I hired Johnathon and his team to construct a brand new roof on a rental property in the Fairfield area. They constructed a roof on a four bedroom home from start to finish in five business days. The entire process from the walk through, estimates, choosing from the samples and the actual explanation of the statement of work was very well executed by Johnathon. The quality of work and craftsmanship was very apparent in the work that was promised and I'm really glad that we chose to work with Roofmaster's. We plan on contacting Johnathon and his team for our other rental properties in the area when it comes to our roofing needs, thank you so much! read more

I needed repairs to a roof asap on a property I was selling for my client so we could close escrow on time. I called Roof Masters and spoke with Johnathon who immediately understood the situation and went right to work. He dispatched a team to assess the roof and put together an estimate for me. Once my client signed, he put a rush on our job and they had the work completed within a few days, even though they were booked out for 2-3 weeks. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Johnathon and the entire Roof Masters team. They did an excellent job and did it quickly. Both buyers and seller were thrilled. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent roofing company. read more

They did an outstanding job in repairing my roof. They also did an inspection of my entire roof and showed me areas of broken tiles and vents that needed to be sealed. Initially, I was a little hesitant about allowing them to do the extra work because I thought they were trying to gouge me. I nevertheless consented because nothing had ever been done to the roof in approximately 25 years. They took photographs before and after the work was done. I believe they also charged a fair price in doing the entire job. Roofmasters was very timely in their response and appointments. They also cleaned up very well. Greg U read more

From the moment I was given an estimate, had a temporary patch installed to get through the remainder of rainy season to the roof install, Jonathan and his staff at Roofmasters customer service and craftsmanship were beaming. I live in an HOA neighborhood, and Jonathan and his staff were respectful, starting work right around 8:00 A.M., they cleaned up my home area and the adjacent neighbors area, the colors recommended for the tile and gutters matched my old ones. In addition to the install, the Foreman made recommendations on how to reengineer the water drainage which would minimize dry rot in the future. Homes in our HOA are prone to massive dry rot because we live by the water, and poorly designed drainage and fascia. I would highly recommend Roofmasters, for great craftsmanship, customer service and a good price. read more

We wish all companies were as quick to respond as Jonathon at RoofMasters! Whenever we had a question and left a message, he called us back almost immediately. He is very kind, thorough, responsible and explained everything so well. The roofing crew was great! they were courteous and did a wonderful job including clean up. Our roof looks great! We believe they gave us a fair price with all the work they did in removing our light tiles, fixing all the dry rot, and replacing old broken tiles. Thank you so much! We definitely recommend you! read more

I hired Roof Masters since I purchase our house in the 1990's and replace the roof and installed roof when we built a 600sq' unite in my backyard. Since my husband passed away 2009, I can always depend on Arron and Johnathon for quick repairs, assessments, estimates and jobs completed right the first time. It has been a privileged and a pleasure to work with Johnathon Weiss and Arron. They have honest work ethics and flexibility to meet their customers' needs, while delivering an exceptional quality of work/service for a fair price. When I call the office Johnathon returns my call promptly and schedule me in asap. Aaron, proprietor, provided a fair estimate, over the years. I have recommended Roof Masters to many of my friends and co-wokers and they too have said the same about fair price, honest work ethics and flexibility and how it was a pleasure to work with Jonathon Weiss. I would use Roof Masters over and over again. read more

I had Roof Masters replace my roof in Oct 2023, I am very happy with the quality of the work & professionalism of the crew that replaced my roof & gutters. What surprised me the most was after they helped me choose the most energy efficient roofing available at that time, was how much my PGE bill was lower that previous years during both the winter & summer months. A consistently lower PGE bill was a welcomed result. I also use them for my real estate business for roof inspections. Again, always a professional & efficient inspection. Their prices are also fair & not overpriced at all. I highly recommend them, with out a doubt. You will be happy too! read more

I felt the quality of Roofmasters was great. They really went above and beyond power washing my roof. I bought my house in 2017. It was built in 1990, and likely never had a roof power washing from the previous owners. Roofmasters's made it look brand new. Now my neighbors want a power washing. Their prices were spot with their competitors. One competitor wanted the same price to clean it chemically, but all good roofers will tell you to not chemically clean the roof because it destroys the slurry on the outer layer which has a lot to do with holding the roof together, roof masters educated me over this matter and I confirmed it with a tile manufacturing company. Roofmasters shows you the damage and has nothing to hide. You can trust Roofmasters. read more
