I am very pleased with the quickness of the job and my roof looks great, day 1 was removal. Day 2 was replacing the dry rot wood and putting on the new roof. Everything was finished by the end of the 2nd day. It was like magic, really fast, done in 2 days. The workers showed up early and were polite. Like many of the other reviews I received several quotes from other companies and I decided to go with Roofmasters. I liked the way that the Roofmaster do the final finished roof check by Marty, he was so very careful and checks all details on every corner on the roof, he checked/fixed/touch up. Marty took all day stayed on the roof to checked/ make sure everything is fine and asked me to call him anytime if I dont like anything about the roof before he left. Their quote was reasonable and Johnathan was a great help/fast contacted/emails replied super fast. Thank you Johnathon and Marty. I was scheduled for mid Feberury and it was done on time. I had an old roof from 1978 on my 2-story home in Martinez. Some leaks starting happening at a sun tunnel light and I needed a professional to help assess the overall roof status. I received three bids from local contractors, and Roofmasters was by far the most comprehensive and thoughtful proposal I received. Costs were all in the ballpark of each other, but the Roofmaster bid was by far superior. The detailed quote, the optional cost items they clearly laid out, and their responsiveness won me over. They were patient with me in providing revisions to my bid by incorporating the optional items I wanted, and refining the scope of work. In the end, I had no extras or surprise charges - what they quoted me was the final cost. Johnathon scheduled me for three weeks out and told me the construction would take 3-4 days. His team showed up on the date promised, and finished on time. This was especially important for me as this is a rental home for me. I have tenants to work around and Johnathon came through for me. Roofmasters did my roof 21 years ago. They were great back then and they are a great company today. My house was damaged by a house fire next door. I called Roofmasters and talked with Johnathon. I have used RoofMasters for years. I have occasionally needed minor repairs to my roof, and John in the office has always been very curtious and helpful with getting my roof taken care of. In 2016, I had RoofMasters install a whole new roof, caps and seamless gutters on my house. The whole job was extremely reasonable, and the workmanship was second to none!! The crew that performed the job was curtious and professional. From start to finish, the job went smoothly, and they kept my yard clean and free from debris. Twenty five years ago Roofmasters installed my roofing. I haven't had any problems at all until a couple of weeks ago, when it rained. It started to leak where my skylight was installed, so I called Roofmasters. Jonathan was very polite and came out to take a look almost immediately! He gave me a reasonable quote for the repairs. In addition to that, he found me in the company's database as a returning guest, and scheduled  maintenance services/caulking around the skylight at no cost.  Jonathan is great! Had my roof done in 2018 by Roofmasters. Not only did they, provide great service, but offered ways to reduce costs when I was asking for more than what was needed. I was asking for more nails than needed as wind speeds never reached what I was preparing for, however they respected my decision to continue with my plan. I called Roofmasters specifically for the CoolRoof shingles. Once installed I was happy that I chose CoolRoof. I could physically feel the difference. My ceiling and roof were the same boards. After the Cool Roof was installed I no longer felt heat coming into the house from the roof, no matter how hot the temperature was outside. Roofmasters was out to repair a leak on our roof in February of this year, and I have to say their quality is of the highest measure. I always go up on the roof to inspect what they're doing, and I'm impressed that they don't rush their work and utilize good products to effect the repair. While doing the leak repair they identified another issue with the roof relating to how the roof penetrations were accomplished when the house was built. They scheduled another date to come out and fix them, and again their work was top notch. Exceeded Expectations! Roofmasters definitely lives up to its name! I needed a complete roof replacement (the existing roof was around 35 years old) on a 1300sq ft house. The work was started and completed very quickly/efficiently and professionally. All of the debris was cleaned up and hauled out. Communication was constant and thorough. The new roof looks fantastic! Aug 30th estimate provided Sept 18th contract signed Sept 30th work started Oct 4th work completed I expected there would be a long delay (my understanding is that insurance companies are wreaking havoc with homes needing new roofs) but was very happily surprised that they were able to start and finish in such a timely manner. I hired Roofmasters in combination with Solano Seamless for new gutters. The roof was over 30 years old and had been neglected on maintenance. They did a thorough inspection and identified several areas of rot. They warned that more problem areas might be found as they pulled the tiles. They did find additional problems but notified me immediately, showed me the issues and quoted how much additional the repairs would cost. The crew worked extremely hard, doing a great job.
