We had Roofmasters re-roof our home--replacing wood shakes with Certanteed Presidential-TL. We also had them add two sun tunnels for an interior bathroom, as well. Not only did they have the best price, but the best service and quality performance. Great service! I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair in his area. They came out the same day to make an estimate, and took pictures to itemize all of the work that will be done. They sent out a crew or about five men and had all the work done within that day. After a followup phone call he informed me that the work took less time than he anticipated, so the bill was actually four hundred dollars less than the estimate. I have had Roofmasters do 2 jobs for us. The first was a few years ago. We had a terrible pigeon roosting problem. Aaron came out and told me they could clean the roof and put a sticky substance on the areas the pigeons were roosting. The price was reasonable and they did an outstanding job cleaning up the pigeon mess and we haven't had any pigeons since. The second job was today. We had a leak above our garage. The guys showed up during the scheduled timed and did the repair very quickly. When they were done they showed me before and after pictures of the whole area they repaired. Had an "emergency" roof leak in my parent's home just before Thanksgiving - result of many years of ignored maintenance. Roofmasters got me an estimate very promptly, and were "johnny on the spot" when it came to making the repairs -- making sure that the leaks were repaired before the next big forecasted storm. This was one of the least painful home repairs I have ever experienced. My contractor informed me that part of my roof was not pitched correctly and was causing rain to rot out my porch pillar. Roofmasters was able to come out the next day to give me an estimate. Since I know nothing about roofing, I ran the quote and work order by my contractor and he said it was very reasonable. Roofmasters was able to come by the next day and make the repairs. The two man crew was professional, courteous, and fast. They showed up on time, did the agreed upon work, explained what they did, and cleaned up after themselves. I waited to write this review until we had our first big rain. Let me just say that from Jonathan in the the office to Marty and his crew to Arron the owner these guys are professional and great. When we were looking for a company to do our roof we got some quotes and they were the best. We wanted to pick a color out and Jonathan sent us some address to go and look at the houses with the colors we were interested in. (This helps a lot to see your colors on a house) we were torn between two. After talking to Arron he pointed out that the two colors were different types of shingles,and that the only difference was price. He told us to that if it was him he would pick the cheaper shingle because there was not much difference between the two. We were pretty set on the more expensive one because it was what they call a cool roof. Aaron pointed out that the cool roof has not been proven yet over years of use and that a $1500 dollar difference was a lot to trust on new technology. This was the OWNER telling us this. Right then and there we knew we had hired the right company. We set a date and the roof was scheduled to be put on. After meeting Marty and his crew I found them to be a great group of guys and professional. They came on time everyday cleaned up EVERY time they left even for lunch. These guys worked hard and late into the day and went above and beyond our expectations. They worked with me at every turn. (I can be kinda picky) but they didn't flinch at anything we asked. Working on a two story house and being their busy season even the owner Aaron came out and worked. I can't forget to tell y'all how I got better gutters as an up grade at no extra cost,and they took care of a little more dry rot at no extra charge also. I could go on and on. We called Roofmasters to put a brand new roof to our house. They were absolutely amazing and professionals. We called several places and decided to go with them because they were recommended to us and because of the great reviews they have. They did not disappointed us, their work was great, they took the time they needed and they walked through after the work was done pointing out little details that we didn't even noticed were not done right. Have worked with a few roofing companies over the years but RoofMasters offered a very different experience. Aaron clearly knows his business but he spoke in terms that I could relate to. The work was fast and efficient and what really stood out to my new neighbors was the cleanup effort. My roof was damaged almost 3 months back. After a battle with insurance, I finally called around to get my roof repaired. Roofmasters was my 3rd attempt at getting someone to come and give an estimate. The first 2 companies gave an estimate from street level, not even going on roof. Roofmasters arrived got on the roof and provided an estimate the next day. I had to wait almost a month to get repairs done due to the rain, but today it got fixed finally. Local Professionals come through... I had a water flow problem on the front center part of my roof that resulted in some of the sheathing under the overhang to dry rot. I also had a rain gutter with damage caused by a leaning tree. I called Roofmasters for a free quote. Johnathon explained the process and answered all my questions. Aaron arrived on-time for the quote on 8/27/2018. He explained what caused the dry rot and answered my questions regarding concerns I had about other areas of my roof. He put my mind at rest - telling me that my roof appeared to be in good shape except for the area that brought him there that day. I received the written quote on 8/31/2018 for the roof and gutter repairs and scheduled the work to be done on 9/14/2018. They called 30 minutes before arrival as promised. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves well. They even replaced a couple cracked tiles at no additional charge. They are a local company that obviously still takes pride in their work. This seems to be a trait that is in short supply these days. I had to replace a part of my roof and facia board due to water damage. I got one company that came out and ended up quoting me two times as much as Roofmasters. That company had to get a roofer to remove the shingles in order for them to fix my roof and rafters whereas Roofmasters does it all and for a good price and reasonable price. When we finally came to a big decision of whether to get a new roof or wait for another year, we had to make sure we are going to get the right people for the right price. I spoke to atleast 3 company around the area and my decision to choose Roofmasters is based on 3 critical points. First, did the quote they gave me is reasonable and affordable. Second, Proper communication with their customer which includes honesty in explaining the process such as inspection, replacement of dry rots, and an additional attic insulation. Third, how they presented the products and the labor that is required. I am just impressed with the way they handled my inquiries. I called three companies and Roofmasters seem to be the only company with honest practices. One person even gave me a quote by standing at my front door and never going on the roof. Roofmasters took the time to take pictures and explain to me each problem with my roof then they gave me two estimates. The first one outlining the absolute necessary items to fix and the second detailing recommendations for a later time. After the job, I had several questions and they could answer all of them except my questions about my gutters. Although gutters were not part of my repair, they came back out to my house so that they could answer my questions about my gutters, then cleaned them for me. They did not harass me when I could not make it to the office to pay my bill like I promised. I sent an email saying I would come on another day and they responded with "no problem." Roofmasters replaced my roof 11/12-11/15. Roof was an old Tar and Gravel on a 100+ years old Craftsman Style Bungalow to be replaced with shingles. They contacted me the very next day and scheduled/provided an estimate a couple of days later. One thing that impressed me is that they spoke to me being a woman and never made me feel like I didn't know what was going on. If I was unsure of a term they fully explained it. They kept me in the loop thru the entire job as well as any changes as to what was found in any existing damage as well as what there may be in extra material costs. I have a rental property in Suisun and we were getting ready to sell the house. We were told we needed a new roof since our roof was at the end of it's life. I got around 4-5 estimates from local roofers and eventually ended up seeing amazing reviews here for Roofmasters. I ended up hiring Roofmasters and I couldn't be happier with their service! I was in constant contact with Johnathon from the beginning until the end and he was amazing. He clearly outlined all the steps in the process and answered any and all questions that I had. The job was done on time as promised and the best thing was that they didn't require any down payment or anything. They were very flexible with the payment since I ended up paying them 3 days after the roof was installed since I live 30 miles away from Suisun City and it was hard for me to pay them the day the roof was installed. Plus, they took care of all the final permits and inspections and all. I would recommend having someone at the house when the roof is being installed though just to make sure nothing is damaged. The gate to my backyard wouldn't close or open after the roof was installed (the gate wasn't in great condition to begin with but was functional). I talked to Johnathon/Aaron about that issue and they were nice enough to send someone out to the house to install a latch on the gate so it is now functional.
