On arrival I was asked to come inside and fill out a credit application before I can look at cars. So when does anyone have to fill out a credit application to look at cars. I told the saleman that I was not going to fill it out at this time. That I wanted to look at cars. Then he said fine and walked away didn't even bother to help me look at any vehicles. I had to go inside to ask someone if they can help me. Finally your typical fat saleman approach me. Looked like he just finished eating a hot dog had ketchup dripped down his shirt very unprofessional if you ask me. As he walked up he wiped his mouth with his hand they reached out for a hand shake. At that point I walked away. So finally the Manager walked out John serpa. Now that guy couldn't have been any more rude. He was pre qualifying out side didn't even bother to ask me what I was looking for that man was so rude and disrespectful to me and my wife. One word of advice treat everyone as if they can buy and listen to their needs and wants. I mean isn't that what a good sales person. Should do? Worst place to buy any type of car whether it's used or new. I bought my 2013 Nissan Altima from there and within 3 months of purchase I've had to replace two bad tires, an alternator, AND a transmission! This place is a joke. The customer service is not good either. read more

Horrible service department. i took my car in because of over heating, but they said it's in the normal range, I even record the video to show them, the video indicate the temp is very high, almost to the red line, but the guy in the left still saying, " it didn't shows like that when the car is in the shop, charge me $120, but said couldn't find the problem. I guess the service manger doesn't look in this website for those bad reviews. the guy on the left just lazy to take the car in to recheck, keep saying " we did this type of car the whole time". Come on, Im the one driving the car everyday, and I know what was my cars condiction and what is it now. Don't tell me you know better than my car. read more

Just a terrible experience, salesman flats lies, making promises that he does not honor. Involves some $12 an hour manager that makes no effort to resolve the problem. currently own 6 GM cars and trucks and have never been treated so badly. My advice; save yourself the frustration and go to an upstanding dealership that is above board, because this place is shady at best. 1 star is more than these grifters deserve. read more

Scam!!! We bought a new 2015 gmc truck nothing but problems.Service department sucks,sales department o.k. Now for the owner,what a joke. We took our truck in 3 times for same vibration.Three sets of tires and wheels, and you will love this part a new driveline.Picked up truck, not by our choice with guess what a fxxxxxx vibration. Our experience at this dealership was nothing short of terrible. DO NOT SHOP HERE! First of all, He didn't let us see the vehicle we saw online (said it was in the shop all day). He continued to talk trash about the car we came to see (trying to sell us something else). The salesman was very rude and did not listen/help us with our needs. DO NOT SHOP HERE! We had approval with our personal bank and he insisted they needed to see our credit (my mistake for signing the paper). In just 3 weeks our credit request was sent to multiple banks (5 that I know of) nearly dropping my score 80 points. PLEASE! Do not shop here! The salesman could have listened to us and not pushed the issue of our credit since we already had financial support through our local bank. He also could have been more forthcoming with how our application was going to be used and what companies were going to be requested. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle with caring, professional, and honest staff, DO NOT SHOP HERE. You will regret it, like I regret everything about this experience.
