Juliano was great. He explained what he was doing. Showed pictures of what he found. The quality of work is very good and pricing extremely fair. read more

Juliana did an inspection that he charged $160 dollars. He said he would write up 3 options of recommended service and that he would be back the next day 9 am. No write up, I have no idea how or what he did to "earn" $160 bucks. No showed and no call the next day, it has been 3 days now and still no contact.... Do not use! read more

Romano has a personable helpful personality and demonstrated knowledge of A/C issues. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. read more

I scheduled an appointment with this HVAC company and took time off work to be available. To my shock, they canceled just 30 minutes before the appointment--via text message. No phone call. No proper explanation. Just a casual last-minute text like it was no big deal. This is incredibly unprofessional and shows a complete disregard for their customers' time. If this is how they treat appointments, I can't imagine what their service quality is like. read more

I highly recommend Romano Heating and Cooling. Arrived on time and got the job done with fair pricing.

Romano HVAC, Inc. provided service that was timely and thorough, going above and beyond to identify why my heater wasn't working. Juliano was especially courteous and took the time to document the problem with my heater install by taking pictures and making a video walk-through to describe how the heater should be installed but wasn't. Great documentation and insight that allowed me to get in touch with the company who did the original install so they could complete repairs at no charge. I highly recommend hiring Romano HVAC for your heating and A/C needs if you want quality, conscientious, and fairly-priced service! read more

Juliana Romano is a great guy! This company is honest and reasonable. When called, they respond on a quick and efficient manner.

Romanos comes through once again. This time for a crazy looking 10ton water chiller ac at my uncles estate He had two other companies come in and prior to my referring him to this guys and both companies were not familiar with these sustems and though busy they went by same day and were able to repair tge motor onsite and get that part of home cooling That a boy guys! Never have a problem when referring romanos read more

Needed help when the a/c stopped working. Not only did Romano call first thing in the morning, but came out right away. He was able to get the a/c up and running in a short time. He was very professional and easy to work with. We now use his company for all our heating and cooling needs. read more

I've hired Romano HVAC several times over the past few years. Juliano has come out to fix my AC unit twice and to have all my vents cleaned. He always responds quickly and if he can't come out the same day I call, it's the next day. He is very knowledgeable and informative. Will continue to call Romano HVAC in the future. read more

As we entered one of the first heat waves of the season, one of our AC systems went out and the other started to fail. Our home warranty company connected us with Romano HVAC and we were able to make contact with them within hours after putting in our service request. They were exceptionally busy (as would be expected) and said there were no same day appointments. They said they would try they to schedule us for the next day but there were no guarantees; they promised to call before the end of the day with an update. At 9 PM, I got a telephone call from the company and could hear a lot of noise in the background suggesting they were still just as busy as a were in the morning. I was offered an early morning slot and happily accepted it. The next day, the HVAC technician called before his arrival and was actually early. He was very professional, polite, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problems with both units and within one hour our house was comfortably cool. I am very appreciative of this company's willingness to go over and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable, including working late hours. I recognize that some reviewers have had issues with this company but I would highly recommend them and gladly welcome them in my home again. read more

My wife and I couldn't be happier with Romano HVAC. Juliano's response time is 5 star on its own but his professionalism and fair rates place him well above his competitors. read more

Excellent service and very quick to respond!! Fixed the problem within minutes and had the AC flowing beautifully! Juliano was very polite and did a great job! Would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone I know! Will definitely be using this company for any of our AC problems again! Thanks Juliano! read more

I called for HVAC repair because I thought my air conditioner was leaking into the attic. Juliano came on an expedited call for my American Home Shield warranty. He came over right away and found that the air conditioner was not leaking at all. There is a pinhole leak in a water line, and Juliano took the time to not only search for the exact area where the leak was occurring but also texted pictures to me that I can share with my plumber. Juliano worked well past 5 p.m., and I am grateful for his help. I would definitely call Romano HVAC again. read more

If it weren't for Juliano, I would give zero stars if possible. Juliano was amazing, prompt, professional and very quick. I was given this contractor through my home warranty company. I have never actually received a call to set up an appointment from Romano. I had to call every single time to confirm they received a dispatch call from my home warranty company. The scheduler is absolutely unprofessional and rude over the phone. They refused to return for a known fixable service repair claiming "they had already sent a diagnosis report and their books were full" on a 110 degree day, after my ac went out for the 4th time. I also had to request a copy of the estimate report (with numerous typos) that they supposedly sent to the home warranty company (marked with today's date) after being told out of nowhere to pay out of pocket fees before any parts could be ordered. I was never even contacted by my home warranty company or Romano to discuss the fees or how to proceed, which led to the further delay the order of my replacement unit. The lack of communication between Romano and the home warranty company regarding estimates, dispatch confirmation and the lack of humanity during a heat wave leads me to say I would recommend avoiding this contractor at all costs read more

I must say that this company does a great job not only with hvac and electrical but also their customer service. I have been in a serious bind due to my AC unit not working and Juliano and Kourtney have gone above and beyond to help fix my situation. I highly recommend them for your next hvac and electrical needs! read more

replaced my furnance, brought me room heaters to use in the interim, and came back and restarted my water heater when I had no hot water. Excellent service and very pleasant staff read more

This guy was incredibly rude and impatient at every stage. When I asked him to break down his $6500 quote into line items, he responded with this unpunctuated rant: "That's the price your paying for knowledge and a professional job go get some other bids or try Craig's list in done dealing with frugal people we do high end custom homes and knowbody questions my price I saw the unit on the othe r duplex they did a shit job you want cheap I don't do cheap good luck with that" We fired them on the spot. Buyer beware! High pressure scare tactics and not family friendly. read more

We have Select Home Warranty and they said Romano will contact us soon to set a date and time for repair. Ramano sent email that gave us 3 choices and I said any one of the times and dates would work. I called them also the same day and only got an answer machine even though they said they are 24/7. No one from Romano called and no one showed up at any of the 3 times and days? read more

Incredibly horrible service, staff is insanely rude. Drivers are horrible on the road as well. I have dash cam footage of the company vehicle running red lights and tailgating me at 60 mph. Would not recommend working with these people read more

I called to schedule an estimate for problems with our heater, not only did Romano scheduled me in a couple of hrs. They also had a discounted special of 38.00 instead of 89.00 for diagnostics. Romano HVAC, was easy to work with answered all my questions and response to txt quickly. He had our AC up and running in under an hour during the heatwave. Yes I will recommend him and yes we will use this company again for our HVAC needs. read more

This company clearly has integrity. We recently had another local HVAC company out to check an issue with our furnace and told us we needed a whole new system due to a cracked heat exchange, which would cost about $4000. We called our home warranty company, who sent out Romano's. Romano's called us that night and had a tech out the following day. After doing his inspection, the Romano's tech determined that there was nothing wrong with our furnace and that we had years left on it. Mind you, this would have been billed to our home warranty company and he could have easily said it was broken and in need of replacement. Obviously they believe in the golden rule, which for me, means they have a customer for life. read more

I highly recommend Romano HVAC! When I needed assistance with install of a mini-split air conditioner unit, a service tech showed up within a short time after my call. During the heat wave my AC went out, so in a frenzy I called Romano's and I'm so thankful I did! Juliano came out promptly, he was efficient, courteous and his pricing was fantastic! I never felt he was trying to upsell me on anything I didn't need which I appreciate, he also explained to me what my issue was and gave me different avenues I could go to have it fixed or replaced, he even gave me all the information I needed to help with financing! Talk about amazing customer service!!not Ireceived my quote from them and it came in right as we agreed upon, no issues at all. Returning from a short getaway we discovered that our furnace put out no heat and needed to be replaced. We got in touch with Romanos HVAC and between Courtney, David, Juliano and Scott they took care of the rest. They arranged for all necessary permits, inspections and needed parts for completion of this task. They worked with our home warranty company to order the parts and equipment they needed. Their customer service and communication skills were excellent. At no time during this process did we feel out of the loop or that we were on our own. The new furnace is working like a champ. Thank you ROMANO HVAC & ELECTRICAL. read more

Romanos is nothing less than the best customer service I have ever had. They are super easy to get a hold of and come out the same day or next. They explain everything thoroughly and are super patient and answer any and all questions til it makes sense to the average person. I had a giant fiasco with South Placer heating and Air, and Romanos was able to figure out the problem and explain it to me. On one occasion, Courtney, from the office went to personally pick up a part for my HVAC. She was texting me and keeping me up to date on what was going on. It is a small company and they are AMAZING!!! David, one of the techs has also spent a lot of time brainstorming and helping me deal with my home warranty company, which has been a total nightmare. When I've ordered service from 3 different company for my air condition that didn't work properly, I got answers from all of the others about the high service call charges before they'll even trouble shot the problem. The only one that didn't insist of up front service call, was Juliano from: Romano's HVAC & Electric, Inc. I was very appreciative about his kindness and honesty, that decided not to even get more estimates after I've talked to him. Usually I get 3 estimates at least, but since Juliano was very knowledgeable and kind to me on the phone and was willing to come & see first the actual issue, I had a good feeling to go with him about fixing the problem that I had with the A/C. And have it done properly and once. Instead of not fixing it completely right, which happened to me before and I ended up calling other contractors to correct the previous guy that didn't do the complete job, and paid much more than the initial cost should be at. As soon as Juliano saw the A\C and investigate the situation, he called me right away and explained me in detail all the issues that my A\C has. I was surprised to found out that after so many years of maintained this air conditioning system, I still had some problems with law temperature of one of them & some leakage that caused that to not functioning properly. But Juliano insures me that he'll cleaned it and fix it at the same day he came, so no low blower will be an issue any more. He even went above and beyond his actual repairs and suggested to cover a small problem, that I didn't know it was there from my previous tenants that I evicted. I was very impressed with his advice and willingness to solve this small issue for me just to have my place more presentable and ready with fresh small for the new tenants. Juliano was hard worker, very timely and always answer the phone directly. No voice mail to go through, which I appreciate it very much! His integrity and honesty was very impressive and his knowledge and attention to details was very much on point! If you looking for timely, prompt and great work attics, Juliano is your guy! I'll be happy to hire him again in the future for any electric or A/C issue that I might have without any hesitation. His honestly and kindness was priceless to me. And I'll be happy to continue be his customer as long as he still be working! Thanks a lot Juliano for going the extra mills on my property and fixing the problem once and for all for me!
