the selection covers all the bases, from classics like toasted coconut, guide's mint, and phil + sebastian coffee, to local gems like north 49 honeyberry. they even offer vegan options, including lychee mango and cookie dough, which are just as tempting.
after sampling a few, i landed on a scoop of salted caramel in a cup. funny thing though, i'm not a fan of caramel, but something about it in ice cream form just works. this one was subtle, creamy, with just the right touch of salt to keep the sweetness in check. no artificial syrup, no sticky finish, just a cool, smooth indulgence that hit the spot on a warm afternoon.
