strawberries and whipped cream in a plastic cup

We got the strawberry cheesecake snowcapz. It was really good. I like the airy, fluffy texture and it wasn't too rich. I didn't feel guilty after inhaling it all! Also got the yuzu mojito drink with sparkling water, it was like a marmalade texture at the bottom. Sweet but tasty!

Reasonably priced dessert cafe that definitely hit the spot when I was craving Bingsu! We got the Taro Black and Corn Mountain, a seasonal flavor. The corn one was so surprisingly yummy, and works so well in a dessert!! Highly recommend before it goes out of season. Taro Black is mung bean, taro, almonds, red bean, and goodness in a cup. Nothing more needed to be said. Definitely visit for a cute aesthetic spot to enjoy some light and refreshing dessert!

This is a Korean Dessert cafe! They specialize in Bingsu, Croffel (crossant/waffle) and a few drinks. So far I have only tried their Bingsu and what I really like about it is that it's made for one person. Most Bingsu comes in a HUGE dish and is shared amongst 3-4 people. However, they make theirs in an individual come cup perfect for 1 person. It's a small cafe with some seating upstairs. I went during their soft opening and already every single seat upstairs was full. We'll see if they will add more tables when the pandemic is over. I ordered their Bear Mountain Bingsu which is the traditional Bingsu made of soybean flour which is my favorite. It was very good. I will definitely will be trying their other dishes in the future.

The exterior of the building appears that it is situated in an old house, which definitely adds to the charm. The staff greeted me an led me to a table on the upper floor. Immediately, I noticed that most parties in here were large and the portions were family style. Definitely something that I wish I had brought friends to and not just come in as a solo diner. However, the staff did not make me feel weird about this at all. I ordered a Lychee Time cocktail and a Rose Rice Cake curry. They brought out an included kimchee plate, which was certainly enough for 4 people. The Rose Rice Cake dish was the same, enough for 2-4 people to share. Both the kimchi and the curry were amazing, I enjoyed both immesely. My only complaint was that my drink was far too sweet, I had to water it down to finish it. When it came time for my inevitable leftovers, the staff had great suggestions for reheating and I was even able to purchase udon to go for the leftovers. Amazing homey experience that I would recommend to anyone in town (preferably with friends!).

My craving must have been intense because I didn't even think about it and started my long walk there. The layout of the restaurant is interesting. The bathroom is in the basement, the first floor is a bit small but has some tables, and the second floor has most of the dining area space. Interior decoration was pretty minimal but there was kpop playing and it was a bit dark in there so if you're looking to get a few drinks and Korean food with some friends, this would be a great spot. When I was sat at my table and I looked through the menu, the first thing that popped in my head was that they had quite an extensive menu. From army stew, bibimbap, bulgogi, and what I decided to get Dakgalbi (marinated chicken bbq). The Dakgalbi was really good and marinated well. I wasn't expecting the fried rice at the end to come with it like in Korea which was also really good. The only critique I have regarding the food is that there weren't that many side dishes (banchan) and the lettuce on the side was an extra $5. Service was on point. Thu and the woman server, I forgot her name, worked well as a team to make sure everyone was taken care of even though they had to walk up and down those stairs probably 10+ times just when I was there.

The inside is also rather small, they seat maybe 7 tables each with 2-4 people per table. There's tons of traditional Korean decorations everywhere. The staff is also all Korean and greet you in Korean. There's unlimited high quality purple bean rice. The sides are nothing to write home about other than the macaroni salad. They had an interesting take on it by adding imitation crab - I'm not sure I liked that part. Otherwise it's similar to the chain BCD tofu. The ever popular seafood pajeon (a pancake-like dish) is made extremely thick and therefore isn't crispy at all like pajeon normally is. I don't really recommend this item. Interestingly there's a bulgogi dish with vegetables and noodles (thin, clear). Makes the dish much more hearty. The flavor and quality was pretty good. Seafood tofu soup. They do a great job of making it spicy if you ask. The flavoring has that umami feel. Overall, not overwhelmingly amazing. A bit on the pricey side. They do have a very wide range of menu items and some pretty authentic items that aren't normally regularly provided in Korean restaurants. Service is fine - didn't meet anyone rude or anyone particularly amazing either.
