I went for the first time last night and I'm extremely happy with everything. Customer Service 10/10 Ricky helped me out and he was amazing. He's super proud of the food they make and his mom. The number of times I heard him reference his mom made me so happy. I love to cook so I know exactly how that feels when your kids live your food. He recommended I try the beans and rice next time, but then said here try it now and gave me a little sample which made me want to order more!!! but I didn't had self control lol Now to the food, I ordered the OG chicken taquitos and the Loaded taquitos 10/10! I'm more of an OG person so those were my favorite but my husband liked the Loaded ones. Churro Donut is 10/10. Highly recommend y'all try out if you're in the area. read more

How did I not know about this place? Do you like SD/Tijuana rolled tacos? Finally. These are so damn fresh. I've only been once and I'm ready to find my perfect order by trying the whole menu. The employees are so helpful and nice. There were a few first timers when I was there and the cashier was totally helpful to figure out the right order for you. I love taquitos. Having seen this place every time we go to Mountain Mikes next door, we finally came for a bite. Taquitos are really tasty here, you have option of 2, 3 or 4 and comes with rice and beans plus soda. Unlike most rice and beans you get everywhere else, I thought the rice/beans here were very flavorful and not just an afterthought. Taquitos are fantastic, very flavorful and well fried to a good crunch. Their menu also has a taco burger (like a sloppy Joe), tacos, and a protein bowl that I want to come back for. Came in for a convenient, new quick service experience and it did not disappoint! Food was delicious and reasonable in price. Taquitos were great OG style and the taco burger was a surprising delight! Can't wait to go back and try a few other things we didn't get to this time around. I was really craving taquitos and craving was fulfilled! I came with my sister and I was nervous to try their taquitos but the food was pretty delicious! We asked for some actual spicy sauce (their spiciest) and it had such a good kick! The staff is also very friendly! Eddie was the cashier and he was so friendly, patient and he seems to enjoy seeing the customer happy! He seemed excited to explain items on the menu and made our first time experience so pleasant! Start with the "OG" taquitos, really tasty the chips are home made and the red salsa is great, not too hot but very flavorful. Came here on a Friday night which my girlfriend. I got the 3 taquito combo and was able to mix and match I got 2 chicken and 1 beef. The taquitos were really good they were topped with cream, guac and their signature sauce. The combination came with rice and beans as well which were really good. I also tried the churro donut which I was able to get for free because I had downloaded the app and it was good also would recommend getting it. The owners are really nice and welcoming made our first time their even better. I recommend coming here to try their amazing food. Super bummed. Busted a mission to come here (pregnant and have a 2 year old) and was craving nachos so decided to try and they didn't even put asada on my nachos. I got home and they forgot to put meat. I checked my receipt and it says asada for the nachos and they completely forgot :( I was the only customer in the store at the time as well so they weren't even busy just not paying attention I guess. This place has a corporate look and feel but it's an incredible family operation. The taquitos were cooked to a perfect crunch unlike most places that have the rock hard feel. First observation: I walked in it looks really clean all of the workers greeted us as we walked in the front door. Food: I ordered the three roll combo with no sauce, and I ordered an extra taco on the side, my son ordered the carne asada fries with no sauce on them. Appearance of the food: The three roll taquitos looked really Good I got one chicken two beef, with the flour tortilla with rice and beans, they were really good The rice and beans needed a little bit of seasoning but that's okay. Now for the taco it was super super greasy when I unrolled it from the paper grease everywhere which I get but they could have let it drain out a little bit before putting it into the bag. The carne asada fries appearance it look like ground beef but my son did say that it was shredded beef and they were okay. Atmosphere of the restaurant: The music they were playing was nice the space was very bright and open and it was very welcoming they also had an outside area that was open and you can see Colorado Street the Amazon fresh so it was very open. All around my experience was really good here services great food-wise I don't think I would go back because it just isn't my style. read more

Ever since I visited their location in Victorvillie on the way to Vegas, I was hoping they'd get more local to SoCal! Their menu evolves a lot (it now currently includes Taco Burgers, hard shell tacos, and lots of carne asada-styled fries), but the taquitos are their staple. I like how you can choose between any mix of beef, chicken or potato, as well as corn or flour. My only small issue is I wish they had black beans as well as pinto, and I did think the esquite corn was only so-so (needed more cheese IMO). But I did unexpectedly love the rice! read more

Low quality and bad flavors! Oh boy. Taquitos are my absolute favorite and this place was a complete disappointment. The meat (beef) and beans had a Tex mex flavor. I think too much cumin. The beans were horrible and I didn't go past 2 bites. I'd say the food quality was a step above Taco Bell but not good enough for me to go back. IDK how this place has 4.5 stars. If you want bomb taquitos, check out Los Dorado LA in El Sereno. Or, El Rancho Grande in Olvera Street. Both are THE BEST. Given that Roll 'Em Up specializes in taquitos, I expect a waaayyy better product! read more
