The birria quesotacos here are so delicious! Flavorful and well balanced. And that consome is so comforting. Dip your tacos into it and then throw some corn from the salsa and toppings bar into it after to finish up as a soup if you have any left over! The red and green salsas are both great and love the pickled red onions. It's in a permanent spot, but it's technically an outdoor truck/stand kind of setup. There are a few tables and benches set up if you want to eat there, and the food will come out on metal trays. Just note it's all outdoor seating. Otherwise you can also request your food to go and it'll get packed up for you. Went on a Tuesday evening and there was only a few other people there, one group dining there and most others getting it to go. If you eat there, I recommend bringing your own pack of wet wipes for your hands! Birria tacos get particularly messy! Otherwise there's just napkins and hand sanitizer for guests. No customer bathrooms available from what I can tell. Parking was pretty easy. There's a small dirt lot you can pull into. Otherwise street parking in front or on the side streets as well. I thought this was an indoor restaurant when I looked at the photos but it is actually a trailer with seating set up. So if you think you missed the location look for the flags on the street. This place sucks. Food quality and service. Multiple times I had pulled up to have them deny me service claiming they were sold out. But in fact either didn't want my money or didnt like me personally with no explanation only to drive by them 10 minutes later to see them serving someone. Did i mention i live right down the street? This happened on several occasions and on the third time i refused to go back their. I get better Birria going 45 minutes out of my way to North Hollywood. The Ramen is made with over cooked fettuccini pasta. Makes me sad that there is another "mexican street food" place in the neighborhood that isnt good and service is selective. On a separate not my elderly parents were assaulted on the street right right in front of there business by a homeless women. Not one person helped them. My mother then asked them for a bottle of water after sherifs arrived and was charged for it with fresh blood and bruises on her face. Makes me sad the people have become so selective they cant even show kindness to neighbors. Not even the customers of the establishment would lend a hand. Unpretentious, simple tables and benches. Does its job. Don't let it's appearance deter you from going. For service, there were three gentlemen. All were nice and inviting. Excellent customer service. We ordered the enchiladas queretanas and taquitos dorados. Food presentation and taste was unexpected. Both dishes were beautiful. What got me with the dishes is that they were elevated but in an understated way. They used microgreen sprouts. I love sprouts and if a place uses them in their plating, in my opinion, they are fancy fancy and they know what they are doing. The taste of both dishes were delicious as well. The meat was seasoned and cooked well. The produce they use was fresh and again, they used microgreen sprouts. I don't know any other food/taco stand that uses microgreen sprouts...do you? I don't think so. I think that if you are deciding on a place to go and have dinner, please give Birria Masters a try. I hope that when you try their food you will be pleasantly surprised as we were.
