cheddar/blue grilled cheese and tomato soup
Chris L.

Wow. This place is so amazing. Stopped in for lunch and perused the small, neat store. I got a grilled cheese (the #1) and tomato soup - it was heavenly. Staff told me it's 2/3 cheddar, 1/3 blue, and honey to give it some sweetness. They also showed me their trophy for best blue cheese in the world - so cool! I sat outside and enjoyed my meal on the little table. I'll definitely be back again when I visit Ashland.

Great selection of products and cheeses. It also looks like you can buy beer and root beer on draft by the pint or growler.

The most incredible, delicious cheese you will find. We literally only found out about this creamery after seeing a sign on the side of the freeway and ended up stopping by two weeks later on our way home. 100% worth the diversion. You can come here and eat a meal, get food to go, or take some cheese with you. They had two different grilled cheese options, so naturally we tried them both. The classic was of course delicious - fresh, flavorful cheese with those perfect cheese pulls. While I'm not a fan of fig, we also tried the special grilled cheese that had like a fig jam on it - was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it even with the figs. The sweetness complimented the cheese just right. And they also have tomato soup - delicious and a must with any grilled cheese. Definitely take home some of their cheese. We grabbed some of their special Rogue River Blue cheese. Not available year round, but it is the best blue cheese I've ever had. If you like blue cheese, this is a must buy. Staff here are absolutely wonderful - so friendly! Great stop for any cheese lover. We don't live local but wish we did so we could stop by again for more of their incredible cheese.

Saw this place on our drive up to Seattle and was intrigued. Apparently they have a very storied history about being one of the leading creameries in America. So stopped by here on a whim on the way back home, and glad that we did. Got the grilled cheese with the tomato soup as everyone recommended. And honestly one of the best grilled cheese I've ever had in my entire life. Also had to get some of the Rogue River Blue Cheese to take home, which is a limited release blue cheese (that I didn't know at the time was highly renown). After the first bite, it definitely earned its fame. Delicious. If you're ever around the Medford area and need a quick bite, I highly recommend the pit stop.

Also try their fruit spread. Yummy

Tasteeee Rogue River blue cheese and spread. Service was also outstanding . I got to try 4 different varieties of cheese and ended up buying 3 types. We stopped by on a Sat, so it was not packed w customers and we were able to take our time inside the store. We drove out RV, so there is parking on the right side of the store on Front St. Definitely worth the drive to experience this World class cheese awardee from 2019-2020. By the way, most of the cheese are all organic.

The #1 Classic ~ cheddar with Oregon blue cheese & local honey. AMAZING!

A cheese shop putting out some of the best grilled cheese sandwiches on the planet. We came to Central Point OR for one reason and that was this sandwich. Totally worth it. It's grilled to order and hot off the sandwich press. Filled with mild & slightly nutty cheddar, Oregon Blue cheese that's very mild and ultra creamy, and then drizzled with some local clover honey to create that magic in every single delectable bite. It's warm, gooey, cheesy, pungent, creamy, and sweet. Definitely one of the best things I put in my mouth in Oregon. The shop is filled with other goods as well, basically everything you'd need for an epic picnic. Local cheese and other cheeses from around the world. And there's a window allowing you to see the production itself. Overall a wonderful stop and if you happen to love cheese you might want to add this to your Oregon list.

We needed some blue cheese so headed over to Rogue Creamery. Always the best blue's around. The staff are always helpful when trying to choose a couple of cheeses. They not only offer their own cheeses but other favorites. We also like that they support other local businesses such as wineries and candy makers. If you want a good grilled cheese sandwich they offer those also. They are small but tasty. It is a small shop but they have a lot of items to choose from.

Ohmygosh. I found this place when I looked to see if there was a cheese factory type place on our trip home and it does not disappoint! We love blue cheese and they've got it. We were helped by an incredibly kind and patient and knowledgeable person. We left with 4 blue cheeses and a wedge of parmigiana reggiano as well as a cheese board and a super cute cow magnet. You must go if you're a blue cheese lover.

We bought the Rogue crumble, and it was a perfect complement to our Wagyu beef and arugula flatbread.

Thank you Lillie Belle for bringing so much joy and goodness to the world. Trust. See original review back in 2010 below: For me - chocolate is seeped in nostalgia. I can remember spreading chocolate hazelnut spread on toast in Jakarta. I remember my first Snicker bar in Bali. Lying stomach-down with a Kit-Kat bar - on my great Aunt's carpet in Wales. Given to me by a regal looking nine-year old redhead with a thin purple glow-stick weaved into her braids. And later - sweetly- given two other bars - - by her just as amazing nine year old friend; clutching a tye-dye plastic ball. As I snapped off pieces of those bars - beneath the moving iridescent colorful lights, while the soaring chords of a guitar wrangled my soul - I felt like I finally understood it all. Understood why. Why chocolate is so alluring. So seductive. I understood - as the brash kick of chile lingered at the back of my throat - intermingled with a coating of bitter sharp dark chocolate. Lillie Belle Farms now has a permanent imprint on my chocolate memories. So much so - that I've already ordered a couple of bars of chocolate from their website Even browsing through their site - makes me happy. I appreciate the simple packaging of their bars. They have a great bulk section as well. I always check out the meat department but I don't usually purchase because the prices appear to be higher than anywhere else except the Neiman-Marcus of Southern Oregon, Ashland Food Co-Op. I don't typically purchase meat there either because the prices are even higher unless something is on sale and it's something I need. I love the charming acquaintance of MFC, payed lime green and purple and nestled back in tall beautiful trees and greenery. The feeling when I pull into that parking lot is incredibly soothing -- and it's right on Riverside Drive. Go figure? Everyone who works at MFC is kind, warm, and welcoming. They're also really helpful if I have a question or I need something that they might not sell regularly or I just can't find it in the store. I never have a long wait at checkout because they understand service and a cashier comes up to the front immediately when there is anyone waiting to check out. Very, very impressive! Another thing that I really appreciate is that the store is always spotless and organized as well as 100% organic. I don't have to worry about buying something, driving home, and discovering that I purchased conventional food which I do not eat. MFC generally has the things that I want to purchase and it's very easy for me to efficiently pop in by what I need and get back on the road to finish my errands and go home. I probably shop here three times a week, maybe more because I love to buy things fresh. Please keep up the good work, folks. My husband and I really appreciate you!!!

I went in and got some and they were absolutely exceptional. This week I gave a Victorian tea and I remembered those fabulous chocolate-dipped strawberries. Unfortunately, when I went in yesterday to pick up more, the last box had just been sold. I was told that, Audrey, the talented lady who puts them together was coming in this morning and it might be on her agenda to make more I called first thing when the store opened and talked to a really wonderful young man who told me they would do their very best, if possible, to get some to me before my tea began.
