So, once you walk in, your nose holes get attacked with deliciousness. The décor is a bit outdated but who cares!?! We got take out so I figured you can't screw up a pepperoni pizza. Holy crap though..... That pizza was the perfect proportion of sauce and gooey cheese and slightly crispy pepperoni...oh em gee.... So good! The prices on the menu didn't seem to be too bad either... A little cheaper then down town dover places in fact. The people were friendly as well. I don't know... It seems to be just one of those types of places that once you try it, there's no turning back. Everytime I go here I get the same thing. I can't help it. The stuffed shells are incredible. I usually have leftovers for the next day. My wife has tried alot on the menu and I have tasted most of what she gets. It has been worthy of returning for more. read more

I had a late night food craving so I looked up places that deliver late as I didn't want to order a gross pizza from Domino's. I ended up finding Roger's and gave them a try.... got the spicy Hawaiian pizza. Delivery took about 45 minutes (not too bad for late on a Saturday night). The deliverer was extremely pleasant! The pizza was definitely 5 stars. I'm glad I found a new pizza place to order from. Highly recommend them! read more

Horrible delivery service. If they say 30 minutes, expect 75 minutes. I love the food but they suck at take out. Even pick up is a chore. If you want to try their food, eat in. And order drinks. You will be waiting. read more

Slow delivery only to have the wrong pizza delivered, told us the replacement (yes they wanted to replace it) would be 15 minutes. 50 minutes later it's still not here. Poor service. The eventual pizza was ok. read more

Perhaps the best garlic bread there is. I usually get a pepperoni pizza and it has a heavy thick dough and a unique sauce and good pepperoni. It is a little on the greasy side but its a once in a while treat. One of the last original places on the strip, I tend to go because I want to keep it around. read more

We have to Roger's a dozen times since they opened the new downstairs pub. Always good food and good service. We have always thought the prices were a bit high for what it is, but were shocked when we went in tonight because they boasted a happy hour from 3 to 6 which most every place in Dover has, with special drinks, food etc... this was a discounted Margarita and PBR beer....only... so not impressed.... gotta up your game to bring people in... to many other places to go for better prices... and to beat that... the price of wine has gone up from $7 a glass to $8 a glass... not yet printed on the menu...but charged.. way to much to charge for the wine you serve.. shouldn't be more than $6 and you would still make money... not sure we will go back as prices are not comparable to other places... please consider a change!!!! read more

What a joke. While attending a football party we decided to order from Rogers. We have heard the food was great. The young lady taking the order was very nice and said 30 minutes... 1 hour later, which to be fair I expected, we called and asked where our food was. Being that our location was a little confusing we told the young lady on the phone that we would wait in the parking lot, we then gave these simple instructions " at the flag pole turn left, follow that road to an open parking lot we are standing there". 6 mins later a car.drives right by then pulls away, after 5 more calls and a very nice young lady this grey Volvo with a Vanilla Ice looking wanna be pulls up about 30 to 40 yards... feeling it was awkward to walk to a car and ask if they ar w there to deliver our food I called a 7th time, this time I asked to speak to the manager... Mike came on I asked him to tell his driver, who couldn't call me for some reason, to stand up put of his car and look left. He to his boss he did... i watched as he didnt... i decided at this point this idiot must have smoked way to much pot and be confused thinking he was in a Cheech and Chong movie I walked over to knock on his window, Speed Racer then decided it was a perfect time to leave and drives by me when I am roughly five to seven yards away from him. I was close enough to see his phone is white sunglasses and is blue or purple shirt. At this point I asked Mike how he's going to remedy the situation he said he could have said the food back again, I agreed ask him if he could we make the order and get it to us since I didn't think it was fair to spend $55 on cold food! Mike decided that is for the unreasonable request and that he would just refund our money I then found out that Mike is the owner of this establishment. I can only assume mike makes enough business that new clients don't matter to him... what a joke. read more

Rogers has gone down hill the last few years, the food is no where near what it used to be and the service is awful.

Still the best traditional pizza in Dover. Try the pepperoni bacon mushroom combination. Don't forget to adventure away from the pizza, the menu is huge and delicious. Best fried mushrooms! read more

I paid $38 for the large pizza, poppers and two bottomless cokes, quick & friendly service, and being treated not like I was the most important person in the world, but Like I Was Family! Real service isn't always about getting your a$$ kissed. - I've lived in Dover since 1990 but had never been in Roger's until today. First thing I noticed was someone apparently moving out from upstairs. Once we got past those guys bringing stuff down to their pickup and got in, I was pleasantly surprised. My wife and I walked up to the front and said we'd like to eat in, whereupon we were invited to seat ourselves. Our waitress was very attentive w/o hovering, very nice. I took notice of things I knew I'd like to yelp* about, like clean floors, quaint atmosphere, and only one piece of dried gum under our table. The jalapeño poppers came quickly and were piping hot on the inside, crispy outside and served with a good amount of marinara sauce. Our house specialty pizza came about 15 or 20 minutes later and had LOTS of each topping, making the pizza about 1 1/2" thick. Two slices and I was full, and I'm 280 lbs! Dover seems to have quite a few pizza places, but none that really stand out as GREAT. Roger's is Greek Style Pizza... not deep dish, not thin crust. I live about 2 miles from Roger's and delivery at 3pm on a Sunday took 45 minutes. A small, 2-topping pizza and 2 cans of soda was $13. Pretty good, not great- would probably order from Roger's again given the other available choices. Not a place I would strongly recommend OR warn someone against. Just average, ok, pizza. read more

Rogers is my FAVORITE pizza place in Dover! It is pricey, but worth it! I was wowed the last time I went in to pick up my to go order; I was cheerfully greeted on my way to the register and at the register by two different people! My husband wanted to try this place out, he heard from a few guys at work it was good. I didn't really know what to expect but it was actually pretty good. I had chicken pot pie which was tasty, my husband got a pepperoni pizza which was a little greasy but it's pepperoni so you kind of expect that. I like that they have seating upstairs and downstairs to help when they get busy, we sat downstairs it can get a little loud down there. Our waitress was really nice, for a few minutes I thought she forgot about us down there. But all in all I say pretty good, I'd go back eventually. read more

Okay so since my bad review over the summer and vowing to never order again...I ordered today. The owner reached out to me several months ago to have another meal on him. Well, I did not reply to his offer because I was not after free food. So today I wanted delivery and not pizza. I wanted comfort food. My husband ordered chicken pot pie and I ordered shepherd's pie. Chicken pot pie was a hit just as it was last time. Very good. Shepherd's pie again nothing fancy, seasoned ground beef, corn, onions & topped with mashed potatoes. Very yummy. It hit the spot. Everything was seasoned well. We also ordered an order of deluxe nachos, huge portion!!! Thankfully I ordered those as take n bake because there's enough to eat 2 or 3 more times. So the point is, sometimes you gotta give second chances. I am not disappointed that I decided to give these guys another shot. :) read more

I have been going to Rogers since I was a teenager. I love their green pepper pizza and Have for years. I have other meals on the menu that are excellent but my very favorite is still the green pepper pizza. It is chopped up fresh green peppers and they do not skip on the topping. if you havent been to Roger's pizza you should go. read more

Me and my boyfriend had been here twice The first time was good. The second not was horrible. My boyfriend had ordered the all meat pizza that was 20$!!!! The bacon was microwaved. How could we tell as soon as the microwave went off it smelt like bacon. The bacon came out burnt and inedible I had ordered the hot roast beef sub with mayo. No mayo was on it and the meat came out gray which was also microwaved. There was an older couple that came in after us and had got the fettucini Alfredo and meatloaf. The whole time we could hear the microwave beeping. They say it's home made food. Pretty sure the microwave is not a source of cooking. I've been cooking for 13 years and this place is a disgrace. They have a help wanted sign out front. By all means if u like to microwave ur food and lie to ur guests then please apply. I was so disgusted that I will NEVER Go back and I will let everyone know how fake this place is. read more
