They exceeded my expectations in every way. They gave me a competitive quote, communicated in a professional manner, covered every part of the floor with paper/covering, and every day they left my bathroom looking better than they found it. They even swapped around a door handle on my shower door so it was not colliding with the other sliding door (this is hard to describe) but it shows how they go the extra mile. After looking through their yelp photographs and liking their attention to detail, we hired Rodriguez tile work to replace our backsplash and 6 large cracked builder floor tiles. I was a little apprehensive, as I did not see photos of marble tile work, specifically. However, the photos of their glass and ceramic tile work were clean and beautiful. After a phone call and a few texts of photos with Yonny, I was given an estimate that I felt was fair. He was not the cheapest, nor was he the most expensive of the 4 estimates that I received. The most expensive was almost double(!) Rodriguez tiles price and the lowest was a few hundred less, so definitely get a few estimates for this type of work, as they can vary greatly. As was the same with all of the companies that I contacted, they were booked out a few weeks. So be sure to plan ahead, if you're in a hurry. They showed up each day that they said they would and they always had a smile for us. Nice guys. There were 2 of them working most of the time and they kept things to business hours, which we appreciated, since we have small children and had dinner to make. While they placed a floor protectant and counter cover, we did end up with some very light scratches on our stove top, so I would recommend covering that prior to any backsplash install, no matter who you choose (they covered it, but not immediately). Throughout the install of the backsplash, they meticulously picked out any damaged mosaics and removed them. They lined up and spaced the tiles beautifully. They did a great job. The floor tiles look like they have always been there. Well, minus the new, clean grout, but that's to be expected. I plan to paint on some colored sealant on all of the floor grout lines to blend them in the future. For the backsplash, we had a couple areas that needed just a tiny bit more grout along the outlets. They were not noticeable until I sealed the backsplash and went to reinstall the outlet covers. We had already paid them and this was days later. I reached out through text to him. He came back the very next morning and touched it up. With tile, you need to be careful who you hire. There can be a wide range of capabilities and the work produced can vary greatly. Hire the wrong tile installer and you will surely regret it when you're staring at a messy install. This was my biggest fear, so I viewed all of the online (yelp, google) photos of each of the companies that estimated our job. I read through some reviews as well. I am so glad that I took the time to do so. We are extremely happy with the backsplash, the replaced floor tile and their work overall. I would not hesitate to hire them again. read more

These guys are problem solvers and take their craft seriously. I took a little bit of a leap of faith hiring Rodriguez tile work because the job was somewhat complicated with unique shapes, patterns, angles and crooked walls and it was my first time working with them. My normal tile guys were booked way out and I needed something done on short notice so I thought I'd give it a shot. It was a very collaborative process which I appreciated and together I believe we made all of the best choices to achieve the look we were going for. We hired Yony and his crew to lay tile in our bathroom. We had done most of the demo work but had trouble cleaning the old adhesive. Rodriguez tile came in and cleaned it up and put down the tile. Highly recommend. I had clear and prompt communication via email throughout the quote process and leading up to the job. When the crew arrive they were prompt and clearly communicated the details of the job. We ran into trouble due to the tile I had selected but they brainstormed a solution I was very pleased with. The price was very fair for the job. The crew made sure that everything was clean. When the job was completed it was reviewed with me to insure I was satisfied. I'm super impressed by Rodriguez Tile. We had a stand up shower installed in place of the old tub but wanted to keep as much of the original tile as possible. The Rodriguez Brothers did a seamless job of blending the new tile in with the old and paying close attention to the integrity of the waterproofing with the old and new backer board. We had received other quotes from companies who just didn't seem to have a good grasp of the technical aspects of the work, but Rodriguez Tile made us feel confident they knew what they were doing, and we were right.
