Their customer service makes you run around in circles, if they even know what they're talking about (which isn't often at all), and I literally just had a customer service agent heave a big ol' sigh before saying "thank you for calling GCI..." in the most deadpan and unhelpful tone. Have I been blacklisted? For trying to pay my bills on time??? I literally hate having to interact with GCI in any way now and I'm pretty sure that's not how the client/provider relationship is supposed to work. Their cell service is hit or miss, especially traveling around Alaska, leaving much to be desired. Their WiFi is amazing!!! However, it's so expensive that you'll have to decide between feeding your kids and paying for decently fast internet. I will be warning my friends and family away from GCI unless they can offer a quality of customer service that matches the quality of their products at an ACTUALLY affordable price.

Upon his arrival he was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, patient, and kind while troubleshooting what was wrong with my connection to the On Demand channels and answering our numerous questions. He's very informed and knew exactly what we needed in order to resolve an issue we have had since July 2022, yep, over two years! Although we had many questions we asked of him, he was able to answer every one of them and speak to us in layman's terms, which is very important!
