Never made or signed a contract, but then months later started getting bills from Dish Network. Dish network claims I need a PIN to cancel an account I never established. No way would I have a PIN for an account I don't have. Idiots from top to bottom.

Upon his arrival he was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, patient, and kind while troubleshooting what was wrong with my connection to the On Demand channels and answering our numerous questions. He's very informed and knew exactly what we needed in order to resolve an issue we have had since July 2022, yep, over two years! Although we had many questions we asked of him, he was able to answer every one of them and speak to us in layman's terms, which is very important!
