They also removed my swamp cooler without understanding how it worked and left a water pipe open, which left me without water for two days. My calls went unanswered until the second day. The craftsmanship itself looks good, but the lack of communication, poor project management, and the way the permitting and contract issues were handled made this a very stressful experience. I would recommend asking plenty of questions and making sure all permits and paperwork are correct before work begins.

I did some additional background checks to ensure worker's comp and license/bonded status and everything checked out great. So I went ahead and signed the contract. His crew came out and did a superb job of doing the entire lift and re-lay within 3 days (started very early mornings and worked late at night). This also includes city permitting. I'm very happy with the repairs and the crew was extremely hard working lead by the project manager, Bulmaro. They provided the large trash dumpster and all the debris was cleared after the work was completed. I included a picture from the work in progress after they lifted all the tiles and installed underlayment rolls. This was mid-way thru the repairs. Kudos to Dale and the entire crew.
