Brian from Rocket came out today (same day) and helped me with my home's main water valve, which was completely stuck main water valve. He was able to get the water turned off so I could start some rehab work and showed me how to fix it moving forward. read more

Excellent work and showed up on time. Highly recommend.

I was having issues with my sink draining. Making an appointment was easy. Anthony showed up on time and fixed my sink with no problem! Great guy and service. read more

This one star is not a reflection on they're work product but business practice. After calling to get a quote at 7am on 2 different scenarios( one fixing the leak, two replacing all the pipes for my house gas line) At the end of the phone call with the answering service lady, I was informed that I will be charged a $25 fee for the plumber to come out and take a look at the job. Since when are you charged for that? What happened to just sending pictures and discussing a job on the phone? 13 hours later, I never got a call back from Rocket Plumbing. read more

Outstanding work, fast and responsive every time, for any job.

Anthony and his team at Rocket Plumbing have been great for us. Our new place has needed a bit of structural plumbing work and Anthony has been prompt, professional, and competitively priced. We anticipate using Rocket for future plumbing work. read more

We were struggling with really low hot water pressure in our 2nd floor shower. Anthony was amazing! He assessed the situation and talked us through multiple options so that we could find a solution that best fit our priorities and budget. Anthony worked efficiently and completed the job quicker than expected. That is despite the age of our plumbing and Oak Park home which, we imagine, caused some challenges. Pricing is honest and upfront. Very satisfied! We are coming back to Rocket and looking forward to a shower! read more

This is definitely my new plumber. They were very friendly and came over fast to replace a leaky faucet. The plumber, Tony, was great and I highly recommend him and Rocket Plumbing. read more

I called Rocket Plumbing at 630 in the morning. The person on the phone took my number and scheduled an appointment for that morning. Danny arrived on time and was able to solve my problem. He was polite and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. Best of all he cleaned up after himself. Made a bad situation tolerable. Highly recommend this company read more

Rocket responded to my request promptly and arrived (early) the next day to fix the problem. Repairs, costs, and risks were explained in detail. Work was completed same day and pricing was fair. We will definitely call them again if we have a problem. read more

I have had several different plumbing problems in the past few months, and I've tried three different plumbers. I used yelp to find Rocket this time bc I haven't been happy with the personal referrals I tried before. Rocket is like no other! My water heater wasn't working so I called them at 7am. They were able to get a technician out to my condo by 8:45am. Tony was professional, nice and straightforward to deal with. He was able to install the new water heater later that day at a time that worked for my schedule. Amazing! Competitive pricing as well. Highly recommend them! read more

Ben and George did a fantastic job. Rocket is the second plumber that I called to fix a leak in my ceiling. The other plumber mistakenly thought that it was the shower upstairs. Wrong. Ben and George came over quickly, and systematically went through the possible causes until they found it was a humidifier. They then put together a custom solution in very short time. I've worked with many plumbers and I highly recommend them. read more

I called Levi's Plumbing last week in the afternoon for a clogged drain in the toilet and bathtub. He took the time to help me diagnose the problem over the phone and was able to get a plumber out that day. He was very professional and also honored the online coupon. I really felt comfortable going with Levi's plumbing and didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. they'll get the job done for you. read more

i had rocket plumbing come out and i was a happy camper. when the plumber came out to help assist with some plumbing issue i was having with my toilet. he came in and listen to what i had going on with my toilet. the plumber fixed it without having to come back or reschedule me. he was very clean, professional and nice. if i had to or refer a plumbing company, rocket plumbing will be the ones to call for service. read more

Great work! Ben and George were very knowledgeable and fixed my sink in no time.

Just had Ben out to the house to replace our leaky, broken kitchen faucet. He was prompt, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and provided quotes for all of our future projects in our home. We look forward to working with Ben and Rocket Plumbing again! read more

I had a faucet replaced in my kitchen sink and called Rocket Plumbing. I didn't want to risk buying another bad sink from Home Depot, so I asked them to bring one that would fit my sink. Ben showed up right on time with 2 sink options, and he was very friendly and professional. He worked quickly and did a great job. I am very impressed with this company and will be using them whenever I need a plumber. read more

I rarely use the same plumber twice...it just seems that I usually get someone who is mediocre at their craft. This time I decided to use Rocket Plumbing based on Yelp reviews. I couldn't be happier! Anthony and his assistant Angel arrived early (after checking with me to see if this fit my schedule). Professional, knowledgeable and pleasant...what more can you ask for? Oh, the work? It was done in a timely fashion and they were neat (used drop cloths and cleaned up afterwards) and best of all, they installed my new faucet, replaced leaky valves and got my bathroom sink unclogged...all good! Definitely, I will be calling these guys the next time I need a plumber. read more

This company is wonderful. Dealt with Valerie when I called and she worked hard to fit me in that morning (had a badly clogged kitchen sink and family staying over Christmas, so needed a solution asap) and within 30 minutes Anthony and Michael arrived and fixed the problem quickly. They were professional, courteous and helpful in terms of explaining why the problem occurred. These guys saved me!! Thank you Rocket Plumbing. read more

These guys were great! I had a small leak that finally began to show through my ceiling. They showed up on time, called before beginning any work, and called again to confirm before cutting a hole in my ceiling. They also discussed price prior to starting. They had to return the next day to complete the job, and again, showed up on time. When I showed them my $50 off coupon, they went ahead and gave me $100 off. Got the job done and offered excellent customer service. read more

I will definitely be calling these guys again. They were punctual, actually called and were able to show up ahead of the appointed time, knowledgable, and cleaned up after themselves. The online coupons made their visit much less painful to the wallet. Thanks guys. read more

The service at Rocket Plumbing is excellent. We have had them here twice now and they are fast, courteous and clean (always putting on shoe covers which I love). I would highly recommend them read more

Anthony is great. He came right away when he found out how important it was. He was very knowledgeable. Went directly to the source of the problem. We will definitely call him again. Thanks Anthony read more

First, when I called this company they called me back within a few hours and they were able to send someone out the very next day. We sold our condo and the inspection report uncovered a leak with our water heater (that was only 4 years old). Anthony came out and was able to diagnosed what needed to be done and was honest saying he would make it worse if he tried to take the pipe out to repair the leak. He called Home Depot where the water heater was purchased and filed a claim so we could get a new water heater with our warranty. He took his time to come to our condo and make phone calls and didn't charge us! We are moving to a house in the suburbs and will be using Rocket Plumbing again in a few weeks. I highly recommend this company. read more

My wife and I have been experiencing problems with our kitchen drain for the past 2 weeks. The sink would fill up after a few minutes of running the faucet and then it would fill up the other sink. This has been a HUGE inconvenience for us, especially with having a hungry baby that needs clean bottles daily. I called a couple of local plumbers but nobody seemed that interested in helping us with our drain problem. The guys at Rocket Plumbing were different. They offered to come on the same day that I called but also had availability for the next day which was more convenient for us. They sent Marlon to take care of our problem. Marlon showed up on time, was very friendly, and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He even gave us three different options so that we felt like we had some control over the cost and the extent of the job. It took about $200 and 45 minutes, but it was well worth the time and money to get this sink finally fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend Rocket Plumbing if you live in the Chicagoland area. We'll definitely go back to them if we have any plumbing issues in the future. read more

This is my first time using Rocket and it won't be my last! I hired them to take care of a small rodding job and they were very responsive, addressed the problem within 24 hours of my first call, are fairly priced, and showed up on time. Its rare you find a tradesman who is reliable and follows through. I highly recommend Rocket! read more

After showering this morning I couldn't get my water to stay shut off. Soon the handle was removed and water was gushing out of the neck of the faucet. I called Rocket and they were at my condo within 1.5 hours from my call. Within 20 minutes of being here, Anthony had our shower fixed and even improved our water pressure. Apparently our cartrige was so old that it had deteriorated. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! read more

I spoke to the owner of the company and he explained to me that there was a misunderstanding with the price and gave me a lower price based on having multiple jobs done at the same time. I believe they care about their customers and was impressed that they reached out to me. read more

Well, after attempting to unclog my daughter's sink for half a day, I finally gave up. I called Rocket Plumbing, and explained my problem....and my frustration with trying to fix it myself. As it wasn't early in the day, I didn't think they could come that day, but to my surprise, she checked and called me back. Yes, they could come out! She couldn't give me a time, but soon afterwards, Marlon called to say he would be there in five minutes...and he really was. He had another plumber with him, who would be working in DuPage County soon. If you are in DuPage County, by the way, Brandon is very nice and does a great job. What I liked is that Marlon listened to the issue and was able to give me a price for fixing it, as it was pretty cut and dried...not for me, but for them. They did a great job, solved the problem, cleaned up...excellent! Kitchen in working order again. Thanks for the prompt and pleasant service! read more

Our building is extremely strict about which businesses it approves for work. They have a short list of approved plumbers, and judging by the level of service from those plumbers, they all know it. So I took it upon myself to deepen the pool of approved and recommended plumbers. If you search for "plumber" near "60614" Rocket won't be at the top of the list for some reason. So I called other plumbers first. The first plumber gave me an estimate of $975 for the work, and was extremely flexible about scheduling. The second plumber wouldn't be able to do the work "at least not until sometime next week." I called back the first plumber I called and asked for a breakdown of the proposed bill, and $250 of it was for "extra insurance." They had already told me they were insured, and weren't going to tell me they needed extra insurance until I pressed them about the extra fees on top of the parts and labor. I told them I wasn't paying for extra insurance, and they told me "Then we can't do the work." Then I called Rocket Plumbing. Anthony came out within a couple of hours to do the estimate, and gave us a complete inspection of all our plumbing at the same time. We knew already that some of the work done by a "building approved" plumber was shoddy and incomplete, and Anthony offered to fix it for free. I wouldn't call Rocket expecting free plumbing based on my review, but that's what happened in our case. Anyway, he was also very flexible about scheduling since our building requires that work to start within a one hour window in the morning, he showed up on time with the appropriate parts, did the work flawlessly and professionally, and the final bill was $585. Actually, there was a part we didn't know needed replacing before the work, so he had to run out and get it, but he didn't charge us for the transportation. He approved the extra purchase and extra labor before doing it. It was about $85 extra, and that's what brought the bill up to $585 ... vs the $975 quoted by the other plumber. I realize all plumbers can get busy and not have appointments available "this week" and some plumbers just coincidentally have a light work load and can be flexible. I wouldn't take stars off for that. But in our experience, Rocket truly went above and beyond, and I'll be pushing our building to put them on the recommended list. read more

Earlier this week I called them because our 11 year old hot water heater kicked the bucket. They were very prompt to respond and helpful. Our serviceperson was Anthony and he could not have been friendlier and more helpful. He stopped by the afternoon that I called just to check and see if there was anything that could be done to save the water heater. Once he confirmed that there wasn't, he was back the next morning at 7 AM to replace it. Everything is working well and we can take hot showers. He explained everything he was doing. I would definitely use Rocket again. On a side note, I had called another company on the same day and left a message and they did not even return my call. read more

First, this is NO LONGER Levi's Plumbing so do not buy the $155 dollar coupon because it is not accepted by the new owner. The name of the company is Drain-Eez Plumbing Service. I called because I had a slow draining sink in a rental unit and Pat, the new owner, gave me a time frame of 1 hour. He was there promptly on time. I asked him on the phone how much per hour and he stated that they don't do work by the hour but by the job. When they arrived he looked at the sink, gave me a reasonable quote and had it fixed within 15 minutes. I asked him about the online coupon and while he said he wouldn't accept that he would give me a 25 buck discount. I thought that was cool. read more

Called yesterday, Friday of Thanksgiving weekend. Called this morning to see if they could come earlier. Lou and Ben just left. Tub drain was backed up solid, probably not cleaned out for 20 years. They did a great job. Explained everything to me as they went along. Showed me that we had a weird clean out. Were super pleasant and cleaned up. What more could you ask for? read more

I would highly recommend Rocket Plumbing. Marlon was amazing! I called Rocket after hours and their answering service was professional and friendly and I got a call back early the next day where they clearly explained their process and took notes on my service needs. Marlon showed up on time and then when it came time to do the work he was flexible with my building and their "water shut-off" delays. He provided a quote up front and the quote was accurate when it came time to pay. Polite, friendly, on time and wonderful service. Plumbing is a pain to deal with and Rocket made it so easy! read more

Great work ethic from Rocket Plumbing, I had a minor gas leak and Marlon came out the same day I called. Efficient and quick, but from a work ethic standpoint, second to none. I highly recommend them and will be using them for any plumbing needs moving forward. read more

I found Rocket Plumbing on Yelp very spur of the moment. My dishwasher was leaking when it drained and I just happened to have the day off work and wanted to get a plumber asap. They answered the phone right away (a real live person--not a recording or answering service) and promptly told me they could have someone over at 1:30pm. At 1:30pm on the dot Tony the plumber was at our door. Unbeliveable!!! He diagnosed the problem and didn't charge us because it was something the dishwasher manufacturer had to handle. While he was here, I asked for a quick estimate to replace a shower head. Tony was kind, efficient, neat and very professional. I highly recommend this company and Tony. Thank you Rocket and Yelp. read more

I was so happy to find Rocket Plumbing! We had several pluming issues (leaky bathroom faucet, leaking shower heads, and a toilet that would not flush). Our hot water heater started leaking this past weekend so we called around for quotes on fixing and or replacing. Some companies told us that they were no longer taking appointments for hot water heaters, while others wanted to schedule us down the road. Rocket Plumbing showed up the next business day, an hour early for their scheduled appointment, gave us an extremely reasonable replacement quote, and had the new hot water heater installed within 2 hours. The Service Technician, Tony, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Rocket Plumbing for your plumbing needs, and we will be calling them again in the future. read more
