Rocket Plumbing is a top notch company! They were super helpful and easy to work with. They were able to fit me in within a few hours of my call. Anthony was great and he fixed the problem fast and explained everything he was doing. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. read more

I have used rocket plumbing since I bought my place 6 years ago and have used them a few times. I have had nothing but great experiences. They are very professional and always communicate well. The last two times nick was my technician and he was very thorough and has done great work. For a girl that knows nothing about plumbing it's definitely nice to feel like I have people I can trust. read more

I've used Rocket Plumbing a few times now. They are always the best bet. I have had others plumbers come in an effort to save a couple bucks, but never again. Anthony and Angel showed up EARLY (but called make sure that was OK first) and got the job done in under an hour so I could get back to work. It wasn't a difficult fix but they did it quickly, expertly, and for a great price. They're also as polite and professional as can be. I will definitely only be using Rocket Plumbing in the future. read more

Geoff and Sam have come to my place twice and done a fantastic job both times. First was a water heater - they not only came same day to do the work, but went above and beyond with drywall and piping adjustments to get the job done. Always wore booties and very respectful of the property and my family. Second time was to replace the faucet on a tub. Got the parts, did some great detective work to uncover where the main water line was (it was inaccessible), and then got the work done. It required them to stay longer than normal, but they still only charged me for the original scope of work. Couldn't be happier. read more

Rocket Plumbing is all that! I found them on-line. Scary thought. The next morning I called and I was able to schedule a plumber for that afternoon. Two gentlemen, truly capable guys, willing, relatable and smart, came in and replaced my drippy faucet with the new one I bought from Home Depot and thought I might install myself. Sounds simple but the building is old and the water source and connections archaic. No way I could have done it. While working they noticed corrosion on a sink drain pipe and suggested it would need replacement soon. I said "how much" and then, go ahead. During removal, the pipe gave way underneath leaving a thumb size hole. Thank goodness it didn't happen while running the disposal the next day! Saved a bunch. Thanks Rocket! read more

I contacted Rocket Plumbing to repair a wax ring on my toilet. I received a fast response for my initial quote and the actual price was fair and accurate. Nick did a great job, I will call again when I have another plumbing issue. Excellent!! read more

This past Thursday my kitchen sink started backing up after I ran the disposal. Water started filling both the sink and disposal basins. We tried fixing the clog ourselves but it still wasn't unclogging. We called Rocket Plumbing after looking at their reviews and they were right down the street from my home in Lakeview. They were able to send someone out Monday morning as seeing as we waited until Saturday to call someone. Nick and Mike showed up on time and provided me with a quote which was very reasonable. They fixed the clog within the hour and left my kitchen as clean as is was when they arrived. They were both very polite and worked efficiently. Nick also gave me some tips on what not to do to avoid future clogs. We will definitely be using Rocket Plumbing if we have any more issues. read more

Rocket Plumbing has always been very responsive, honest and reasonably priced when we have needed their help. They have visited or home when our water heater wasn't working, when a toilet was leaking and when our disposal was broken. Each time we were able to get an appointment the next day and the representative was on time and resolved the problem within a day (even when parts needed to be ordered. I would recommend Rocket for any plain guy issues. read more

We had several plumbing problems which Nick and his assistant Mike took care of in a professional, timely and courteous manner. Most notable: these outstanding guys saved us about $6,000 by repairing our flood control system which according to two companies needed to be completely replaced. We are very grateful to Nick and Mike, and to Rocket Plumbing! read more

Extremely happy with the service! I called Rocket and they were able to send someone out on short notice. The plumber was very nice and extremely professional. They did a great job....I would definitely use them again. read more

Brian and his assistant came to our condo building the day after the new year to fix an emergency situation. They showed up on time, dedicated the entire day to our need, and were very kind and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate having them come out again or reccomending then. read more

I didn't end up getting work done because it was more involved than expected but they were very responsive, honest and professional. If I ever need plumbing work in the future, I will go to Rocket read more

I set up an appointment 2 weeks out to have my sewer rodded. On the day of the appointment the office called saying the tech was sick No worries, I rescheduled. Guess what, tech was sick again. I had waited over a month between the two appointments and they wanted me to reschedule a third time a week later. I had already take off a total of one work day to wait for these guys. Sorry I can't speak to their actual ability to do plumbing, but I wasn't about to take a third day off to find out if they are as good as others say. read more

We had a bad leak on a water pipe. It needed replacing. I called at 8 they were here by 845. I had an appt but told them I would be back Got back at 10 and they were gone Had finished the job and left the invoice at the door They did not even call or hassle me about coming back to pay them before. Great Job. My next door neighbor has also used them read more

Levi's Plumbing installed a new water heater for my townhouse. Brian helped me to determine the best type of heater for my needs, obtained the new heater quickly, installed it efficiently, and advised me about proper disposal of the old heater (which he helped me carry out of the house.) He was neat and friendly and he stayed focused on the job. Brian is an excellent plumber. read more

I'm not sure how they are when it comes to the quality of their work but will say they are over priced. We had them come down for a price estimate for rodding our sewer, which cost us $15 for the visit. They quoted us $359 and told us we would have to hire a separate person to clean the catch basin. We had a second opinion by another plumber the next day, they charged us $150 for rodding and cleaned our catch basin. Our second guy seemed to understand how the the sewage lines worked in my old building vs. the Rocket guy who was unsure about everything. Also Rocket was an hour late for the appointment. read more

This is a upstanding company that does a good job and tries hard to please the customer. They came out and installed a toilet at the last minute a couple of months ago for a very reasonable price. The second time we had them come out to work on the bathtub and water pressure and they did a good job again. Maybe just a little expensive for some of the work this last time but a great job regardless and very responsive to calls and feedback. Thank you! read more

I have mixed reviews about Rocket Plumbing. At first I really loved them and thought they were fantastic because they really helped me out and came to the rescue when another plumber was not willing too. I was very grateful to them. However a week after they had fixed my sewer ejector/sump pump water was gushing out of the check valve and completely SOAKED the carpet in my basement. Because water was going everywhere it actually short circuited our furnace and we lost heat. As it turns out the check valve was simply not tightened which is what caused the issue. I was very disappointed in Rocket's response to helping me. They offered no support with my furnace and didn't even bother to call us back when they knew we had suffered all of this water damage because their plumber had not correctly installed the check valve. read more

Pricier than I had expected. They estimate over the phone was vague. The plumber that came out was great. He was on time and courteous.

I called Levi's this week for some pretty simple tub work (drain snake, pop-up drain replacement) and I spoke with Brian who was able to come over the next morning to take a look. He was on-time (maybe even a few minutes early), extremely professional and courteous, and did a great job diagnosing my problems and explaining what needed to be done. The price he quoted was very fair especially since he had to go purchase a part and come back. Again, his communication was top notch, phone calls, texts and very accommodating to my work schedule. If you need a plumber, don't waste your time with a handyman, call Brian and he'll get the job done right, the first time! read more

These guys are great! We had Anthony come out for a new spout in the past and Danny came out recently for a new garbage disposal. Both guys were super knowledgeable and helpful. Danny evaluated the issue and installed a disposal in no time. I will always be going to Rocket Plumbing for all my plumbing issues. Also, they are super reasonable in terms of cost too. read more

After calling a few different plumbers and never receiving a call back, I tried Rocket Plumbing when I found them on Yelp. Brian came the very next day and fixed my tenants' plugged bathtub. He was quick, polite, and his work was effective. I would definitely recommend Rocket and will use them again in the future. Thanks, Brian! read more

This is a company you wish you could give five stars to. Professional, polite and responsive. Unfortunately, they sent out two young men, who while extremely polite and earnest, knew less about plumbing than your typical homeowner. We had a half dozen minor issues that had developed around the house. They told me I needed to replace our expensive bathroom waterfall faucet. After they left I did the work myself and at no cost replaced a defective o-ring and it has worked perfectly ever since. They said they repaired our shower tower but when I tested it after they left it was exactly the same as before. They said they would clean out the water line to the dishwasher but left before doing so. They cleaned the water the line to the washing machine as promised. They had no opinions or solutions as to why our water line repeatedly clogged our filters with sediment. I liked everyone I dealt with there and had they sent a journeyman plumber all would have been great. read more

I paid $100 for something i already knew. Their diagnostic charge and trip fees is really outrageous. For the first time, i am disappointed in yelp reviews. read more

Anthony from Rocket Plumbing was incredibly prompt, professional and helpful when I needed to get my water heater replaced. He answered all my questions, accommodated my schedule and did great work. Rocket Plumbing also gave me a lower quote than the other plumbers I contacted. I would definitely use them again. read more

Nick and Mark tightened a loose fitting causing a leak under my bathroom sink. It's something I could have done myself and I felt kind of dumb, but they were super nice about it and didn't charge me. Great service! read more

Brian and Tony were great. Tony is a new member of the team and I hope he'll be around for a long time yet. He was courteous, on time, good at communicating, and did a good job at a very reasonable price. They were great about calling back right away, telling me exactly when they would be there, and following up after the job. Highly recommended. read more

I normally don't write reviews, but I have to share my experience with Marlon at Rocket Plumbing. A couple days ago, I had major sewage back up from the toilet of my lower level. It was so bad that there was 2-3 inches of feces, urine and sewage back up throughout most of my finished lower level. I called Rocket Plumbing and Marlon came within an hour of my phone call. He quickly assessed the situation, was able to rod out tree roots from the pipes (this was causing the clogs), and then recommended a deep cleaning service to take care of this bio hazardous mess (they came that evening and did a thorough cleaning that lasted 6 hours). He seemed to generally care, which I appreciate. I have an infant and toddler, and I was very concerned with them inhaling the toxic fumes of the sewage stench. What I liked about Marlon was that he was able to assess the situation quickly and recommend solutions. He also is very experienced and has confidence in what he is doing. If I ever have a problem again, I will ask for Marlon again at Rocket Plumbing. read more

Man alive! I didn't know what I did to my toilet, but Rocket Plumbing intrepidly ventured forth and repaired it anyhow. I'm pretty sure my wife has confused the toilet with the garbage can and flushes trash down it: dental floss, junk mail, dead batteries. That or she just gets bored and wants to see what that toilet will take down it. So that thing clogged up pretty bad. I called Rocket and they sent out Marlin(?). He asked a few questions and got right on it. My wife appreciated how he wore shoe coverings so as not to get the floor dirty (funny how she cares about the floor but not the toilet). Marlin fixed that toilet right quick. He even educated my wife on the dangers of using the toilet as a trash can! Thank you Rocket!!! read more

Great work from Nick again. Had a basement toilet not draining, which ended up being a broken ejector pump, and got it replaced quickly, after making sure it wasn't anything other than a broken pump. Fast and clean, will keep using Nick and team for future plumbing needs. read more

These guys are awesome!!! Our work had issues with the handles leaking on all the toilets. I called and spoke with Brian this morning, we are a non profit and do not have a lot of money to spend, Brian took this into consideration and worked with us..he was great. Tony came out an hour later and was amazing. He was very fast, efficient and replaced all our handles quickly!! Thank you Rocket Plumbing, we certainly will use you again and we highly recommend!!! read more

I'm going to keep this short and sweet. These guys are fast, reliable, and great. We moved into a new place and the garbage disposal (In-Sink-Erator) crapped out within a week. Called Rocket Plumbing at 8am and Tony had a new one installed before 1p. They're great with email, honoring their coupons, and just plain easy to deal with. Rocket's the only place we'll call with any plumbing issues. read more

I called Rocket Plumbing for 3 separate smallish jobs in our condo unit (to be completed on one visit). From my initial contact to paying for the completed job, these guys were the best. My initial call was answered live and the woman could not have been more professional, courteous and helpful. Our visit was offered same day, which we actually could not take, so we were offered a window on the next day. Nick the plumber showed up on the early side of the window and was extremely nice and it was clear he knows what he is doing. Very professional guy who answered all my questions like a pro. Prices were excellent. Service was excellent. Charge was per job with up front pricing which was clearly explained. After 20 years plus of living in Chicago, I've finally found my go-to plumbing company. A++ read more

I had no cold water in my kitchen faucet. Even though it was the second straight coldest day of the year in Chicago with many schools and businesses shut down, Brian graciously fielded all of my calls and gave me excellent direction and advice. Fast forward to the next day and even though the cold water came back on Brian offered to stop by to check things out since he had another appointment on my block. He checked a broken toilet, told me about a water filtration system, checked my hot water heater and even made sure my sump pump was in good working order prior to his visit I did not even know I had a sump pump. Very knowledgable about all things plumbing! read more

Outstanding. I had a disaster going on in my basement and they sent someone over right away. The plumber, Marlon kept me calm, knew exactly what to do and fixed it right away. He also explained what happened. Very fair price. Great service!!! read more

I am so pleased with the service I got from Rocket Plumbing! I had an outside drain back up causing water to flow into my basement. My call got answered immediately, and I got an appointment for the next day with a promise that they'd come that day if they could. Sure enough, they came that same day, worked to get me a temporary solution, then came back to complete the job the next day. Things got complicated, but they kept working until the drain was cleared. They were on time, explained everything they were doing, and cleaned up beautifully. I will definitely call them any time I need a plumber. Highly recommend. read more

Highly recommended! .. I had an emergency with a leaking broken garbage disposal, I called at 3:00pm on a Saturday & within ten minutes Tony showed up, he ended up replacing the garbage disposal in about a half an hour and the price was very affordable, if I ever need any future plumbing work Rocket Plumbing will have my business from now on! read more

After 2 VERY disappointing experiences with 2 other plumbers, I found this company on Yelp and yeah, they were altogether terrific. From friendly and genuine people in their office to Anthony, the plumber they sent to me, this was a top notch experience. Anthony was polite, friendly, extremely efficient and he even changed 2 hard to reach halogen bulbs that have tricky fixtures in my kitchen, as a favor. I tried to tip him for that but he refused to take it, so I hope this Yelp review will help because they all deserve it..and my new faucet works like a charm! SO many unprofessional plumbers around, and they are not one of those companies. I wish them continued success & say...THANK YOU! read more

I Love Rocket Plumbing! We own a duplex and when our tenant's shower above us started leaking through our light fixture my boyfriend actually called 2 different plumbers. The first plumber was at our house for about 3 hours, wanted an absurd amount of money and didn't even fix the problem. He obviously did not know what he was doing and we basically had to throw him out. The second plumber fixed the leak but the quality was so poor that it began leaking again within 24 hours and of course his work wasn't guaranteed. Finally, I begged my boyfriend to call Rocket Plumbing and they fixed the problem in no time! Their office staff was super nice and they got a plumber over to us within 24 hours. Their technician was really professional and TOTALLY knew what he was doing. He had our leak fixed in under an hour and the best part is that their work is guaranteed!!! (unlike the other guy who took our money and ran) :/ I just wish we would've called Rocket's sooner and not wasted time and money on 2 other completely incompetent Chicago plumbers. In the future, I wouldn't even consider another plumbing company. I will definitely be calling Levi's again and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber. read more

Danny did a great job installing a new toilet for me. He was professional, friendly, and did a great job.
