We had an urgent need for a plumber to come out and clear out a blocked pump - we called on a Friday night and they were there by 9:30 am the next day. Eric was friendly, professional and gave me the quote upfront. The work was done quickly and well. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs. read more

I scheduled and appointment with Rocket Plumbing to assess a cracked toilet. I am delighted with the service because the plumber, Anthony, arrived right on time and made a quick assessment that the toilet needed replacement. He had a selection of products in stock and explained the features of the various toilets at the different price points. Conveniently, Anthony set up a time to return with the new toilet that same day and again, he arrived right on time. Not only did he expertly install the toilet in 25 minutes, but he left everything clean and neat. Anthony's professional, cheerful, and efficient personal qualities made this an exceptional experience. I highly recommend Rocket Plumbing. read more

We called Rocket Plumbing and Brian came right away... he assessed the situation and then gave us a quick estimate. As promised, he sent Chuck over the very next day. Chuck was fast, efficient and polite. I would definitely hire them again. read more

I highly recommend Rocket Plumbing. I have used them several times in the past year for various plumbing issues (frozen pipes, toilet issues, new hot water heater, leaks etc). The receptionist is friendly and has been able to schedule someone (I think it has always been Marlin) to my home in a timely manner. I have been very pleased with the quality of work and pricing. read more

Rocket Plumbing irreparably damaged the travertine floor in my master bathroom such that the travertine needs to be replaced. Rocket Plumbing then refused to take responsibility even after admitting to me that they fired the employee that caused the damage. In one afternoon Rocket Plumbing turned a $600 plumbing problem into a $2600 tile problem. Please consider what happened to me before you let Rocket Plumbing into your home. read more

Rocket was amazing. We are selling our place and needed some minor fixes to several faucets and sinks. Rocket came out, quickly repaired our stuff, and directed me toward a water heater service that was better equipped to handle my needs. Rocket rules! read more

I had a leak in the wall from a unit above. I decided to try Rocket Plumbing as I had bad experiences with two other companies on a previous leak. I called and they were able to send someone just a couple hours later. Tony arrived on schedule. He was very pleasant and took the time to answer all my questions. Obviously he had to put a hole in the wall to fix the issue but was still concerned about making as little of a mess as possible. I'll definetly be calling them again for all future issues. read more

After posting the review below I was contacted by Kimberly and Brian (owner of Rocket). Both were concerned and apologetic. Kim explained that they went through a period when they had issues with their phones and this had caused consternation for many customers. They quickly provided the needed letter. It is clear that Brian takes pride in his company and strives to provide knowledgeable and excellent service. If I have plumbing issues again, my first call will be to Rocket. Rock on, Rocket! I had originally posted a 5 star review of Rocket Plumbing but I deleted it due to lack of follow-up. I originally called Rocket to assess water damage in the bathroom of my condo after the maintenance staff kept saying it was caused by me showering. The Rocket employee (I really liked him so I won't give his name) took one look and stated the damage was definitely caused by water leaking from somewhere above my unit. He was damn good at his job and followed through by meeting with both my upstairs neighbor and the building engineer. The building engineer told both me and the Rocket employee that the water leak originated two floors above me and stated that they would take care of it. The employee rightly sensed that there might be trouble with the management office of my building and told me to let him know if there were any problems. The employee also did a good job of replacing the wax ring on the toilet. I called the employee and he did call back once but when I answered the call no one was there. Subsequent calls were not returned. The management office and maintenance staff are still being uncooperative and I really need a letter from the Rocket employee giving his professional opinion as to what caused the damage to my bathroom. read more

I called Rocket Plumbing around 8 pm at night because our bathtub stopped draining and they sent Brian out the very next day. Brian was friendly and courteous; he unplugged the bathtub in a few minutes and took a look at some other projects to give me estimates. We will definitely be using their services again for our future house renovation projects and I would recommend their services. read more

We had a flooding issue in our building a few days ago due to clogged pipes. Donnie B. came out and did a great job with rodding out our pipes and resolved our issues. Very professional and obviously takes pride in what he does. Then he went above and beyond in helping us fix another unrelated issue while he was here, which we really appreciated! read more

I used them for a leaky faucet replacement and unplugging a slow draining sink. They were efficient and fast. Assessed the job and did the work right away. Had a nice quality faucet on hand (didn't have to leave and buy one). Tenants have been pleased with it for almost a year now. I did find it to be a bit pricey but not outside a reasonable range especially to be done so quickly from initial call to completed job. read more

Anthony was great. Fast, professional, friendly. I would strongly recommend Rocket Plumbing to any one.

Called up Rocket due to their good reviews to check in on condo. Our tenant was complaining of very low water pressure. Rocket came out and found that the water valve was simply not open all the way. Ha! What makes Rocket the best is that they didn't even charge us for the visit. Great service! read more

We recently moved into a new home (new to us) and have had a number of plumbing issues. Sam from Rocket has been great - he is extremely knowledgeable and is quick to tell you when he doesn't think additional work is necessary, which is refreshing. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is that Rocket is so busy that it is sometimes difficult to get them on short notice. read more

Upon posting my previous review, the owner called me wanting to make things right and issued a partial refund on my service, which was much appreciated. read more

Amazing. Called because the plumber we hired for a renovation just didn't show up. Tile guys were at a standstill. Called and Sam came out within 30 minutes and finished the plumbing so the tile guys could finish. Could not have been more pleased. read more

Called about standing water in my dishwasher. Though Brian had a big job that day, he said he'd call if it finished up earlier than expected. And he did-he came over later in the day, same day I called. He told me the backup was very much likely the dishwasher itself, not a plumbing issue after checking that the water from the sink and garbage disposal wasn't backing up into the dishwasher. He recommended an appliance repair company to come out and check the dishwasher, and even called them right on the spot and scheduled them to come in the next day. Without his recommendation, I would have been on my own trying to get an appliance repair person in. Plus, Brian did not charge a fee for the visit, since it wasn't really plumbing-related. Will definitely keep his card on file for any plumbing issues. read more

Brian was very personable and professional. He diagnosed the issue and took time to explain what was going on. He took a picture and sent it to my husband's phone so he could see the work he did before putting the toilet back in place. We will definitely call them for our future plumbing needs. Also, he was courteous enough to put booties over his shoes before entering our home :-) read more

These guys did a great job fixing a low water pressure in a couple fixtures. Luke was super professional and helpful. Would recommend.

Installed vanity sinks for us - the sinks work well... I know nothing about plumbing and am just really embarrassed by the price I paid - $600. After speaking to a friend, it should've been much, much cheaper. read more

Great service and professionalism. Fast and efficient. He added a garbage disposal in two hours -- finished when he said he was going to finish. I would absolutely recommend them. read more

We contacted Rocket Plumbing the evening before to setup an appointment. They came out the next day and installed a new garbage disposal. Tony, our service technician, was excellent! Very helpful and quick. read more

We had a pretty serious pipe clog in our building, which meant water was backing up into our sink any time someone in the building ran water. I called Rocket and they were able to send someone out right away! Tony and his assistant were quick, professional, and clean. They were able to clear everything up in less than an hour. I will definitely use Rocket Plumbing again AND recommend them to friends. read more

Marlin was awesome and very nice. Especially since i'm pretty dumb. I could have fixed my disposal by myself, but i was using the wrong allen wrench. Oh well! Not too expensive by any mens, very reasonable. Normally i would give 4 stars, since i had to call a second time after my first message was not returned...however marlin rocked, offered to come earlier and was very professional. Wore booties over his shoes and everything. super nice guy! read more

Anthony is the man. I called at 11:30am and he was out by 12:30pm. Simple snake of my shower plumbing. Worked like a charm. Great service. Thanks!!! read more

Rocket plumbing came out really fast to help replace a broken faucet. They were so friendly and even gave advice on how to save us a little money in the process. Far, far better than the last plumber I used. Would call them again in a heartbeat! read more

Returned my call very promptly, made an appointment and plumber called on day of to keep me posted on his timing. He was very professonal, quoted me a price before beginning work and was in and out in no time. Would definitely reocmmend and use again. read more

I was very satisfied with their service. He was punctual, knowledgable and polite. The price was good with $50 discount.

I would rate Rocket Plumbing 1-star for competence and 1-star for taking responsibility for their blunders, but the individual plumber was a nice guy who tried hard, he just had no clue how to diagnose a moderately complex problem. In short, I periodically had hot water coming from the cold side of all of my faucets and asked Rocket to diagnose and fix. About $1000 later they did a bunch of pointless work that didn't resolve the problem -- and then failed to turn the water back on to our ice machine. When questioned as why the ice machine was no longer working, they said they didn't repair appliances. I hired an appliance person who in 30 seconds, turned the water back on and charged me $150. When I complained to Rocket, the owner refused to make it right. Fast forward, my hot/cold problem was subsequently repaired by an experienced plumber - and it was a very simple fix that cost $280. You can find a better and more honest plumber than Rocket. read more

We were thoroughly satisfied with the service and work completed by Rocket Plumbing. They came out for a free evaluation and estimate. Customer service called me back quickly after I made a same-day appointment to let me know that there was a technician down the street and could see me earlier than scheduled. Anthony quickly evaluated the issue (leaking gas pipes to the water heater) and identified solutions that pricing quickly. The work was completed quickly, but not hurriedly and Anthony provided an explanation of what he was doing and why he was doing it. Additionally, Rocket provides a 90-day parts and labor warranty if I have any other issues. I'll definitely call Rocket in the future if I have plumbing-related issues. read more

Rocket is fabulous -- they have quickly diagnosed and repaired a couple plumbing issues around my house at a reasonable price. Each time Marlon was great -- super nice guy who arrives by the time set, and knowledgeably explains what the problem is, what the options are, and what the prices of the options are. He went out of his way to be sure I understood and was comfortable with the work being done. I spoke to the owner on the phone once, and he was very responsive and helpful too. Highly recommended. I will definitely use them again! read more

i have had a few issues to have fixed and rocket plumbing has done a great job. last week byron spent a good 6 hours putting in a new water heater. it took longer then usual because of how old my valves werebut managed to get it fixed. today byron was to come and fix more valves under my sink but got tied up which is a complete hassle for me. i lie in a condo complex and have to give the management 48 hours notice to get the water turned off....byron was able to get bryan to take his place which helped me greatly....and bryan was able to complete the task by my condo associations time frame. will use rocket again! read more

The previous stellar reviews are spot on. Tony from Rocket Plumbing stopped by and did a fantastic job fixing a leaking pipe under my bathtub. I like that he did not push a particular solution on me. Instead, it felt like a collaborative decision making process which was much appreciated. He even fixed my side door for me, which obviously isn't a plumbing related issue. I've had many contractors in and out of my house over the years and he wasn't the first one who noticed the issue, but he is the only one who took the time to try to fix it. Amazing! read more

I had a great experience with Rocket. They came on a Saturday and on time. They were very efficient and were happy to make some changes to make things better cosmetically. Really good guys, Marlon and Jack. Explained everything in easy terms. I couldn't be happier. read more

I had a leaking toilet and called multiple companies. Rocket Plumbing was the first one to answer the phone and the woman booked me for 4pm. Marlon walked through my door at 3:57pm! He was prompt, professional, pleasant , quick and informative. Since this was my first time calling a plumber, I don't know if the price was competitive (Marlon assured me it was a great price) but it was worth it to get it done and not worry about it. I would definitely use him/company again and highly recommend them. read more

Gotta add to the positive reviews. Tony came out this afternoon (an hour early after calling to make sure it worked) to fix a backed up sink. He was done w/in an hour after triple-checking and even gave me some tips to make sure I don't have the same problem. read more

I called Rocket plumbing the last minute yesterday morning to see if they could come out the same day to take care of a basement sewage clog issue. The dispatcher had the first available plumber called me back in just two minutes. Anthony is the plumber. I told him the issue and he gave me two possibly scenarios. I don't like services that doesn't want to give you a rough estimate over the phone, then you have no way of comparing. Anthony gave me a rough cost for the solution on the two scenarios. He called 15 minutes before arrival and arrived on time. After checking, he decided to rod the drain/pipe first. It took a little longer than expected, but they eventually got it cleared out and solved the problem. They made sure to clean up all the "mess" that came out of the drain and everything is back to normal. It actually cost a little less than the estimate he gave me. He even offered to give free advise/help on fixing small, DIY plumbing issues if needed. That way we don't have to pay a traveling charge for a simple 5 minute job. I highly recommend Anthony and his partner. read more

Made it worse, and I paid a lot more. I tried for the new, but really, the old from mom and dad was best- better price and always fixed. Rocket charged up continually, regardless of coupon. The toilet hasn't flushed well since they came to work on it, and they left a mess. Really not in the top tier of any fix-it person that we have had here. read more

I will never use this company again. I was quoted a $25 fee to come out and find what the problem is but I later find out it end up costing $300 for them to come out and just leave. They call me the next day saying it's going to cost another 400 to do another check. And then they will go from there on what it would cost to fix it they are a total rip off at this business they had a good customer service but, I would not recommend them to anyone due to them being such a high price. They arrived 3 hours late! I took off the day of work and they called and told me they were running 30 minutes late when I actually it was an hour 2 hours. They still never fixed my problem its been 5 days now. He actually just looked left called back and said he was busy and he'll call me. They never did and I am honestly going to post them to the Better Business Bureau for false information about the price. Do not go here unless you want to spend a large amount of money for nothing!!! read more

Fantastic. Marlon fixed my faucet the same day I called - really within the hour - and was very professionsl yet pleasant and fun to chat with. read more
