I'm so happy that for our move we were referred to this moving company. The gentleman over the phone (I think his name was Chris) sounded very professional and knowledgeable about moving and since it was a 5 bedroom house that we were moving out from - he offered us a free on site estimate. We were offered couple of options. But when they explained to us the details we decided to go with 2 Trucks and 6 movers (yes we had a lot to move. 5 bedrooms, a basement and garage). Even with 2 trucks and 8 movers we were expecting it to take 2 days. But moving troopers worked very efficient and they got the job done under 16 hours. On our move day (last Thursday to be more accurate) the movers arrived together on time and brought with them all necessary packing materials and boxes. I did not memorize the names of all of them but I do remember names of 2 foremen ( Carlos ad Alex). I've got to say I was impressed how great they were while packing our stuff. Nothing was broken, everything arrived in one piece, I mean not even a plate or glass! I was very impressed. Movers worked as a team throughout the entire move. They wrapped all the furniture in moving blankets and plastic wrap. They placed my TV in a TV box with bubble wraps and blankets. Everything looked so nicely packed! I remember moving into the house back in days and it was a good move, but nothing as good compared to this. The movers grabbed my heavy sectional sofa like nothing. They disassembled the beds, covered the box springs and mattresses. If I don't stop I can just keep writing what they did and how good they did. I was moving about 30 miles away, and off course needed movers to help me with the furniture and other stuff that I couldn't manage by myself. Right from the beginning, these movers were professional and I felt comfortable working with them. Chris, our salesman, was very thorough about explaining what was included in the price (everything was included in the price) NO hidden fees! I am so glad I was able to find this movers and get a quote for their moving services. We hired them for a local 2 bedroom residential move. The booking was very easy and everything was disclosed upfront. The movers arrived right on time we were scheduled (they called in 30 minutes prior their arrival to confirm) and got right away to the job in a very polite and efficient manner. Before the job would start Jay came in to check the move situation and I showed him the rooms and the furniture to be dissembled. We signed the contract and they started the job right after! I've moved to Portland, Phoenix, and 3 times within Los Angeles. I haven't had an actually good moving experience until now. Alex and Max were extremely professional, courteous, and diligent in helping me move from my condo to a 3rd floor apartment. From the start, they kept me posted on everything and provided foresight into potential issues, so that my move would be able to happen without a problem. They called me 1 days before the move, as well as 30 minutes prior to their arrival, to double and triple-check that they had everything they needed for my move to happen with no glitches. I found Moving Troopers here through Yelp, and read a ton of positive reviews, which convinced me to give them a try. Boy, am I glad I did! I moved on 3/24/17, and the three men (headed by Carlos) who came to move my stuff were awesome. They were super friendly, polite and professional. Although I only have stuff to fill a one bedroom apartment, the furniture I have is solid wood and very very heavy, so I warned them it may be a tough job. They came in, took one look around, and said, "This is going to be a breeze." I was pleasantly surprised! They wasted no time and started moving things right away. I literally moved next door, so they didn't need to load a truck, but rather just transported stuff from one place to the next. They took great care in moving the items up and down steps and ensuring everything was protected and undamaged. They did later take a load of stuff to a storage facility for me, and were equally careful and expedient during that process. I loved the fact everything was included (no extra $ for any packing or mileage, etc.). They asked several times if I needed help with anything else, which I thought was very nice, as well. I totally recommend Moving Troopers Company! They did a fantastic job. We called them to get a quote and Chris was very pleasant easy going person! He was so patient with us while we asked him so many question regarding the pre-moving and actual moving process. He gave us great quote. Due to our escrow closing delay we had to reschedule the move. We called Chris again and NO PROBLEM. He did reschedule us and now fast forward to actual moving day. Recently we needed to move from the 2 story apartment into the 4 bedroom house in Pasadena. We used Movers from moving troopers and that was a right choice!! As for the Movers who moved us , they were responsive to all the inquiries we had . We had done a lot of packing by the time the Movers arrived , but we still had a lot to do , so they did the rest of packing for us with their own materials (they don't charge for materials like other moving companies do ) they marked the boxes so when the move was done we would know which box were belongs to . They marked the fragile boxes as fragile and started taking apart massive furniture. These professional apartment movers provide high quality at affordable price !! My cousin decided to move this long weekend and I had to give him a hand agh lol. He used Moving Troopers for 3 bed move from Encino to Silver Lake. The guys did everything thank god and I was just pretty much a spectator. All 4 movers were working hard. They took good care of the furniture, wrapping them with moving blankets. They boxed everything and marked the boxes. Both the locations were on the second floor but it did not slow them down. They were jogging when they were not carrying any items. What also amazed me that they did not charge for packing materials. The other moving companies that we called would charge for every item that they would have to shrink wrap, they would also charge for boxes. This moving company provided with all inclusive rates and kept the promise of having no hidden fees! Because of the professional packing, the furniture was delivered without a single scratch. Jay and Carlos were amazing with our move from the West Hollywood to Pasadena. They were extremely efficient and careful with our stuff, making sure we had everything going where it needed to and placed in our home exactly where we wanted it. They fully wrapped our furniture to prevent scratches, they also covered the floors. They marked all boxes as we asked them that's why we did not have any problem locating them in our new place in Pasadena. They were able to handle extremely heavy items like a large refrigerator and sofas. The truck had a power lift so it prevented the heavy items falling off while loading the truck. The final stop was at our new home in Pasadena. Everything went so smoothly and quickly. We had planned to spend all entire day on the move but it all together took just 4 hours (drive time included) We had a great experience with Moving Troopers. We had the very good fortune of being assigned absolutely the BEST moving crew we have ever worked with in our entire lives when Moving Troopers sent the particular crew of Carlos (the kind and all-seeing foreman), Ivan (master strategist of difficult moving maneuvers), and Joe and Isaac (powerhouses!) to help us with a massive residential move we did early this summer. Because of my job I had to relocate in my life many times. I have used many moving companies. I have never been so satisfied with movers like this time when i used MOVING TROOPERS! My move was from Pasadena to Santa Monica. I had 2 bedroom apartment in the 3rd floor and where I was moving to was 2 bedroom in the 5th floor with the elevator. These movers beat all my expectations! I hate moving as every-single one of u does! But these movers did everything for us not to feel any stress! I myself dis not touch any single item!
