It was not good at all. Advertised thin crust was not thin at all and reminded of cardboard. Toppings were not much better and we agreed it was average frozen pizza quality. Towson just seems a bit sad these days and this place kind of feels same. A shame since it was on our regular rotation many years ago.

I'm not actually sure but the cocktails are good. I think the vibes when I went was off. Granted I did go on a weekday where it was pretty empty. I did really appreciate that they were chips of ice in the cocktail, cause it was a really hot day, so I made sure that the drink stayed really cold and delicious. Water is self service. They shift their menu a lot which I think is really nice for the community. The cocktails are on the pricier side they think they start around 14 or 16 which I think is a little too much for a local neighborhood bar.

The vibes are right and the bartenders were nice and chatty, the only reason this place isnt "my" place and doesn't get 5 stars is because they dont make a very good dirty martini and thats like base level. I asked for it extra dirty and I could barely taste the olive brine, I actually had to have him pour more in front of me lol. Also service was a little slow. So for grabbing a quick drink with the girls sure, but staying as a regular nah.

Large bar-style menu with some nice twists on classic bar food. Of course the requisite crab-related items; crab bisque, crab cake sandwich, etc.. I had the Jerk chicken BLT recommended by the bartender which was delicious. AND! I can honestly say I had the best sweet potato fries I've ever had in my life. They were crazy good: crispy outside, no grease, fluffy and seasoned in the middle, moist but light. I don't want to go on too long here but I didn't know SPF's could be this good. The beer menu is huge, service was polite and efficient. Prices are fair. Good spot.

The place looks like it changed its model from restaurant to bar food & pizzeria menu. The old place had a chef picking items from the garden and changed its menus daily. I am sad about that. One look at the front page of their menu tells me we are eating from the delivery truck with dressed plates. But keep in mind they are using a different work model which may work better on my wallet. Other points; I also noticed their liquor store is expanding so this may be a welcomed addition/place for them to make their money. They are open on Sunday for takeaways. Finally, nothing has changed as yet about their beers on tap. They offer a good variety of beers, from tap to bottle or can. I am interested to see if the clientele change for the better.?.

The place was ready for us, when we said we would be there a little early. And our waiter, Manny (I think he's the only waiter), did his thing again. He brought out a really good mixed drink for my friend, which she really enjoyed. And he bougied up some sprites for my other two friends, which made them feel nice and fancy. I enjoyed my appetizer sampler. I'm not crazy about Pretzles - but this pretzel was fresh and sooooo delicious! Like a soft cloud, I just had to share. The shrimp tempura was also very good. It was a good choice for me. I was pretty comfortable after that, so I got some chicken wings for my main course, with more Thai chili sauce. The wings were really really good, though I'm not a drum stick fan. If I could go back and just have flats I would. But they were finger-licking good. The music from the bar next door wasn't too loud, as I remember last time. Everyone enjoyed their appetizers (got another believer in the Brussels sprouts, the soup was still faithful, and the tater tots made you wanna slap somebody's mama). I appreciate that everything always comes out hot at Reds. No one is getting anything cold unless that's how it's served! Really pretty and chill vibe to the place too. You can dress formal, or be dressy casual, or just plain. You'll never feel like you don't belong there. Just a good place to be. Always enjoy it there.

I also wish more of the wine selection was available by the glass instead of only the specialty wines by the bottle because we ended up choosing from the house wine options. I did have a glass of sparkling wine, which was really good. I'm planning to come back with a friend to give it another try. I opted to be seated at the bar for this visit as well. The bartender was not as pleasant as my entrance experience and previous visit; however he was attentive. We ordered drinks and then proceeded witj our food ordering once we received our drinks. We ordered Expresso Martini and Reposado Old Fashioned. The drinks are amazing and 5*. We ordered our food Oversized burger and Pan Seared scallops over brussel sprouts. Our food came out hot and within reasonable time. The burger is NOT an oversized burger. Regular sized and the descriptive name is deceiving. The burger option was not anything to speak on as it was not to satisfaction but quelled the hunger moment. It was over cooked. The pan seared scallops came out with a strong "fishy" smell. They however were tasty and spicy. This was a small plate as it was only 3 scallops in total. Other then the strong "fishy"smell, they were tasty. We then ordered a limoncello and was of course satisfied as it was another great tasting drink. This establishment does not have a nice and variety food menu but you will never be disappointed with the drinks.

For the brunch menu we were able to choose a appetizer, entree, and a dessert for $35.00. Not too bad. For drinks I ordered PIRATE PRINCESS which was Ron del Barrilito 2 Star Puerto Rican rum, passionfruit, miso honey, lime, and togarash. It was a perfect balance of sweetness and a little bitterness. For food we ordered the shrimp and corn patties, and the pan roasted salmon. The shrimp and corn patties were delicious. It was packed with multiple flavors and it was seasoned really well. The pan roasted salmon was cooked to perfection. It was flaky, and seasoned very well. It came with Ramen noodles that I thought were going to be temperature hot however, they came room temperature which was fine. They were seasoned very well. The ambiance was very nice. It gave like 1950's/ 1970's vibe. Old marble tables, antique pictures on the walls. It seemed like the building use to be a house prior to it becoming a restaurant. It was a great time. Lastly, they surprised me with desert and a sparkler candle. I was truly impressed. They did say I could have a seat at the bar while I wait but I opted to wait outside. When my friend arrived we were seated promptly. The restaurant itself is super cute and a cozy, intimate atmosphere. It's dimly lit with beautiful little touches throughout, including "ciao" displayed across the ceiling and a really nice sign in the foyer which makes for a great photo op. For the food we decided to share crispy Brussel sprouts and shrimp bruschetta as an appetizer. Then for my main entree I got Pappardelle Genovese which was pappardelle pasta, caramelized onion- braised beef ragú, Gorgonzola cream drizzle, Parmigiano Reggiano and then I got creme brûlée for dessert. For my drink I went with a Shirley temple. The food was super delish. I especially enjoyed the shrimp bruschetta and my pasta dish. They were not stingy with the meat at all. The server added sparklers to our dessert which was a nice touch and wished us a happy birthday. However, because we orders two desserts he informed us that he could only comp one of them as a bday dessert. We weren't expecting either to be comped so that was nice. I think the pricing was decent, two non alcoholic drinks, three appetizers, two entrees and a dessert for $130 (as of 2026). Something worth mentioning is that sending a dish back may not result in the food being comped. My friend had also ordered the polenta al funghi but didn't like the aftertaste. She told the server who said he would get the manager. The manager said the dishes are made to order and the owners don't want food being comped (I'm summarizing). Mind you no one said anything about taking it off the check. It wasn't a big deal but interesting that no resolution was offered . Like she could've suggested to replace with something else. She basically just said she's not taking it off the check and that's it. Didn't ruin the experience for me but worth mentioning in case you're the type to send things back to the kitchen. Overall, good experience and I would return.
