First time coming to this location I've always gone to the studio city one. This place was pretty cool the bar tenders were great forget their names. I went on a Wednesday after work. The Italian fries were good and you get a good amount! I recommend them for sure. Overall great service.

Your neighborhood bar whenever you want to watch a game and have a good time! We came here for the Superbowl game and the place was popping. We wanted to sit down and enjoy some beer and appetizers, but all of the seats were filled. Lucky for us, they told us the basement was also available and was not as crowded. We sat at the bar, ordered Buffalo and Parmesan wings, a side of fries, and cider. Food is good, nothing fancy, but remember, you're not here for the food, you're here for the vibes. Fast service, great beer and drinks available, and two levels to watch a game.

The ultimate sports bar! You get a view of the game from every seat because they have plenty of seats! Remember you're in Westwood and this bar is a fan of UCLA! The pizza, pretzel and wings were all really good and the bartender Nish was attentive.

I've been to Rocco's many times. Sometimes it's a dance club too. And it is not too crowded normally. The food variety isn't big but adequate enough.

Rocco's Tavern is a fun bar / restaurant located in the heart of Westwood! I came here with a group of friends for happy hour and we were able to sing a table that sat all of us. I love the spacing of the restaurant where the bar is in the middle and the tv's are situated to capture each table. It's def a great place to catch a game. The drinks and food are great! I ordered the Buffalo wings with French fries which came out delicious and fresh. The food also came out pretty quickly which I was pleasantly surprised by since it was crowded. Will definitely be back!

Rocco's is a dive bar that turns into a college "club" in the evening. The service is slow, it can sometimes get loud and crowded, and the food is pretty meh. If you go into it knowing and expecting that, you won't be disappointed. I like to stop in for their buffalo wings, fries, and a beer from time to time. I will say that it's a bit frustrating that they do not offer a small order of fries or a combo of any kind, you have to buy a whole large order of fries. Their wings also sometimes have a charred or gas flavor which is odd. All that aside though, there aren't many decent and reasonably priced wing spots in Westwood, so I drop in and get my extra crispy extra saucy wings to scratch the itch.

With all the businesses closing and coming and going in Westwood Village,…read moreI believe Barney's is still here because they close at midnight (few options for the college crowd) and for the reasonable prices. My main complaint is not getting what we ordered combined with an indifferent server who made subpar effort. My friend's "protein style" burger came on a bun, my Turkey Melt was missing avocado and our sides were on the wrong plates. The server just went back to the kitchen to fix our orders. You don't have to apologize if the cooking staff made the errors but at least pretend you care for a better tip. My sandwich was fine, nothing memorable but the onion rings were amazing! Very crunchy, thick but light batter. The server told me fries or rings came with the sandwich but I got charged an extra buck for the onion rings. For about $20 total, good thing it was a big serving. My friends ate their burger and nacho plate. The nachos plate is huge, can easily satisfy a hungry appetite as an entree. My friend's Bloody Mary was ok, too watery. They have a good variety of cocktails and drinks. We also were one of few customers there during midafternoon and waited a while for our food. We also had to ask our server for the bill. The interior is nostalgic- a lot of collages of 80s/90s music and pop culture. License plates on the ceilings and you can't miss the LP wall heading down to the bathrooms. The bathrooms are clean and there's an upper level which overlooks the ground floor but it was closed during the day. The booths are comfortable and their own television showing a sports game. A tv near us also played MTV videos, remember them? With the parking structure at the end of the block now charging for all times, I'll leave Barney's to the UCLA students and residents who can walk here.

I love the little animal paintings on the wall, and the wall made of books. It wasn't too busy the day we went, which was nice since it wasn't too loud. Now the food.... well that's the whole reason I'm writing this! I'm used to having dry af salmon at restaurants but this place blew my mind! I didn't know you were able to have your salmon cooked medium rare or well (like a normal steak), so when I was asked that I was taken back. I believed I chose on having it cooked medium. The whole dish -- flaky salmon, creamy cauliflower smash, well seasoned greens -- was an experience from start to finish. I haven't had a salmon dish that delicious in AGES!! Someone in the kitchen got down that day, so hats off to the chef! My fam was satisfied & they enjoyed their dishes as well. Unfortunately there was a mishap where some appetizers weren't brought out but we resolved that. The waiter was attentive & kind (and really handsome lol) I really wish I remembered his name, but he made the experience memorable as well. He was kind enough to step away from his duties to take a few group photos of my family. I'll def come back again, and next time I'll try their drinks!

I'll preface everything below with the fact that there were only 3 tables of customers in the restaurant and several bar and wait staff. It was NOT busy. The service is terrible. We were greeted and seated quickly. The girl getting our water could not remember if we ordered ice or not. Two trips later, the three of us had water. Our server approached us quickly but we were not ready to order. From this point on, it was like we were invisible. We ordered one appetizer (Guacamole Fresca w/ chips), a burger and the short rib grilled cheese. Our entrees were served ahead of our chips and guacamole when I commented, we were told they were still working on the appetizer. Seems odd that it takes more time to serve chips and guacamole than it does to prepare the entrees. No apology or acknowledgement from any staff members. My beer glass and my son's water glass sat empty for 10 minutes. When we asked for refills, it took nearly another 10 minutes to receive the beverages. Our server NEVER came to check on us. We were NEVER asked how we were doing or if we wanted dessert. When asking for our check, the server had to bypass us twice and then told us that we had to fill out the receipt before the card could be run. In a city with so many dining choices, service is as important as food quality and taste. The new management has work to do or this will be another failed restaurant. We will NOT be returning.
