On 02, 14, 2024 I came to Robertson Optometry to have my eye glasses checked and adjust if required. Technicians were quite competent and quickly fixed it as needed. Indeed many hanks to Doctor Yang and her team. read more

I am writing this review based on the experience my mom had at Robertson Optometry. My moms suffered from MGD for over 10 years and never had relief until she went to Dr. yangs for a treatment. After Dr. yang provided treatment for her dry eyes, she felt an immediate relief! After the treatment, my mom also noticed decrease in the wrinkles around her eye too. I definitely recommend if you are in the area! read more

This is my second time at Robertson Optometry and I've got nothing but good things to say. Friendly staff clean environment . They just really do a good job and I found that comparatively their rates are a little lower than most . Which is super appreciated by me . Definitely does not reflect on the quality of the service. read more

Lovely staff and Optometrist! Highly recommend. Very punctual with appt time and parking provided. read more

I want to update my review after receiving an apology from Robertson Optometry after they refused to give my husband his PD so he could order glasses online. I have been going to Robertson Optometry since Dr. Kummer ran the place. I am pleased that I will be able to go back now that they have promised my husband can come in and get his PD. read more

I would direct my impressions toward Dr. Esther Yang who demonstrated utmost professional competence during my eye exam. My questions and concerns were directly addressed. read more

It's ok the for Medical and Medicare . I did glasses for my parents in law and they are happy

Dr. Yang lacks bedside manners. She was very disdainful. After dilating my eyes, while walking away, threw a crumbled piece of tissue in my lap. She provided mediocre service and was very dismissive. It's very sad and unfortunate since I've been attending Robertson Optometry for years. The prior doctor was far superior, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. It's sad! She acted as if I was someone off the street begging for free service. I have very good insurance though my job as a government employee. Not that service should be different for anyone. My heart bleeds! I will NEVER go back there! Other staff naming Erika was an angel ! read more

I have been coming to Robertson Optometry for 3 years. Dr. Yang and her staff are always professional, accommodating, efficient and price their services very fairly (which is helpful for those like myself who pay out-of-pocket). Thank you to the entire staff! read more

Excellent service. Great prices and great choices for frames. They accept pretty much all insurances. Emily was very nice and cordial. I highly recommend. read more

Great office--professional, efficient, meticulously clean. Parking can be a challenge--set aside a few extra minutes to find a spot.

UPDATE! Much to my amazement and delight, after reading my review, Doctor Yang called me personally, and fwas very apologetic and felt bad about my negative experience. She was having a really bad day and apologized profusely. I really respect people that can be introspective and apologize for their mistakes. Because of her call and her sincere apology, I will go back after my surgery for new glasses. read more

Been here twice now and both times had long wait times. The appointment took over two hours. The first time I went there was last year and they lost my contact lens order. Gave them a second chance this year and now not even confident about my prescription being the correct one. read more

My first visit to Robertson Optometry was a professional, caring and friendly experience. I was welcomed by the receptionist and given information to proceed in a professional and comforting manner. The technician guided me through client friendly digital vision tests in a professional and knowledgable manner, answering my questions in an understanding voice. Dr. Esther Yang was understanding and detailed in completing my vision evaluation and offering best advice. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a friendly, professional eye care practice. Dr. Esther Yang's Robertson Optometry is the best place to meet these requirements. read more

Fast, friendly and expect. I'll be back and I have already recommended to friends and family.

Seamless and quick service, the care from staff comes through. Good Dr and spot to trust the health of your vision.

This was probably the most efficient eye appt and service I've ever had. Everyone was beyond kind and professional. Will definitely be back.

This place is so unorganized customer service is dog shit the place smells horrendous. There's papers falling everywhere. The doctor has zero patients zero manners, I have no idea why the place has any customers. read more

Fantastic office. Really attentive staff. Care for patients. Great at explaining what insurance covers versus out of pocket costs. Very patient. Communicate via text, email, and phone. I've been going here since it was Dr Kummer's office, but I love Dr Yang, too! She has modernized things and takes care of my whole family. read more

First time patient and was in & out pretty quick. Was also impressed with the high tech equipment, not your regular old Dr visit from what I remembered, this practice is definitely with the times. Great selection of frames and offered a week trail on contacts to try out. Will definitely come back and bring in my family. read more

Dr. Yang was great. She consulted with me regarding my exam results, which were administered by her capable assistant. Since I had provided all my "new patient" documents in advance my appointment, I was in and out within 30 minutes, and that included selecting new eye glasses. I selected Robertson Optometry as a result of a change in my vision plan. I am happy with this decision. read more

Robertson optometry is such a wonderful Dr. office / store from the time that you're greeted from the personable receptionist , I feel so cared for when I have my eyes examined from Dr. Yang and her assistant Emily ! It is such a pleasure to work with them both ! when I need to have my glasses adjusted , Roberto is such a great knowledgeable technician that has been in the industry for his whole career ! I highly recommend Dr Yang for anybody that's looking for a team that really cares about you , as well as taking care of all your optometry healthcare ! read more

The receptionists are very unprofessional. They have an attitude and get bothered when you ask for information. They had the male receptionist do my eye exam, which was awful. The doctor just takes you in and rushes you out , besides the time you wait in the waiting room if you even call that a waiting room (horrible). Dr. Yang first disregards what I had to say about my eye exam and she only wanted to get her point across once I told her that I had a complaint. Since Dr. Kumer sold his practice the quality of service has went down. I do not recommend this business. read more

I am a regular at Robertson optometry. I always get great service and the pricing is always fair and reasonable. Last time, Dr. Yang worked with me to understand my insurance a bit better and was able to help me get the most value out of my insurance plan. I usually get just contacts but this time, I was also able to get a pair of glasses. The glasses came out great, better than the pair I got from China. Overall I am happy with my experience and will continue as a regular customer here. read more

Dr. Kristina and her team are incredible! I have a very complicated case with my vision and she & the staff was so patient with me, making sure to get the best prescription possible for contacts and glasses. Upon the eye exam she discovered a very small retina tear in my left eye and stayed an hour past closing, to confirm it. So thankful for her catching it!! She's an angel literally saved my eyesight! Since then I've gone to see a retina specialist and got lasic treatment for it. Thank you again! read more

Wonderful service great employees and they have a great variety of glasses. We got our eye exam as well doctor very nice and professional.

Shoomyla in the front helped check me in she was very sweet & kind. She made sure my experience went smoothly. Once I sat with Dr.Yang she made me feel comfortable & the process went smooth. Ordering frames and lenses is a whole new experience for me since this is the first time I've ever wanted something to help ease the strain on my eyes while I stare at a computer screen all day. The whole team at Robertson Optometry is amazing. From the moment I walked in, to when I left, I felt that I was treated very well and was able to get all my questions addressed. Emily, Esther, and Shoomyla were all very pleasant to work with. I felt very safe in the store as they have Covid measures in place that require everyone to wear a mask. Also if you try on or touch frames, they disinfect them before putting them back on display for others to try. They do take a number of insurances and made the payment process very easy. I spent a good amount of time there trying to find the right frames. I did not feel rushed at, but felt bad for trying so many different frames - they have a lot of choices to select from! The team was very patient with me and ultimately helped me find the perfect frames. read more

I'm a big fan of Robertson Optometry because it's a GREAT little one-stop-shop for all my eye care needs , from excellent professional staff and selection of glass frames to top notch equipment . for instance : you no longer have to have your eyes dialated as they have a state of the art machine that takes an instant photo of the retina ( back of the eyeball ) . the digital image is posted immediately so you and Dr Yang can review " what's going on . " And the best part for me is : I can walk to this friendly neighborhood shop because it's almost "on the street where I live . " read more
