Met my husband for their BREAKFAST Burrito. We walked in and the couple immediately greeted us and were very gracious. The restaurant was clean and everything was fresh for their morning service. The breakfast burrito was very good. We split it and added some green salsa. The tortilla was perfectly toasted and inside the eggs, bacon, cheese, and potatoes were cooked perfectly. We definitely enjoyed it. So give the breakfast burrito a try. It's served all day long!! read more

Roberto's tacos are a fan cult favorite they have so many locations all one has to do is look. The restaurant has a particular way they make their tacos and various flavors of Mexican cuisine. It's all uniformed a special unique way according to this business. The staff here is particularly helpful and knowledgeable about their products,"tacos," they offer. They are attentive to the customer and have great customer service skills and enthusiasm. What's not to love? Except we are not eating tacos yet! We need to tune it up a notch, "how about eleven." This Roberto's location is inside of inspirada and as much as I love Roberto's this location is only ok. I've ordered for pickup from here several times and they've messed up my order several times. Every time I pick up they don't include salsa with my order and I always have to request it. The inside has ample seating but this location needs to improve its cleanliness especially the bathrooms. The food seems more bland than other locations and I'm not sure why. The service is also a bit slow and the workers are short with you which is disappointing. read more

Extremely poor service from the person answering the phone to the nachos that were slopped together with very little cheese or meat. Normally, it is very pleasant walking in here, but recently it's gone downhill. It was a mess. The floors were dirty. The tables were dirty. The salsa was just about out the salsa bar had salsa spilled all over the place. It was just gross and had I not been starving? I would've definitely gone somewhere else. Lesson learned, if it's that gross when you walk in turn around and find something else because when I got home with my food, it was just as bad as the gentleman coughing in the back of the kitchen. read more

Wow, visiting family here and see why the ratings are so bad. You would think someone there would try at least a little to improve. I got an enchilada that was cold and the cheese was not melted at all. It is like they through everything together and hoped the enchilada sauce would magically melt the cheese. Since I have been in this area and have chosen this location the chicken tacos are bland. No spice especially on Wednesday. On this special taco day the chicken is bare minimal too Just because of the general population, people still want spice and taste. Great tacos on Wednesdays mean more tacos throughout the week. I asked for one simple thing and that was a torta with no guacamole. The lady even asked me to make sure I didn't want guac around 3 times. Guess what? they put guac on my torta. What if I had been allergic what would've happened then? It's not like they were overflowing with customers at the time either. I was the first and maybe 3 people came in after me. I'm not sure whose fault it was the cashier or the cook but whoever it was needs to learn how to pay attention and follow instructions. read more

Place was clean. Service was good but Im very disappointed with my Carne Asada Nachos. It wasn't the same Roberto's quality and taste that I was expecting. Meat was cooked differently. Chips were different as well. I'm guessing maybe it's a new store compared to others. I've been an avid and loyal customer since 2004 and I loved it since. I live in LA now and all I wanted when I go to Vegas is to grab my favorite CAN from Roberto's. I hope this review can help this location to be better. The worst burrito and tacos I've ever had in my life wouldn't feed this food to my dog. Taco shell was thick and chewy or any meat on it. Just cheese and lettuce that's it. The burrito was just full of shredded chicken. Nothing else horrible flavorless the worst ever Will never go back. It says been in business for 60 years. I don't know how that's possible. I desperately needed to eat something greasy and my wonderful husband offered to drive to Roberto's Tacos to pick up whatever I needed. I wanted Huevos Rancheros but didn't see it on the menu. I called and was told that the only breakfast dish they have is the Breakfast Burrito. So I ordered two Shredded Beef Tacos; off went my husband. The order was put up just as he walked in. He was greeted by both the woman with whom I had placed the order and the Chef. They agreed that the menu was smaller now; yet another victim of the pandemic, I guess. After wishing the staff a Feliz Navidad, he left with two beef tacos. They were delish! And they satisfied my craving. Yummy yummy yummy and just the perfect amount of greasy. Shells were crisp except at the very bottom, as they should be. The beef was very good; definitely shredded beef. The lettuce was fresh. I will be eating here more often. read more

Out of state on my birthday and just wanted a good breakfast burrito. Albertsons next door didn't serve hot breakfast and found Roberto's. Staff members were nice and restaurant clean. On October 4, 2022 at approximately 4:30 PM we place a take out order. We ordered a drink, 2 bean and cheese burritos and a plate of rolled tacos. "Sabas" took the order. We were at this location:  10612 S Eastern Ave Suite E Henderson, NV 89052 Our food was completely contaminated. The chicken was discolored BLUE (see photos). When we asked for a refund and our original receipts "Wendy" at the front refused. She was extremely rude and unapologetic. The cooks, "David" and "Jorge", in the back were laughing. We are absolutely disgusted by what we just received. I am now sick and need to go to the hospital after ingesting this contaminated food. This location clearly lacks hygiene, the ability to follow basic health code guidelines and customer service. We spent an hour at this location trying to get a refund and our receipts. How does a taco joint not have an option for cilantro and onions? How does a taco joint not even have the option to add cilantro on anything? It was shocking when they said the only cilantro they have is in their salsa. I ordered mixed enchiladas and my wife ordered a torta. We were both disappointed. The food was nothing to come back for, which is sad since this is the closest taco place to us. Maybe if their service made up for it, we would then love to come back to support the business. About the service, they weren't busy but it took awhile for anyone to acknowledge us. There was a bunch of workers just chatting in the kitchen. I love this Robertos! The staff are all super friendly and they remember and greet me when I stop in. The restaurant is open a large span of hours, so I can go early or later to grab some yummy food. Portions are large and I always have leftovers. Their breakfast burritos are really good too and I often pick one up in addition to my meals and eat it for breakfast the next couple of days. Horchata is yummy and they also have the authentic, bottled Pepsi with real sugar. Their chips with red salsa is my favorite and I eat that for days. lol read more

Yes, I know Roberto's is no longer the independent Mexican taco shop. Yes, they are now located on nearly every corner! But might I say that they are still a quality source of good Mexican food without seemingly feeling too "fast food"! This location is literally four minutes away and my recent adventure one day for lunch. I had to give the Chimichanga with grilled chicken a try. Completely stuffed with fresh tasting grilled chicken, then deep fried, finally topped with guacamole and sour cream! This was a great lunch option! It's certainly big for most lunch portions that you'll find, but who's complaining about being served too much! I found the side sauces to be very good, and the rice/beans to be very tasty as well! read more

Enter Roberto's. Roberto's is actually a chain restaurant that's sprinkled all over Vegas and they all serve the same menu that's fantas-great! The food tastes pretty authentic and the portion sizes are big! You get alot for your money. I've tried their rolled chicken tacos (great!), chicken hard tacos (great, but the shell is a little greasy), chicken chimichanga (massive), carnitas (super tasty and flavorful), loaded fries (really too much for one person), chicken tamale (better than Costcos), chicken enchilada (okay), and their carnitas burrito (my standard go-to). Several Roberto's are open 24hrs so it's a great option when you're up late from binge watching Game of Thrones and you need to refuel after screaming at Rincon to zig-zag! I mean c'mon! This place need to shape up or ship out..... I have lived here for 18 years so I have put up with this being the only fast food taco shop around.... the food is always cold even when you go in and order it. During a time like now things should come out hot not cold I guess this place need a visit from the health department. You order a bean and cheese the beans are cold or a taco cold have to use the microwave.... I live across the street. So sad to be stuck back in anthem and no food options. Anyone who moves here I tell them to drive 4 1/2 hours south on the fwy if they want decent tacos or Mexican food...... the only thing that is decent is the breakfast burritos but even then the potatoes are not always cooked. This place is very disorganized not very clean and very slow to make your food. It seems like the kitchen can only work one order at a time. Which makes for a very long wait on your foo. I was starving and had a plate with shrimp in marina sauce, yellow rice with mushy red beans, half an avocado, shredded lettuce, 2 slices of tomato and corn tortilla. The tortillas were warm so I ate it with my dish. The shrimp was drowned in way too much sauce so that made it more on the salty side. The yellow rice texture was not similar to my previous yellow rice experience - it was sort of gritty. I think the best part of this dish was when I drained the sauce and mixed it with the avocado and the veggies. Food service was fast. I had the food to go and they didn't provide utensils. read more

I went here at 830 pm after going to the grocery store & decided I was too tired to cook dinner. I thought I'd get a carnitas burrito. I hadn't been here n several years because it hadn't been very good before & now I'll never return. The guy who took my order said loudly, burrito carnitas! I paid & when it was ready I heard him say loudly, burrito's carnitas. When I got home, unloaded groceries then sat down to eat was shocked to find NO carnitas but carne asada, which is beef plus tomatoes , soggy fries & worst of all unmelted shredded cheese! I was too tired to go back but this just reinforced my opinion that this is just horrible American Mexican food. read more
