The food was definitely 5 star as was the service so why only 4 stars? Simply put Roasted either needs to fix their exhaust system or I install a new one. My wife and I were surprised as to how thick the air was and smoky it was. We especially noticed this when we left and still had a lingering smoke smell in our clothes. As I said the food was very good, the selection was very varied, and there is something for everyone even if you have food allergies. read more

This restaurant's staff is so blatantly rude. The hostess made us get up after ordering and leave telling us we had no option and that it was someone elses table after we had been sitting waiting for our food for 15 minutes. that is like the biggest rule of working at a restaurant is that the customer comes first and you don't ask them to get up and leave once they have taken our order. then another I brought in my own gluten-free bread sealed in a package for them to make me a Panini and the chef wouldn't look me in the eyes and was yelling that he wouldn't do it and he doesn't care that I have a food allergy. I get food from here about 3 times a week and am getting increasingly annoyed with the service. They should really think about the way they are treating their customers because they are going to loose one of their most valuable customers and everyone I can find to tell about their terrible service. read more

Been meaning to try this spot for a while. I wanted to give them some time to get settled and then it just slipped my mind. Food was incredible, and there wasn't a wait to be seated. As an added bonus the ventillation is greatly improved. I loved blue sky but that place made anyone who stepped inside smell like grease for the rest of the day. This is a hip little breakfast spot. The food is great. We especially enjoyed their breakfast potatoes and the "Oreo" (pictured). Other items include breakfast sandwich, omelets, pancakes, and French toast. We were also happy to see they serve pork roll. read more

I've eaten at this restaurant a few times while in town for work. This is a good spot for breakfast and decent for lunch. Basic sandwiches with the typical Lay's Chips. I loved the breakfast and would highly recommend that to others. I will be visiting again. read more

Went to Roasted with my family (6 people total) for brunch. The place was busy, but we were able to sit right away. Service was excellent and quick. Food was DELICIOUS!! All good things! The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because it was very hard to hear. I couldn't hear anything that the person on the other side of the table was saying. Went here for breakfast recently. Most places in the area don't open before 8 am, but Roasted opens at 7 am, even on weekends. That's great. The atmosphere and the staff are great. However, they can't make a pancake properly. They do them as one large, thick cake. It is completely underdone on the inside. A pancake that large would be incredibly fluffy if it was cooked properly, and that's difficult to impossible to pull off. This one was cooked just enough inside to not be runny. I suggest they change to doing smaller pancakes. We also ordered an omelette, which was quite good. read more

I ordered the vegan quesadillas and it was fulling and the plate presentation was clean and artful. The quesadilla was tasty. I love the cheese and the various veggies and herbs they added to it. An even plus was our clerk that was assisted us was helpful and answering any questions about our order and I like the ambient of the restaurant. Great experience, during the warmer months they have a parklet out front that boost their outside dinning occupancy. They have quite a wide selection of vegan and vegetarian options as well. They usually have a speciality roast of coffee like coconut that is a must try! Try to get their 45mins+ before they close as you will expect a lunch time rush and may have to wait a little while. The reviews were spot on for this place. You need to know that the sign says Roasted (not Bethlehem) and it's on the window. We walked by it twice. Operator error, I guess. A little loud and the food could come out faster, but why be in a rush? The food is really, really good. I took my family for breakfast before a Lehigh University visit. Great new little place, much better than Blue Sky Cafe. Awesome coffee from Homestead Coffee Roasters and good, locally sourced food. Only complaint? For breakfast, the breakfast potatoes every meal comes with, without option, are fried up in some hot chili-type of spice. For people who hate spicy food, this crossed for this place off our list in favor of places who stick to regular breakfast potatoes or hashbrowns. At least have the option, don't force everyone to eat them. read more

I ordered food for pickup online, but when I went to my car to drive out to get it, the car wouldn't start at all. I knew I wouldn't be able to get to the restaurant in a timely manner, so I called to let them know. The person who picked up the phone, whose name I didn't catch, was very kind about it, and arranged to have my food delivered to me instead. Top notch service, and the food was good. I was in Bethlehem the other weekend for brunch, and this place has great options for just about everyone. I got the 4-Alarm omelette with chorizo, which was pretty good and affordable - and the toast here was out of this world. I know that's a weird thing to pinpoint out of a whole meal, but I loved the toast. In general, all of the ingredients here are quality even at a relatively low price point. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a quick, cheap, interesting meal. read more

The heuvos rancheros are second to none here and the coffee is simply out of the world (from Old Homestead). There are so many other fantastic breakfast menu items and it's nearly impossible to make a decision bc they're all great. We LOVE what you've done in the restaurant! The atmosphere is wonderful. Service was also great. We're going to try the lunch menu soon as the vegan options were plentiful. There was only 1 breakfast vegan option and it wasn't to my personal taste at all. The server did say they would be willing to modify something to make it vegan. It just would be nice to have a couple of options for an easier choice. So this sounds like 5 stars so far, right? Well, the decaf coffee was awful!!! I couldn't even drink it all. We are vegan. This was our first time getting food from Roasted. I had good experiences getting vegan breakfast/brunch from Blue Sky Cafe so I was hopeful. We want to support local businesses during the pandemic but I wouldn't get takeout from them again. I ordered the Bentley scramble but they forgot the potatoes and the toast. Being more particular, the cheese was grated on top and not melted in, and the tofu was cubed instead of scrambled. The Vegan Mary was good and the pancakes were good. We really liked the chocolate vegan babka. Maybe eating there the problems could have been remedied but it's important for food establishments to pay attention to takeout. It's annoying to pay and then your food isn't all there. read more
