It's not the easiest place to find if you're not familiar with the mall. I had to park in the garage and then call the restaurant to see where they were located. The person I spoke with was delightful. The only thing he didn't mention was it was outside the doors once you got to Starbucks. By the time I arrived, my order had been sitting for a good 40 minutes. Luckily, my milk shake hasn't been made but the food was cold. I immediately requested to speak with the manager. He was on his break unfortunately and no one else could handle my request. I waited for an additional 15 minutes for him to return. I asked if I could have my order remade. He did so without any question which I greatly appreciate. Now that location was very busy. Almost all the tables were full and more people were coming in by the minute. With that said, the restaurant was a mess and some of the workers clearly didn't want to be there from what I saw. I ordered a single bacon cheeseburger, onion rings and a vanilla shake. The bacon was undercooked and the burger was questionable. I threw it in the trash after one bite. The onion rings were decent and milkshake was pretty good. I expected better for $25. I would not recommend or come back here. Honestly, if I knew I would end up at the mall I would have just went to coastal flats.

This place open until 1AM!!…read more I went around 10PM on a rainy day. The pho soup quality was still super good even though it's almost closing time. The texture of the noodle itself is really soft and a little sticky. That's how I like my noodles. I have not come across this noodle type at other pho. The quality of the beef brisket was so tender and fresh. The soup base is so good you could probably finish drinking all of it. You order at one of the three touchscreen kiosks or with a staff. The waiters are friendly and work fast. Note, you have to clean up on your own. The tables aren't the best tbh but I like the lighting. It's not fancy but it was working for me. The food taste great but you're definitely paying Tyson prices at $20 pho. The smallest, tinest drinks are $5 At night, the parking outside has plenty of spots. I imagine they'd be full during the day. No sweat though. There's a parking garage to the left of the restaurant. Oh and I built my own pho with beef brisket because I didn't like all the ingredients that are in the signature ones.

The fries were well-seasoned and delicious, even without ketchup. The reaper ranch was spicy, seemed spicer than the actually bites lol. Great service, good food, and an overall positive experience.

Their proteins and fries are perfect, their salad is cold and crisp, and the execution of their rice is consistently the benchmark. First off though: the lighting is really harsh. It's Temu hexagonal 10000K bright white led honeycombs from blaze hell. The walls are primer black, and there are no paper towels in the bathrooms. Solution: I almost always get my food to-go. I flip flop between the Falafel Platter and the Mixed (Chicken + Lamb Gyro) Platter with the following no-charge mod: NO fries, MORE salad. This leaves the rice alone - you will get rice - and it is a very long grain, saffroned, Basmati rice that is distinctively al dente. Not fluffy or clumpy - they are highly separated and firm rice grains, and I absolutely love it this way. This rice blows the competition far and away. If you like fries, they are good - they're the double-fried "Burger King" style and keep their heat decently well in the to-go clamshell. The sauces are quite special. I like them all. I always ask for the following on-the-side (no zig-zags for me): the white (tahini-like), the green (cilantro), the red (spicy), the orange (signature Blazin spice). There are a couple of others, but I find these 4 create a nice balance. Oh and the late-night hours secure the 5-star rating. This can feel like the perfect late-night food - thanks to the owners for accommodating the late-night fans. Quickie review notes: The burger is just okay - the patty should be bigger. The Chopped Cheese is convincing, but not the best value item, IMO. The milkshakes are very tasty!

The person who took my order was very helpful and informative. He was patient with me while I was flip-flopping between what to order. One of the other team members was also helpful with making sure everything was OK with my order. Teamwork is clearly something that is practiced at this location. I ultimately decided on the seafood platter with extra fish. I opted to replace both the fries and the salad with rice. I asked for the white sauce on the side along with hot sauce. I was pleasantly surprised. My food was good and seasoned perfectly. I will be back sooner than later to get a shrimp platter. They were the star of the show! The only recommendation I have this go around, is that the fish be fried just a little bit harder. Unfortunately, it was a little soft/soggy and not crispy. But the taste was on point. Again the shrimp were fried perfectly. As per my last visit, the restaurant was very clean. I will be back!

I honestly could not hear exactly what was said, and it did not personally bother me. However, in customer service, professionalism and respectful communication are very important. I am not taking sides, and I did not see my friend being rude. What I did notice was the staff member speaking loudly in a way that felt unprofessional. Panda Express is a large and respected brand, and I believe the company holds high standards for how customers are treated. I sincerely hope no other customers experience something similar. I ordered an entrée with three sides: grilled vegetables, roasted heirloom carrots, and mac and cheese. Everything was made to order, so my meal arrived fresh and flavorful. The olive oil-roasted vegetables were simple but well seasoned and satisfying. The roasted heirloom carrots were unique as they were seasoned with za'atar and served with whipped feta, which added a delicious flavor. The mac and cheese, however, was just average. I'm not a big fan of gluten-free pasta, and I found it a bit too chewy. It also didn't absorb the cheese sauce very well, so it wasn't as creamy or flavorful as I had hoped. I also tried the draft kombucha, which was fine but nothing particularly memorable. The service was quick, even during a busy weekend lunch, and a staff member was friendly.
