I love this Chikfila! It's so conveniently located and always seems to be on the way to wherever I'm headed. The food is always on point and I feel like I'm usually in and out pretty quickly if I order through the app. There's also a nice indoor play area if you've got kids. If you don't order through the app, I feel like the lines get long when there's a deal and the parking lot can be a disaster during peak times, but those are not my usual experience. As a general rule, walking in the door of this Chikfila makes me smile because this Chikfila gives me good feelings. I hope this Chikfila sticks around for as long as I live here! read more

I purposefully order from the Burke store bc the Fairfax store always forgets my salad toppings when I UBER EATS. So over it!!

Food is only acceptable directly ordered from the restaurant (dine in or carry out). Carryout always seems to take forever too, so check the "I'm here" button sooner than your arrival. Delivery through apps are a complete cluster. Orders are wrong, salads wilted/inedible, milkshakes spilling out of their cups, and sauces tossed in/not abiding by the order. If you don't want app orders, then don't offer it. Otherwise, orders should be the same quality. Service is the usual CFA pleasant in restaurant/drive thru. read more

One poor lady working the counter at lunch time and she was overrun. Food took a very long time and was awful. The fries had a bad taste and the chicken was dry. The dining room is half to go business even though Covid ended years ago. No condiments or napkins stand which they eliminated during Covid and never put back. Three open trash cans in the lobby where the condiments stand used to be. Bad service and bad food. Not up to the standards set by the other Chick-fil-A restaurants the area. read more

Not one of my favorite CFA in the area. There is always an extremely long and slow drive thru line at this location. They do not seem to be efficient which is extremely frustrating. When I use the app to order ahead, I expect my food to be served hot, but due to the wait of the long slow drive thru lane, the food is usually mediocre. On my last visit, the fries were not as hot and there were a few rotten potatoes that were fried and throw in the mix. I had to spit it out! Gross! Will not be returning to this location. It is too difficult to deal with the lines and the parking plus the food is below average. read more

This has got to be the most efficient Chick-fil-A (drive-thru anyway) that I've ever been too. I'm sure it has as many customers as the Springfield location, but it is able to shuffle people through quickly with plenty of staff to get orders processed - despite only one lane vs. Springfield's two. Ordering in advance through the app makes things even quicker and always served with a smile. A new location in Annandale may reduce the traffic to Fairfax and Springfield, but they have some growing to do before they can handle any significant customer traffic. For those who have Chicky cravings on Sunday? Buy some extra on Saturdays like I do! :-P read more

This is the closest chicfila near me so it saddens me to have to write this review but i am highly upset after getting home with my food. The fries are super hard and stale like they've be sitting under and heater for hours. My salad was supposed to be grilled nuggets and instead a was a huge whole grilled chicken patty like for a grilled sandwich, and there was bits of fried nuggets in the salad as if they made a mistake and pulled the fried nuggets out and threw a grilled patty on and called it a day. I should have checked my food before i left but i trusted them because i never had an issue from them before and we frequent them. Only good thing was the milkshake. Very disappointing. read more

5/11/22 If it wasn't for Employee Eman and Manager Alyssa, my experience here would have been a fail. The number of staff I saw, you would think some of the youngins would ring me up, but they were content to go on at the mouth instead of service. Hell, some of the managers are responsible for this too. On another not, Alyssa's presence made the ambience go up to 80 instead of the 64 feeling I was having. I did notice a few new things about this store. 1. The front entrance when you drive onto the property is now an exit and entrance for employees only. 2. The employee exit/entrance is used for car deliveries and people that don't wish to go inside the restaurant. 3. Drive thru can be long, so people are ordering on the app and getting their food delivered to them. Whether it be Uber, Grub Hub or whatever other delivery service, Chick Fill-A says "you can have it your way." 4. Inside the restaurant, you wait in line, but your pick up orders are now by the former kids play pin. 5. All condiments are under control by the staff members. This could become a permanent thing. Yes, those sanitizer wipes people love swiping are no longer up to you to grab. 6. The kids play pin is no longer open. Covid-19 might have permanently abolished kids fun land. Hopefully next time here, the place will be friendlier, because there were no greets for me or the other guests that came after me. read more

This Chic fil a is absolutely terrible. We went in for TWO orders, one mobile order and one in person, and ended up being here for 30 MINUTES. Left with a 1 sandwich and 1 drink. The guy on the drive thru did not know what he was doing. We went to pick up a mobile order and place an additional order separately. He merged the TWO orders together and created a complete mess. We go to the window and notice that it is ONE receipt for two orders. We asked for a refund on the sandwich that was originally a FREE REWARD and notice that an additional drink was charged. We ended up having to go inside and waste more time trying to get a simple solution. Ricky was not helpful and had another manager speak spanish to him not realizing we speak spanish too. THEY had us pay for a Free Sandwich that they had refunded. We ended up leaving w a FREE SANDWICH that we had to PAY for and a drink. Our additional order was left due to the headache this caused. Hannah was also not helpful at all for being a 5+ year veteran there. No real solution came about and my brother left hungry w no food in hand. One of the best in the area! I would like to thank the staff here. From day one, they've always been friendly, polite, and efficient! Rarely will you find a mistake in the drive thru. Can't say that about their competitors. That's the reality, and the folks here, make you feel valued as a customer. This location for some reason just cannot get orders correct via the drive through. Salad dressings and or toppings are consistently left out. You order 4 side sauces and you get two. Order a large fry and you get medium and so on and so on. Over and over again. There is zero quality control for the orders going out the door. A real issue they are unable to solve. read more

Went to the drive-thru and placed an order. Wanted the pickles on my wife's Original Chicken Sandwich on the side. Neither of is got any pickles on our sandwiches, or on the side. Requested a Market Salad to be made without Bleu Cheese. They did that but they left out all the nuts and granola and although I asked for Ranch dressing for it and asked if it was in the bag they said yes but got home and there was no dressing either. I've been circling the toddler party circuit for about three years now which means that my weekend diet has consistently been a steady stream of floppy cheese pizza. Determined to try something a little different for my child's birthday party, I decided to try Chickfila catering for the first time and boy did they delivered. A last minute order the night before yielded hundreds of yeasty, toasty, chicken minis with just a hint of honey on top. Unfortunately they do not cater their famous waffles fries but their new macaroni and cheese was a huge hit as well. It was super cheesy with tons of tang and lovely melted cheese crust on top. I'm not a frequent Chickfila customer but their catering arm was so easy (you can order online and they even deliver if you give them enough time) that I will definitely consider them for future events. This particular Chick-fil-A location is much more popular than other locations I have visited in the past. My boyfriend and I came in 2 days in a row - once in the afternoon and once in the evening. For both visits, there was a decent line for the drive-thru. We noticed there were multiple employees handing out menus to cars and taking orders. There was also an employee at the exit handing out sauces and napkins. We went into the building both times since there was no line to order. Parking was much more challenging during our afternoon vs. evening visit. We weren't feeling the greatest, so we came specifically for the Chicken Noodle Soup. The soup is pretty straightforward, but I've always loved the soup from here. It always comes out hot and they give you a decent amount of pasta and veggies for the amount of soup you get in the bowl. The large portion is perfect for one person to finish on his/her own. This location has a play area for kids so it does feel small and crowded. There aren't plenty of tables so we did have to wait a little bit before finding a table. The employees are friendly and cleaned the tables pretty quickly after guests left. I do love Chick-fil-A better than other fast-food brands. If you are looking to avoid the crowds, I would avoid coming in around lunchtime hours. read more

Consistently bad service when dining in. Chickfila is usually known for having fast and friendly service but this branch really taints their reputation. Everyone in the restaurant looks like they are having a horrible time. Way too many frowns from what seems like every order being messed up and service taking just way too long. The staff has no urgency and they don't seem like they want to be here either. My recommendation is they have more people man the front registers. They usually only have one or two people taking orders when busy. There are 4 registers. It took 25 min for me to receive my food from the time I walked in. Last time I visited this place, it was a year ago and I don't remember this place being SO SLOW! Sure, any chick fil a in the area at lunch time is like going to an Easter mass. It's full of everyone and anyone BUT I came at 2:40 pm hoping no one would be at the line and inside would be a quarter full. Nope, the car line was long and inside there were two cashiers who, I guess had just started, and were taking extra extra long. The phone was ringing non stop and my visit for one spicy sandwich, no drinks or fries took about 15 minutes. Next time I'm on the go, there's no way I can stop here. Was customer service good at least? Meh, I mean sure they smiled and some guy questioned why I was standing there. Maybe I'm waiting for the cow to bring me my food?
